While M.K Morris is known for her slow-burn romances, this one was definitely faster paced than some of her others. It was a beautiful love story and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know this new set of characters. From Ria’s wit, to Rev’s sarcasm, to Shane’s sex-appeal, this book has everything you could want. It’s a perfect mix of chaos and balance, and a love story with a vast array of emotions thrown in for good measure!

Oh this story was everything and more, loveable characters all around. The journey Astoria and Shane have together and separately to overcome / their past and address their trauma was written beautifully. The suspense and mystery behind his “ring” added to the story. I could not put this book down! This was a rollercoaster ride of a read, because of the anticipation of what was going to happen next and the very real relatable feelings the characters displayed throughout the book.

Aww this was a cute read and I loved it from page 1! Every woman deserves a Shane; I also loved all the friends from both him and Ria. Just to think I bought this book and forgot about it! I can't wait to read more from this author 😍 💕
