Mia’s track record with love has been more hopeless than hopeful, which is pretty embarrassing, given the fact she’s an award-winning relationship advice columnist.

As she mends her broken heart, she takes on her next phase of life with more confidence, new friends, and a gentle understanding of what she wants for her future.

In a twist of fate, Mia bumps into the most unexpected man, not once but twice. She finds herself falling head over heels in love before she can even wrap her mind around who he is and what he’s doing to her heart.

For once, Mia isn’t trapped in her past. But even this seemingly perfect relationship still comes with the pressure to be the best version of herself in the face of all its complexities.

Can Mia finally overcome all of her hurt to create her happily ever after?

"Maybe it was fate. I couldn't be sure. All I knew was that it was him and me forever. It was 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗨𝗦."

I don't even know what to say. Kristin has a way with words and she always knows how to make me cry. I've read all of her books and I can confidently say she knows how write an emotional but oh so satisfying story. The growth in this book!!! I am so proud of Mia and how hard she pushed on her journey to heal and can we talk about this new man?!? We got to see old friends and meet new ones. I 100% need more of all of these characters, I am not ready to say goodbye to them. There's not much more to say without spoiling this beautiful story so please do yourself a favor and check out this series and If I'm Being Honest.

I want to truly thank the author for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

I was chosen as an arc reader for “Always Us” and immediately preordered the paperback as soon as I finished the last page.

I planned to devote my weekend to reading the entire series in order to read this arc, but ended up reading all three in less than 72 hours. I DEVOURED “Always Us” in 9 hours and was so mad at myself for not reading slower when I was done. This book is not a standalone and follows the same FMC (Mia) throughout the series. Mia’s journey of healing, growth and self love after so much heartbreak and betrayal was so amazing to read.
If you love golden retriever MMC’s who can and will give everything to see the FMC smile and know her own worth this is the book/ series for you! I was giggling and kicking my feet so swoon for Mia’s golden retriever!

I can’t end this review without mentioning my personal favorite character, SAM! Oh, Sam! The absolute perfect book best friend I have ever read! Sam gets better with every book! So did Mia. And of course the author! 5⭐️ I definitely recommend this series to any romance lover.

And here is me publicly begging for one more book! I need more of this couple!! Please? If not a book maybe an extended epilogue of like.. 30 more chapters?

Thank you to the author for the opportunity to read this book for an arc in exchange for my honest opinion.
If you liked this series/ the authors writing style I recommend reading Kristin’s other book “If I’m Being Honest” ( no connection to this series) it’s how I discovered this author and it was an absolutely phenomenal read!

Guys first of all I wanna thank my friend Kristin once again for sending me an Arc. As you know I was allowed to read her first books of the remember me series and all of them are so special to me. Like her writing style is so unique and just seeing how her writing style improves over the books is such an honor to see. I am so blessed to be trusted to read her books and tell the world what an amazing author Kristin has become. She will be a big author one day I PROMISE you all. Everyone will know her name.

About the story. Oh WOW what a happy end for Mia. She deserves it all... I sometimes hoped that she would get together with Sam (I love himmm, he is such a cute puppy friend) but that way is also a perfect ending for her dramatic life and I am soo soo happy to see her happy and just leaving her past behind her. She has grown so much over the last books personally and mentally (idk if this makes sense) and seeing her standing up for herself and raising her voice is just so special for her character.
also her love interest....pleaseeee I need him as a real person and treating me the way he treats Mia !!! Kristin do you know someone in real life? if soo please send me the contact details because he is PERFECT.

All in all I suggest you all go order KRISTINS books and start reading her books NOWWWW!!
I order you

What a beautiful ending to Mia’s story 😍
Going into book 3 my heart was breaking for Mia to find the love she so clearly deserves. I got to watch her mend her broken heart from loss of loved one in book 1. I got to watch he mend her broken heart from loss of a relationship in book 2. I got to watch as her life fell apart and she gained a band of friends who help put the pieces of her back together so that she was the Mia in book 3 that I loved so freaking much. In book 3 Mia is a forced to be reconned with. While she’s still figuring out exactly how powerful her voice is, we get to watch her stand up for herself and be the version of herself she needed to be in the season of life she was about to embark on. Book 3 is like the healing of a broken soul. It reminds you time and time again that broken crayons still color and even if you don’t feel truly whole, you can still be amazing. A great ending to a great series!

This is the last (maybe? I think you should continue it Kristin!!😉) story in the Remember Me series. I loved reading about Mia finally finding her much deserved forever. I laughed and cried throughout the book. Every one of us deserves love. And I think that love comes in many different forms. Whether that be expressed in a relationship with an SO, a friendship or with a beloved family member. Love is expressed through music too and I think the playlist included at the end of this story fits Mia and her new love perfectly. Oh! There’s also some Taylor Swift and Harry Styles references as well! I’m a huge Taylor fan, so that was just an added chef’s kiss for me. I love that this whole series is about love and how it should make us a better version of ourselves. 💙

We’ve watched Mia feel the loss of relationships, her younger brother and some other things that are kind of spoilery. We’ve watched her deal with those emotions in different ways-some of them healthy such as therapy, others not so much such as pushing people who love her away. We’ve watched her heal from the losses and grow from the gains and become her own person and love herself.

Always Us was the perfect ending to Mia’s journey. This series was and wasn’t a romance. It had elements of it sure but it was more about Mia and her growth and relationship with herself PRIOR to romance. Now Always Us tied Mia’s self love journey and actual love journey up with a perfect little bow!

Now shoo and read it 🖤

I wanted to thank the author for the opportunity to read & review this ARC.

I truly enjoyed this book - even for not reading the first 2 books in the series lol - and really loved how much a healing journey the entire book was! The MMC was the EPITOME of the perfect boyfriend. Absolutely perfect. And because of my old wattpad-reading days, I absolutely dieeeee over a celebrity-normal person trope in books😭😭

I thought some of the chapters were a little long, and the book was a little long, but that’s also because I didn’t get the full back story of all the FMC’s healing journey. Overall I adored this book🥹

Mia has grown so much through this story! Mia was able to push on her journey of healing. During that journey she got a major upgrade with her new man! When Mia was getting to know Collin she had insecurities and was scared of what to come. Collin slowly had Mia open up and over time he helped break down her walls.

Mia had an amazing support system, from her family, friends and Collin. Mia deserved so much and she was finally able to get what she deserved. Collin showed her what true love was and I am so happy that Mia got her happy ending!

My ARC Review

This definitely has a lot in it. I was grateful to be given a ARC to read. It's a four star for me. It has a mixture of feelings in it and you definitely will feel them. But it was a good read. But you should definitely give all three a read you for sure have to start with the first book of the trio or you may not get it. Enjoy your reading.

A must-read series from an indie author who is growing with each book she writes. If you’re looking for the New York City setting, the golden retriever mmc, and a perfect ending, this is the perfect book for you!!

Romance lovers: this one’s for you! 💕

Happy Pub Day to @kristin.marzullo for her third book in the Remember Me series. Always Us is a new chapter in Mia’s story. From pain and immense heartache to joy, love and security: Mia might just finally get her happily ever after.

What can you expect?
- This book is like a warm hug.
- The MMC is the Disney Prince your dreams are made of and the romance has the arc of a fairy tale. But don’t worry: it’s not all rainbows. Mia still has to healing to do and trust to build.
- Topics of grief and mental health are handled with care.
- Kristin’s signature wit and humor can be found in the dialogue between the main characters and of course, there’s a meet cute!
- It’s long, but stay on the ride.

I’ve been rooting for Mia (and for Kristin!) since day one. It’s been so fun to be part of this journey. If you’re looking for an indie author to support who writes real characters with real human problems and emotions, look no further!
