Star Crossed #1-3
Roman & Jude: Monster Hunters - The Complete Trilogy
We're not supposed to like each other...
...but from the moment I set my eyes on him, I know I want him.
Too bad everything and everyone is set against us . (Not that I care, mind you.)
What fun is it being an elf with superpowers if you can't do whatever the hell you want?
Especially when we could be killed at every turn by droves of terrible monsters straight from my worst nightmares.
Roman & Monster Hunters is a fated mates, star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet-esque MM urban fantasy romance. With monsters. And an adorable troll.
This collection includes all three books in the Elven Duty, Elven Game, and Elven Heir.

Elven Duty
Unimaginative retelling of Romeo and Juliet. The writing is juvenile. Needs a better editor. Thank goodness I borrowed this from the local library. If I had spent money on this I'd definitely be upset. Why this author gets so many 4 & 5 star reviews is unknown. Do yourself a favor and pass.
Elven Game
The story had a good premise but the author didn't deliver. The writing is still juvenile. I've seen better writing from my high school English students. The editing is still in need of help. Thoroughly disappointed. Pass!!!
Elven Heir
Well this trilogy is over thank goodness. There wasn't much in world or character building. The stories were meh. The writing was subpar. The editing was lacking. In this book the MCs had way too much waffling. It was needless drama/filler. I guess Amazon will publish anything now. Hugh waste of time.

Amazing series, great story and character development. So well written ☆♡☆
I do like a complete series in one.
It for sure could need a wider appreciation in my opinion. It is so creative and Rhys (also writes as Rhys Everly) .
Narration
John York is a solid narrator for me and never dissappoints.
