I saw myself in this book! I deal with anxiety a lot. I spend a lot of time alone, which leaves me with idle time alone where I think about the future. It doesn't help that I am a prophetic life coach and medium, either! Lol.

I am now learning to live in the present while remembering the lessons from the past and looking to the goals and hopes for the future that my present leads to that end. It is a new philosophy I learned in a book that said that the Western, American view of living in the present only was wrong. This was shocking to me, because everyone I read and listened to who achieved success in America said stay in the present, stay in the here and now, and stay in your body, now. But that leaves you without goals and expectations, I feel.

There are belief systems that teach you not to hope for anything, not to be attached to an outcome. I don't agree with that. Excellence comes from goals and having an end in mind and working towards it in the present. Your present creates the future only if you live this way, at least, I mean, the future that you say you want and dream of. This book teaches how to look to the future without attaching yourself to negative thoughts and fears about it.

Oh wow. Where to begin? So much power in one book.

So many tips, hacks, tricks, to optimize your life. Happiness. Calm and contentment. Isn't that what we all really want?

Gratitude, positive thinking, affirmations. We've heard it all before.

The difference here is: the author not only backs up the findings with scientific research ... but also loads this volume with practical, tangible tips that you can implement right now, within minutes of reading this book. Tips to turn your day around, and maybe even your life.

Trust me. Just try ONE of the tips. Feel the shift.

Get this book. Just get it. Trust me.
