Mad
I was just adjusting to my new life in the Feno Galaxy after being abducted by aliens when a sexy, swaggering blue alien insisted on befriending and flirting with me every day at my construction job. I was beginning to wonder if he was ever going to take our relationship to the next level when we were thrown into a crazy survival situation. Somehow, being in mortal danger turned the heat factor of our relationship way up. Now what was once a workplace crush feels like it might be something more. But will Toran be able to give me his heart?

Toran
I made a promise to myself long ago that I would never settle down with a mate. I watched my parents work themselves to death and knew that if they hadn’t chosen to be mated and have a youngling that they would have been able to make it off this goddess-forsaken planet. My oath of bachelorhood was tested, however, when a curvy human who made my mouth water was hired on at my job site. She was full of sass and sultry glances. I ached to touch her, to claim her as my own, but I held to my oath. That was, until Mad’s life was put in danger. Suddenly, all I could think about was protecting her, caring for her, keeping her warm and smiling. It was hard to say whether the situation we found ourselves in or my deepening feelings for this spicy female would be the end of me.

✨ARC Review! I received an early copy of this book and this is my honest review.✨

“I looked at Mad and realized there wasn’t anywhere she could go that I would not follow. When she smiled up at me everything felt right in the world. I didn’t feel bound, I felt free.”

Lunar Freedom is the 5th and final book in the Lunar Series. This book is very emotional, but it’s such a great ending for the series! The finale in this book is unlike anything I’ve read and it ends beautifully. This book gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

After being abducted, Mad decides to get a construction job. She ends up on the same site as Toran, who is part of Jaris’s team. He’s currently working undercover to see what more he can find out about the rebellion. These two have a lot of flirty banter, but don’t act on it (at first 😉).

On their last day, Junak announces that he intends to imprison those who would defy him. Unbeknownst to them, Mad and Toran had helped build the prison and now they were targets too. They manage to escape and spend a few days freeing people before they get caught and need extracted by the team.

Once the gang is back together, they start plotting to take out Junak. They’ll also need to convince the working class that they have the power to take back their freedom and to help them. Even when the threat of their mates lies in the hands of the enemy, the guys band together to pull off the biggest rebellion of the rebellion. (Being super vague here so there’s no huge spoilers! A lot happens in the second half and it’s fast paced. You won’t be able to put the book down!)

What 👏🏻 a 👏🏻 ending! Crystal ended this series perfectly! I absolutely adored Mad and Toran’s story. They had this instant chemistry and it was so fun to see it develop naturally. Not even the stress of trying to rescue others and the threat of imprisonment could keep them apart.

Toran vowed to never get attached to someone. He watched his parents work themselves to death so that they could survive poverty… and it made him never want to be with someone. Mad walks onto the job site and instantly all bets are off! He falls so hard for her! I love these guys and how fiercely they love their women.

Sweet Mad misses her home so much, but she’s doing her best to keep her head up and be positive about her abduction. She even goes against the flow and opts to work a construction job rather than what the other girls picked (rut specialist, farmer, mechanic). She loves the flirty banter from Toran, but leaves it in his hands to be more.

The chemistry of these two… SHEESH 🥵. This is the spiciest book in the series and damn it’s good. Toran has a dirty mouth and Mad is such a brat. They completely fall into a light dom/sub duo and it’s SO SO GOOD!

The mid-book fight scene that leaves our happy couples split up was hard to read. Watching the guys breakdown into shells of themselves was heart wrenching. These men care so much about their mates and seeing how they react when they’re apart and in danger broke my heart. Thank you Crystal for the page break that told us to take a deep breath and that it’d be ok. It was much needed after that scene!

Finally, the conclusion of the rebellion and overthrow was amazing. I loved seeing the people come together to take back their power. The epilogue showing us what happened to the couples was exactly what I needed. I love knowing where everyone went and what they got up to! I especially love that they all spend Christmas together 🥹.

Crystal - thank you so much for allowing me to be on your ARC team. It’s been an honor to see these characters come to life through your writing. I’m so proud of you! I’m so excited to see what’s next for you!

Excellent Conclusion . . .

I think what makes this book so good is that the author makes the reader care about the characters. They are flirty, sassy, and are believable. Madeline (“Mad”) is human and had originally been abducted by aliens, now adjusting to a new life in the Feno Galaxy. She took a job working on a construction site. Toran is a blue Sirret male who flirts daily with her but vows not to get serious enough to ever choose a mate for himself after seeing how his parents struggled, essentially trapped on planet by being mated and having offspring. But he can’t resist flirting with the saucy human. She didn’t push for more, leaving it up to him as to how far he wanted to become involved. But when the danger of their situation is revealed, Toran becomes protective, especially as a rebellion heats up and everyone’s survival is in jeopardy.

The storyline is exciting and unpredictable, keeping the reader’s full attention as the seriousness of their situation is realized. If they get through this, will Toran and Mad decide to move ahead and try for a future together?

I loved every moment of this series (even when I was pissed at the truly awful villains). This book was a perfect conclusion to a great series.

The book was action-packed and fast paced but made time to explore Mad and Toran’s relationship in a way that was fulfilling. It was so great to really see all of the couples interact and they really felt like a little chosen family.

Mad was amazing character- gotta love a plus size character that truly loves themselves- not something you see done well often. Toran ended up surprising me with how adorable and caring he was. He may be my favorite male character of the series.

This book keeps you on your toes in the best way!

I am so excited to see what’s next from the author!.

So this book throws you immediately into the situation Toran & Mad have now found themselves in. We learn that they have been flirting while working at the construction site but haven’t taken things further. Mostly because Toran didn’t think he would ever settle down with someone. If you read the previous book you know that they end up getting trapped inside the building they were building. So basically they built their own prison without knowing. That’s how it all takes off. There’s a lot of twists and turns in this story. You don’t know what’s going to happen next and it keeps you turning pages! I loved the relationship between Toran and Mad they were so cute together and the spicy scenes were so hot! This book was a great conclusion to this series I highly recommend you read it if you haven’t!.

Lunar Freedom continues a series of alien/human romances that are fiery, sweet and full of well crafted characters.
Madeline “Mad” is a former alien abductee finding work on an Ozinda construction site where she meets Toran a handsome blue Sirret male who kindles a little fire in her.
Their story is fun, adventurous and riddled with excitement.
Joining Toran and Mad on a wonderfully written fated mate journey I found a very imaginative and immersive Sci-Fi Romance read.

Toran always wanted to stay unattached but after meeting the sassy, clever and beautiful meatball princess Mad, his resolve is quickly becoming more and more difficult to uphold.

Together they face the growing danger the Junak poses to the people of Ozinda. Will they take the chance to bring freedom to Ozinda with the help of their friends?

I loved this ending to the series. We meet all the other couples and Baldur again. Mad and Toran are so perfect and 🔥 together, it's simply perfect!!
