The middle daughter of an obsessive gambler father seeks to change her and her younger sister's fate. Her conceited older sister would abondon them for high society, her father would run off with their dowry, and her man would betray her. She vows never to fall for a man again and to be able to support herself and fiancially provide for her younger sister.
She captures the Duke's attention with a deal regarding his inheritance. He proposes to her with a 3 year marriage contract, offering a large sum of alimony after he inherits the Dukedom and their divorce.
I think though they both find romance a headache, she may excite him with her cleverness and perseverance.

Summary:
If you are into the genre of going-back-in-time for a second chance,
This is not that bad. Give it a try.
Reasons:
Decent artwork. and not too immature overall.
Not much frustration regarding the main character's choices.
To me, dialogues between the two main character are interesting--
enough for me to read all the dialogues.
as you know already... the genre tends to feature a partner ideal for the main character.
so be prepared for such character, it is a fiction after all.

I have started this a while ago, but forget about it and then today I just binge reading it.
It was quite interesting plot and it's nice that the FL wasn't someone who suddenly knows lot just because.
But she tried her best for her situation and her interaction with the Marquis is just too cute!
Although there's always misunderstanding, but thankfully it resolves quickly.
I can't wait for the season 2!

Actuellement au chapitre 79, je ne pensais pas que le début nous mettrait directement dans l’ambiance. Fan des webtoons se passant dans ce genre d’époque, je ne suis pas déçu. Leur histoire est un peu vue d'avance comme toujours, mais je vie pour elle. J’aime le personnage principal et sa force face à ce qu’elle a vécu et ce qu’elle peut vivre à la place. J’aime le love interest et sa façon d'interagir avec elle. J’aime tous ceux qui mérite d’être aimé dans ce webtoon.

I literally read this a week ago and I couldn't remember what it had been about🤣I had to read some spoilers to remember.
Anyway, this isn't a bad webtoon. It's just very forgetful among all the other webtoon with the same plot. Don't get me wrong I could read about the same favorite tropes over and over again. I still enjoyed this webtoon and I would recommend it.

Overall series review- 5 lovely ⭐
This is a light-hearted story with smart characters, especially the main lead and the female lead. They are both fair, honest, and respectful to each other. I loved how their characters developed with the story. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shift in art. The initial artwork was really beautiful, but the change was not up to that standard.

J'avais déjà lu ce webtoon sur Internet et je l'avais adoré !
Quel plaisir de retrouver Daisy dans cette aventure qui est plutôt mignonne tout au long du manga. Daisy remonte le temps après avoir été poignardé par la fiancée de l'homme qu'elle aimait. Elle se jure à son réveil qu'elle changera le cours de sa vie.
La relation qu'elle a avec sa famille est assez particulière, avec sa sœur aînée, c'est très compliqué ainsi avec son père. Mais avec sa petite sœur, c'est vraiment adorable, j'adore leur relation !
J'ai vraiment apprécié de retrouver ce petit couple qui est plutôt rigolo, tous les opposent et pourtant, ils s'attirent l'un à l'autre.
L'histoire est prenante, Daisy est très touchante, je me suis déjà attaché à elle dans le webtoon.
J'ai beaucoup ri parce que Kilian piège littéralement Daisy dans le mariage... Et les entendus du mariage cela peut penser que même si Daisy a remonté le temps elle reste quand même sensible au charme du Héros.
L'histoire est prenante et agréable.

La nota serían 2'5 estrellas. Podría subirlo a 3 porque me gusta la protagonista: es inteligente y trabajado, además, se recupera de una relación abusiva (tanto con su familia como con un amante), pero se muestra como esta tiene consecuencias en su autoestima. No obstante, redondeo hacia abajo porque ya estoy cansada de ver a hombres fríos y que resuelven sus problemas con violencia e intimidación como prototipo de hombre ideal. No es algo bueno a reivindicar, así que no me gusta que me vendan como sexy a un personaje así. Sin contar que, también estoy harta del tópico de que él sea perfecto en todo y la termine mangoneando porque siempre él gana cualquier conversación. Me aburre ya que ella, que resulta mucho más humana con sus imperfecciones, siempre quede mal al lado de él, porque él si es perfecto en todo lo que hace. Parece que eso da el mensaje de que las mujeres siempre vamos a estar por debajo de los hombres y dependiendo, porque no importa lo que se esfuerce Daisy, al final depende de él. Me cansa ver ese tropo de relación desigual.
Por lo demás, el argumento es típico y no tiene nada que llame la atención de momento. La obra es entretenida para un rato, pero no memorable.

i am not going to lie, at first i thought the writing for this manhwa was atrocious. the reason being that it was way too fast-paced for my taste. it felt like the author wanted to quickly get over some pertinent events, so that they could move on to the good parts.
however, as the chapters progressed, i grew to love the story. both daisy and the duke were so easy to like. the duke was swoon-worthy and daisy so intelligent and lovely. even though the relationship between these two is strictly business-only, you can tell that they genuinely cared for each other.
i can’t wait to watch their love blossom!

SO GOOD.
What can I say? This story is so different!
First we have Daisy who reincarnated but on her own body the day her life changed for the worst but now she decides to do something to avoid again a tragic end.
It's refreshing to read about reincarnation but with a little twist, another point it had is that the protagonist is very different from our other ones, yes she's strong and intelligent but also can be cold and manipulative. It is really refreshing to read someone like her.
The plot is unique so sometimes I feel surprised or full of fear.
Definitely a good one for anyone who wants an isekai manwha.

The formula is cliche but that what makes it good. It's a rollercoaster ride. There are revenge and schemes. Plus, the misunderstanding gets cleared after one chapter. What's not to like?
