Definitely a decent coaching book. There were good reminders about keeping the players’ development/enjoyment top of mind and avoiding the traps of competitiveness.

The evidence in the book was often hypothetical situations, criticisms of the generic coaching community, or stories without any citation. While they may have been based on real scenarios, it was hard to take the examples seriously without specific data or real/cited anecdotes.
