Overall, I found it to be an enjoyable read!

The story's pace was brisk, making it engaging; however, I felt that certain scenes would have benefited from deeper emotional descriptions. This lack of detail sometimes made it difficult to fully connect with the characters' experiences. While the ending offered some level of satisfaction, I couldn't help but feel that it was only partially fulfilling. Additionally, certain characters deserved more time to develop on the page, which could have enriched the overall narrative.

Despite these critiques, it remains a good and light-hearted read that provides entertainment without being overly heavy.

Might seem cliche to some, but i was craving for an urdu novel with tragedy and this was it for me esp after reading aatish e ishq, i couldn’t find novel with the same level of yearn and ishq and junooniyat and heartbreak.

The story begins with the bitter rivalry between the Ranas and the Maliks. Their hatred has lasted for decades, fueled by political power struggles, ego, and old family grudges. The younger generation inherits this enmity despite having little to do with its origins.

Aman Malik and Hinave Rana

The central romance revolves around Aman Malik and Hinave Rana.

Aman belongs to the influential Malik family. He is powerful, feared, stubborn, and carries the burden of family expectations. Hinave, on the other hand, is bold, outspoken, and refuses to blindly accept the traditions that dictate her life. Rather than being a passive heroine, she constantly challenges injustice and questions the endless feud between the two families.

Their relationship starts with hostility because they belong to rival clans. Every interaction is colored by family hatred, suspicion, and pride. Over time, however, attraction develops into genuine love. Both discover that much of the hatred they inherited is based on lies, manipulation, and the ambitions of older family members.

Khizar Hayat’s Role

One of the important side characters is Khizar Hayat Rana, a police officer (ASP). He becomes involved in investigations connected to Aman Malik and finds himself caught between duty, justice, and family loyalty. Readers often mention that Khizar was one of the most liked characters and deserved more page time.

Arham and Namal

Alongside the main romance, Noor Rajpoot develops several secondary couples. One major subplot involves Arham Malik and Namal (or Manal) Rana. Their relationship further complicates the Malik-Rana conflict because another pair from enemy families falls in love. Their story demonstrates how the younger generation gradually begins breaking barriers created by their elders.

Shahwaiz and Other Characters

The novel contains a large ensemble cast, including Shahwaiz Rana, Bakht, Huda, and several family elders. Unlike many Urdu romances that focus on one couple, Hinave spends considerable time developing side stories and family relationships. Many readers specifically praised the number of secondary character arcs.

Family Secrets and Revenge

As the story progresses, hidden crimes, betrayals, and old conspiracies begin surfacing. Characters learn that the feud has been sustained by manipulation, pride, and political interests rather than genuine justice. The younger generation increasingly questions whether revenge is worth sacrificing their futures.

The novel explores:

* Forbidden love
* Family honor
* Political influence
* Revenge
* Justice
* Breaking toxic traditions
* Choosing peace over inherited hatred

Ending

The ending moves away from revenge and toward reconciliation. The truth behind many past conflicts is exposed, forcing both families to confront their mistakes. The younger generation becomes the catalyst for change.

Aman and Hinave’s journey ultimately demonstrates that love can survive even when surrounded by hatred and family pressure. The novel closes on a comparatively hopeful note, with old cycles of revenge beginning to break and several relationships receiving resolution, though some readers felt certain characters and subplots deserved more development.

jis ko ziada scenes deny chahiay thay un ko nahi diyay or jahan zaroort nahi thee wahan over describe kar dia ha. khizar and hinave, shahwaiz and his girl( i forgot the name tho) should be given more scenes. Aman malik deserved the ending. Anyway it is a good read but needs more room for improvement.

2.5 ⭐️

It was like a soap opera that you know is shit and yet you can not stop devouring the shit.😭🤚🏼
(Too many characters with too many relationships , with zero spark, not well enough cooked dynamics and plot and very one dimensional Villain which make this even more less appealing to read😭🙏🏼 )

I picked this up expecting a romance, but it turned out to be so much more. The emotions felt real, the characters were unforgettable, and the twists kept me turning pages late into the night. Definitely worth the hype but yeah I wanna know why the lawyer plot bro

One thing I like about this novel is the stories and character development of side characters. In typical novels we get very less side characters and their story is least explained but Hinave is different. Despite of Aman Malik and Hinave Rana we get story of Minhal and Shavez, Namal and Arham, Bakht and Hudaa. 4 stars ⭐

The writing felt very immature, the characters were underdeveloped, and the lack of descriptions were a few of the things that I thought this novel lacked. Otherwise, it was actually quite engaging.

The story had me hooked in the beginning and then somewhere in the middle it felt kind of dragged mtlb kuch ho nhi raha tha?! Aman Malik apne alag maast malang Bana phir raha tha, aur Hinave bas mein tumhe choron gi nhi yeh karogi woh karogi ho usse kuch nhi raha tha. Initially I really appreciated Khan's character but what he did with Husna was heinous. Khizar was a sweetheart but usko itne scenes hi nhi diya, balke Rana family ke saare hi boys were good apart from Shahwaiz ka ghussa, these type of men are really needed Jo kahin bhi apne ghr ki larkiyon ka naam nhi aane dete, brain use karke situations handle karte h. Arham aur Namal ki shadi ko itna side kardiya I was really hoping for some intense kind reaction from the family when Namal marries Arham but kuch khas nhi howa bas writer ne yeh bataya ke usse ghr wale naraz h, funny thing is keh she keeps telling Zulekha phuppho ke meinne apko Rana family se wapis milane ke liye shadi ki h but 5 yrs ke baad bhi jab Qudsia Begum himmat karke phone karti h aur Khayam Rana se kehti h keh she wants her daughter Zulekha back tab hi kuch hota. Kinda hoped Namal would have been more directly involved in the patch up. Ab Aman Malik ka mein kya hi kahon, aur uski woh lawyer cousin Zalay was a very unwanted character along with that Alisha who was simping over Shahwaiz (jo keh shadi shuda h) ajeeb yar faltu mein drag. Seerat ko bhi bas aik do scene diye jabke uski aur Haider ki story mein kaafi potential tha. Aur Semab ko bhi itne time baad scene mila when Zayan sees her exercising and doesn't recognize her, itna diff ata h kya weight lose Karne se? is pe i can't really comment. Khair all in all Acha novel tha I don't dislike it or anything but I saw more potential in a lot of places. Like Hinave and Khizer ki story and Hinave ka lawyer banna just for the sake of punishing Aman was a bit off, aur phir ironically Owais tu mara hi nhi tha tu uske murder ka case hi close hogaya bechari Hinave ki 5yrs ki mehnat pe paani dal diya.
Ending was good warna I would have been kaafi disappointed.
Noor is a great writer no doubt and she has undoubtedly proved that in Sulphite. Can't wait to read Maseel now!
