The Curse of Immortality
Laeren 'Ren' al'Damires had always wanted to be a journalist. Exposing the corruption and reporting problems plaguing the society was what he wanted to focus on. He'd just graduated from Aradia University and was currently even working as an intern for The Aradia Gazette. Except, he was stuck writing stories of missing cats and drunk driving cases. Things weren't exactly going great. So, when Ren noticed a few officers rushing around talking about bodies in woods nearby, Ren couldn't help but investigate. He just didn't realize that this new case would bring him in the middle of Aradia's history with the paranormal.
Willem Taron Brynn had given up his hope on humanity and everything they stood for. He'd isolated himself in the Aradia woods hoping that the lore of the woods would scare the people of Aradia from bothering him. But alas... it seemed that the murderer was adamant on burying his bodies where Willem lived. Now, no thanks to the murderer, Will would have to break his 300 year isolation to venture into the town of Aradia.
Nora al'Raem just wanted to sleep. One night of peaceful sleep before her exams. That was all she wanted. She was even struggling in her high school no thanks to her lack of sleep. But alas the voice she was hearing seemed to have another plan for her. One that Nora fears has dire consequences for her. Caught between trying to tell her mothers and confronting the voice on her own, Nora didn't know how she got tangled in a murder mystery that was currently the talk of the town.

I am Akira (obviously...). I write fantasy, sci-fi and romance... and sometimes mix those genres together. I began writing when Supernatural, Marvel, and Doctor Who - all movies and shows that I'll gladly discuss with anyone that wants to talk to me about - started killing off my favorite characters. Although, I think I should write more in this section, I believe I'm too much of an introvert to go outside and do anything else.

To all those that are giving my book a chance and taking the precious time out of your day to read it, thank you very much! I really hope you like the characters and their stories just as much as I do.
