I love the concept of these books. I devoured book 1 but with book 2, although I love the progression of the storyline. It's still too short. We only covered a small portion of what should have been a much larger book, like the author took out massive chunks to fit into a smaller word count?

I do love the progression, the characters, the tension but it is lacking... something?

Will I read book 3. Yes. Yes I will.

There is just so much heartstring tugging, angst and emotion to enjoy as you read this book. This is the second piece of Addie and Creed's story and wow; does it ever pack a punch! I love how this series captures your attention, engages your feels, stretches your nerves and keeps you guessing while also delivering an epic romance that easily steals into your heart.

If you haven’t read He Is Creed Part One before Part Two, I highly recommend doing so. Lisa Renee Jones leaves readers with a cliffhanger in Part One. However, in Part Two, she fast-forwards two years into the future, revealing that Addie is now living in Germany after the betrayal she experienced from Creed and the near betrayal by her father. When her father asks for her help, Addie finds herself re-entering the world she tried to escape, potentially crossing paths with Creed, who broke her heart. Although she will always feel a connection to Creed, she cannot trust him or her father as long as he is allied with Julian, who seeks to take down her father. Addie is determined to do whatever it takes to protect humanity from Julian and the GTECH soldiers who have turned against humans like herself.

I enjoyed part two just as much as part one, but I found myself wanting more after Lisa Renee Jones left me with yet another cliffhanger. The pace of the book is fast, which I really appreciated, and it didn’t take long to finish it. I liked that the story is told from multiple points of view, including Julian’s perspective, who is the antagonist. He has become even worse since part one and is determined to take down Addie’s father and all of humanity. He’s willing to use anything necessary to achieve his goals, including manipulating Creed’s bond with Addie, which is quite deceptive.

I really empathize with Addie in this book because she can’t trust anyone and feels used by both sides. However, she’s become a stronger character, and I can’t wait to read part three after what happened to her in part two. I wasn’t very fond of Creed after his actions in part one toward Addie, but he’s starting to win me over again, especially as truths about his real intentions are revealed. I love how Lisa is portraying him as more of an alpha male; he’s very protective and possessive of Addie due to their bond. Nevertheless, Addie has every right to guard her heart with him.

Overall, this installment was great, and I give it four stars. I hope Addie and Creed find their happily ever after, especially after all they’ve been through together. I also hope they can take down Julian, as he’s nothing but trouble for everyone.

Single/Dual POV: Multi-POV

Standalone or Part of Series: It’s the second book in the Windwalkers series and needs to be read in order.

Unlike most of Lisa Renee Jones' series, the second part of the "Windwalkers" series does not pick up where the first part left off, as "He is… Creed Part Two" follows the story two years later. However, if you haven't read the first part, it's worth reading it beforehand, as the plot is closely linked.

Just as in the first part, Addie returns to the dangerous world of GTECH soldiers after two years, this time at her father's request. The soldiers, created by injecting alien DNA, are split into two groups: the Zodius Soldiers, who follow Julian, and the Renegade Soldiers, led by Julian's twin brother Caleb. Creed is seemingly Julian's right-hand man, supporting the group of Zodius Soldiers who are intent on enslaving humanity.

Addie is finding it increasingly difficult to decide who to believe. It seems that, after her father, she has now been betrayed by the man with whom her life may be forever linked thanks to a mark on her neck that no one knows about. After all, if anyone were to discover this secret, they could use it as a weapon to control Creed.

Addie's character has evolved considerably: she has become wiser and more cautious, keeping an open eye on the dangers around her. At the same time, she remains bold and willing to put herself in any danger if it means getting answers. Creed reveals more and more how much powerful and stronger he is than the other GTECH soldiers, while his protectiveness toward Addie also grows stronger. In this volume, the distinction between what is right and wrong becomes much sharper, and over time it becomes more clear who is on which side.

This book does not end with all our questions answered either. Although some of the questions we might have asked while reading the previous part are answered, there are still plenty of unanswered questions and even more new ones. I look forward to the third part of the series.

Once again, Lisa Renee Jones has proved that she is a master of creating suspense and her characters are developing. "He is... Creed Part Two" is a gripping and intriguing read that further delves into the world of the series and its characters. If you loved the first part, you won't be able to put this book down either, and like me, you'll be eagerly awaiting the next part.

Creed Part 2 starts nearly 2 years after the events in Creed Part 1. Addie has moved to Germany. She is happy until her father arrives to ask for her help. She is drawn back into the dangerous world of GTECH soldiers. Creed is now with Julian and the group of GTECH soldiers who are determined to enslave humanity. He wants to stay far away from Addie for a lot of reasons but mainly because he has managed to keep the fact that Addie now has a lifebond mark a secret from everyone. If anyone were to find out, she could be used as a weapon to control Creed. When their lives are forced back together will they destroy the bad guy or each other?
THIS BOOK IS A CLIFFHANGER! I think that is the most important part of this story because this story ends with Creed and Addie back together but with a lot of dangerous people heading their way. If you don’t like books like that, wait for installment three before you read this series. Also, you MUST read book 1 first or this book makes no sense. Seriously.
I don’t want to give spoilers because this story is crafted to create an entire world of intrigue and danger while focusing on the main couple and giving away any little piece could ruin the experience for someone. Addie is wiser and more cautious this time around because she has her eyes open to the dangers around her. She is also still daring and willing to place herself in the path of danger if it gets her answers. Her distrust of her father is complete in this book. Her preternatural bond with Creed is even stronger now. Creed doesn’t really change much between books 1 and 2. He is still an enigma. The author does develop his alpha tendencies a bit more in this book. I like how stupid evil Julian has become. He’s a nut case!
This is a contemporary military, super solider, supernatural story set in Nevada, Washington DC, and Germany. It tells the story of a group of soldiers who were tricked into becoming something other than human and the danger that causes. This book is part of a series. I will definitely read the conclusion because I want to see how the author wraps it up. I’m guessing carnage. I will read more from this author in the future.

Addie Powell was a scientist at Area 51 where her father was the commanding officer. Master Sergeant Creed Monroe is one of the GTECH soldiers that was injected with alien DNA by General Powell. His eyes appear blue but it is camouflage. He and Addie started dating. When they had sex, a special mark appeared on Addie’s neck. It signifies an unexplainable bond between the couple. They decided not to let anyone know because Creed wants to keep Addie safe.

Caleb and Julian Rain are brothers. Julian has the gene mutation like Creed. Creed was friends with both men and seemed to be on Caleb’s side. Suddenly Julian took over the facility and Creed decided to be Julian’s second in command. Creed left Addie heartbroken. He is now an enemy of the state along with Julian.

Now, it is 2 years since Julian Rain took over Area 51. Addie was working in a German research hospital. Her father appears on New Year’s Eve and begs Addie to come home because he needs her help. General Powell started a company called PMI and has a way to stop the Zodius GTECHs and Caleb Rain is on board. They are at a new compound in Nevada called Dreamland. Red Dart is the special project General Powell is working on and he is only giving out limited information at any time. Julian sends Creed to seduce Addie into helping find the crystal they need to use Red Dart against the humans.

What a mess. Poor Addie. We know that Julian Rain and General Powell are in this for their own selfish agendas. We just don’t know who is truly loyal to them and who has their own agendas. I keep rooting for Addie and Creed to end up together.

❤️Thoughts❤️

Book 2 picks up two years after the events of Book 1, and there were definitely moments when Creed made me want to punch him.

A lot has changed since Julian took over with Creed by his side. Creed is harboring many secrets, and when he discovers that Abbie is back in the States, he starts watching her from a distance. Their bond reignites, and Abbie's body starts to change. Understandably, Abbie feels hurt and betrayed; at this point, she doesn't trust anyone, not even her fated mate. A lot happens between her and Creed, but we are left waiting to see how it all ends.

Be aware that this book ends on a cliffhanger and there is one more book in this series.

🖤Scientist Heroine
🖤Military super soldiers
🖤Fated Mates
🖤OTT MC
🖤Touch her and ☠️
🖤Paranormal Romance
🖤Ends on a cliffhanger

He Is Creed pt.2 was just as fantastic as the first part of the story. I absolutely love the undeniable connection and chemistry between Creed and Addie. This story picks up where the first book left off and the suspense within this story kept me hooked. The power plays being made by all characters involved always left me wanting more of the story and I was disappointed that I finished it so quickly. That truly is my only complaint when it comes to this series. I wish the story was longer because I truly dislike waiting months for a part of the story that I can have read in less than an hour. I wish this story was released as a single book. However, I'm truly enjoying this series and with the cliffhanger ending with Creed and Addie, I'm definitely looking forward to more.

Everything is not what it seems.

Wow! What a wild ride this second book in this series took me on! Once again it ends on a cliffhanger and I cannot wait for the next book to find out what happens!

Creed is protecting Addie from everything that can harm her including himself. It's been two years since she's seen him but she can't get him out of her mind or heart. She's made a new life for herself until her father catches up with her and pulls her back in.

Now Addie’s life is hanging in the balance and Creed will do whatever it takes to keep her alive.

If you love good tales with wonderful characters, intrigue, and mystery, you will love this series! Highly recommend you give this series a try! You won't be disappointed.

This is book two in the Windwalkers series and it continues where book one ended. Abbie hasn't seen Creed since he left her to help Julian take over the world. She left Groom Lake and moved to Germany. Thinking she was safe from seeing him again. Her father talks her into coming to Washington to help him.
No one knows that Addie has the mark on her neck, but when Creed gets close to her, she can sense his presence. She wants answers, but Creed only wants to protect her. When they get together, the heat between them is undeniable.
I am enjoying this series with Addie, Creed, Caleb, Jensen, and the others trying to save the world.
I am loving this series and can't wait for book 3. I highly recommend this series but please start with book one, you do not want to miss a thing.

Two tortured souls just trying to survive in a world gone bad and mad. Addie feels betrayed by the 2 who should have had her back, the last thing she wants is to get pulled back in and be in danger again. Creed has done his best to keep a distance and her safe but now needs to step up because she is in real danger again. Suspenseful and really scary second part, the thought of super soldiers, humans used as experiments both male and female is horrendous. Gripping and romantic despite the fear and worry, each in many ways just trying to live and keep each other safe against the odds. Now to wait for part 3 and hope they can defeat the enemy.

The intensity, intrigue, drama and suspense that was present in He Is Creed Book One is escalated in Book Two. Despite an almost to year separation, Creed and Addie's bond is still there and is growing stronger. They both have recriminations as well as reservations about their reunion. She hates him yet still loves him. His number one priority is protecting her. He's become a monster, at least in his eyes, and knows that he must avoid completing their lifelong at all costs yet he can't not touch, kiss or want her. The war between the Renegades and Zodius ramps up with attacks and new weapons. There are not one but two Madden bent on world domination.

He is Creed Part Two
By Lisa Renee Jones
Main Characters: Creed and Addie
I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author.
5 out of 5 stars
Addie and Creed are bonded but she feels betrayed by her father and Creed. This book is a little shorter approximately just over 100 pages but it crams a lot of action and tension in it. There is plenty of angst and chemistry between these two. I would love to have this book longer but plenty happens between the first and last page right along with a cliffhanger.

I am loving this series , Addie and Creed can't be together and they can't be apart. He tried to kill her father and and now he's back and she can't fight her feelings but she want's to hate him and he won't allow it. When she is pulled back into the mess her father made she is not sure who to trust, her father the man who raised her and loved her or the man she will be forever connected to Creed.

Can you say CLIFFHANGER! That's right. Make sure you read book one before this one or you will be lost. This one starts about 2 years after book 2 and Addie is now working in Germany when her dad tracks her down and convinces her to come back to the states to work with him. Julian is totally out of control and even though he is convinced Creed is working with him, we all know Creed is not. I'm not giving anything else away other than hang on to your seat and get me book 3 STAT!

This is a quick read with so much happening and another gasping cliffhanger. Addie and Creed have so much chemistry and so many questions for each other and those in their lives. It's so hard to figure out who are the good and who are the bad guys in this story. Can't wait to see how it ends up.

When Creed left Addie in part one, he broke her heart. When she is brought back into her father’s life, she is determined to finish what he wants her to do and then get on with her life again until she feels Creed nearby. This book is a page turner, trying to figure out what is going to happen. I would recommend this series to everyone. Can’t wait until part three gets here.

ok but not much happening

It’s been a while since the first book so I had to dig around in my brain to remember what happened. This book was over too quick and I don’t feel like much has happened in this book. I do think this could have been just one book instead of 3 small books.

Hero, or Second-in-Command for a Psycho

Two years later, Addy is in Germany trying to forget it all. But, her father pulls her back in, back into Creed’s world. There’s plenty of danger and it’s never certain who’s a “good guy”, making for an interesting read. Creed is a challenging character, but I like Addy’s gumption and scientific mind. I’m excited to see how this all wraps up in Part 3.

HE IS CREED (Windwalkers Part 2) by Lisa Renee Jones
This picks up 2 years after the last time Addie saw Creed. She has moved away to start over. He has done everything he could to put distance between them to protect her. This is angst filled, suspenseful, mysterious, and of very well written. I am definitely ready to jump into Part 3! This is a definite 5 stars.
