Welcome to the final installment in the Crowley family! This is a standalone novel, full-length, no cheating, no cliff-hanger, and a happily-ever-after guaranteed. Reckless Bride has some dark themes, plenty of steam, a strong heroine, and a possessive hero.
»I’m not in the mood for you to pretend like you give a damn.« »I do care.«

❥ 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒂 I really liked her. Alisa is a strong and confident main character who knows exactly what she wants. She gives Liam contra and fights for her opinion.
❥ 𝑳𝒊𝒂𝒎 He has problems with expressing feelings but as a reader you see quickly that he cares for Alisa. Liam is protective and bossy but I liked him.
✥ 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌 This book was way better than the third book in this series and a worthy final of the Crowley family. The writing style and world building both were good and it was an easy read. The story is interesting and thrilling, it doesn‘t get boring. But it‘s the same plot like other books in this series: the main characters meet, they agree on a fake marriage, the woman get‘s pregnant and then they fall in love. It‘s a nice lovestory but in four books the same scheme. Liam and Alisa are great main characters. They have good chemistry and you can feel the sexual tension. I enjoyed reading and would definitely recommend it.
Goodreads crashing every time I try to write a review is driving me NUTS. So now this will be point form.
- this started out exciting, fast paced, good chemistry, I was excited for the story to develop - It quickly went downhill and became “I’m high and mighty, you need to do what I say” - There was no romance anywhere. The occasional unprompted sex scene which were often random. Also, Liam did not give two shits until Alisa said she was pregnant which was halfway through. And after weeks of him avoiding her. But then no, my wife, my child, I own you, you’re never leaving me, all while he has her banished to the house, unable to leave - Don’t get excited for mafia style drama to keep you on the edge of your seat. All of it was off page. From 30-70ish% the only things that happened were Liam telling Alisa to stay at home, she would throw a fit, and try to escape. All we know is Liam would “go to work and deal with things”. Or she’d yell at him and he’d leave. No plot. No scheming. No story. Same thing over and over and over. - Half, and I swear it must be at least half, of the dialogue is unfinished thoughts and sentences because everyone gets cut off halfway through, doesn’t matter who is speaking- - The Liam from the first few chapters was charming, protective but not in a douchebag way, quick on his feet and smart. There was a bit of humour. Where did that guy go? He became a robot who demanded compliance. There were a few times too (enough to notice anyways) Alisa would say something generic in terms of strategy or business which is apparently why he married her, and he would respond with “that’s not a bad idea”. I’m sorry, are you not some big time mafia leader with decades experience? You should know some of these things. - The language in this book got weird, and I have no idea why. Our wedding bed. My marriage bed. “If my wife wants to be in my bed waiting for when I get out, that would please me. Provide as only a good wife should, daughter of mine Enlighten me, wife of mine Are you trying brand my office, little wife?
Plus this is branded as a suspense. WHERE??????
The thing that gets me here is the writing isn’t bad. The story is bad. The language could be better. It definitely needs a formatter, because the Amazon version is a mess. But I do believe there is hope for this author to get better.
I usually like this author but felt a complete disconnect with Liam’s character. Alisa’s character was engaging enough to get me through most of the book before I completely lost interest.
The editing was horrible with too many inconsistencies to note . I am appalled at the number of books being published without proper editing.
Liam’s character was devoid of normal emotions making him a robotic character. When the author tried to infuse feelings into his character, it just didn’t work for me. You don’t flip the switch on that kind of disorder in a few chapters.
Alisa and Liam characters never connected for me. The story was predictable which reduced my rating by a point, especially with yet another baby brought into the mix. Is it too much to expect some originality in this genre, apparently so.
Alisa did not want to marry the man her parents are forcing her to, she knows he is behind her sister's death and feels the marriage will lead to her own death. When a Liam Crowley offers her an out, she takes it. Liam has his own reasons why he wants to unsettle the lay of the land in Portland being run by the man who Alisa was supposed to marry. He wants to take over the territory and Alisa is a beautiful bonus. Liam wants the marriage in all ways a marriage should be, will Alisa be his biggest prize ever?
There is a ton of stuff that unfolds in this one. I had been curious about Liam as he has a bit of a reputation in previous books and this did not disappoint. He is a bit of a more hair trigger member of the Crowley Mafia and this was everything I had hoped. Alisa is wonderful, I felt for her with her family dynamic. Wonderful story.
Reckless Bride is fourth and final installment in the Crowley Family series. A full-length steamy standalone novel with no cheating, no cliffhanger and a guaranteed happily-ever-after. They entered into a contract and got married. Alisa wants revenge against Rustik for murdering her sister. Liam is cold-hearted, detached, psychotic, expressionless and ruthless. It would seem that she jumped right out of the frying pan and into the fire because Liam is far worse than the man she was supposed to marry. Alisa is defiant, sassy, challenging, fierce and beautiful. The two embarked on business partnership with fake marriage but things does not always work out like we want them to. They were attracted to each other from the start. But Liam so stoic and detached she could never get a good read on him so she would do things to get a rise out of him. Liam and Alisa chemistry were magnetic and sensual and before long they succumb to their attraction and being together each day felt more real than pretend. And when Liam finds a positive pregnancy all fun and games was over. He voided the contract in throw it away and let her know that she wasn't going anywhere and that she was stuck with him forever. As they get to know each other and trying to figure out her sister's murder to Bratva was on their tail and launched a full scale war where the other Crowley's had to get involved for re-enforcement. A great end to the Crowley Mafia Family series. Did Alisa and Liam find out who kill her sister? Was Liam successful in venturing into the Marijuana market?
I received an advanced copy of this book via Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
book info - no cheating, opd, 3rd act breakup - fake marriage - violence - drug overdose (off page) - surprise pregnancy - organized crime - non-virgin mcs - HEA
they met when alisa was supposed to marry the husband of her dead sister. she didn't want to do it but her father pushed her to do so anyway. then when she tried to escape from the venue, liam saw her and helped her get away.
liam has other plans too, he wants to take over the marijuana business in the west side and alisa's family has a huge connection and dealings with this line of business. so he propositioned her to marry him and in return they will avenge her sister's death. she didn't agree at first but eventually caved in.
i did find it difficult at first to like liam, i think he's a psychopath, not openly said but can be implied. even his family calls him emotionless robot because he doesn't feel anything for anyone. but for some reason alisa makes him feel things he never felt before and more alive than he could ever remember. he's also way controlling, i know he only do these things because he wants to protect her, and i get his intentions comes from a good place. but i would've appreciate it if he talk to alisa first before doing anything that would affect both of them. i'm sure it was hard for him to let someone else in but i'm really glad he did with her. he's a good husband, protective, thoughtful, sweet, though the controlling part could've been toned down a little bit. i've come to like him as the story goes, and even more when he found out about the pregnancy and became so invested in his kid. for someone who doesn't do emotions he really knows how to be caring and affectionate with his wife and baby.
as for alisa, she's my favorite fmc in this series. i love her sass, sarcasm, stubbornness, but most of her fierceness and drive to be liam's partner. she knows when to hold her ground and she's not being stubborn for the sake of being stubborn. even when liam is being a control freak and acting like she can't decide for herself, alisa never lashed out at him in a bratty way and she's always trying to understand and see where liam's coming from. though i have to say at times i agree with her wanting to strangle him when he's being unreasonable. but at least at the end of the day they still compromise and settle their issue in the most mature way they could possibly have.
i liked alisa as an individual, liam not so much at the beginning mainly because of his unfeeling attitude, but he did change my perspective about him along the way. i loved them together as a couple, i had so much fun with their banter and antics, or how they can push each other's button without trying so hard. i find it really sweet too when liam realized he's not uncaring at all, it's just that he haven't found the person whom he can be vulnerable with. seeing him be all protective husband is at times frustrating but totally swoony for the most part, and reading alisa putting him in his place is just so comical.
as for the issue with rustik (bad guy), i think it was anticlimactic, idk maybe i was expecting more violence for his end?? and for her father he had it so much easy too (i guess?? because it was only mentioned and off page, no details were given) also, i would've wanted to see liam interact with his family too after the war, but it didn't happen. i really thought that by getting married and having a kid soon, he would start to connect with his family now that he has his own. (mentioned off page that liam and alisa went to boston a few times to visit them, but i really want to see him converse with them) there were a few things that i think were glossed over that i really would've wanted to read on page. and since this is the last book in this series, it would've been a nice wrap to have an epilogue that span years later that features all the couples in this series, you know to see a glimpse of their lives.
anyway, i still enjoyed it and liam and alisa are my favorite couple in this series.

RECKLESS BRIDE is the fourth and final instalment in BB Hamel’s contemporary, adult CROWLEY MAFIA FAMILY dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is Liam Crowley, and Alisa Rostova’s story line. RECKLESS BRIDE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Liam and Alisa) RECKLESS BRIDE follows in the aftermath of the almost wedding between Alisa Rostova, and the leader of the Aslan Russian Bratva. Months earlier Alisa’s sister Liliya died under mysterious circumstances while married to Rustik Aslan. In the wake, Liliya’s father offers up his remaining daughter Alisa, as part of a deal with the Russian Bratva but Alisa wants nothing to do with marrying Rustik, and finds herself on the run with Irish Mobster Liam Crowley. Liam Crowley spots an opportunity to take control, and offers up his hand in marriage, a business arrangement with an expiry date to come but all does not go according to plan when Alisa’s father demands his daughter’s return, a demand that places a target on our heroine’s back. As Liam works to take control, Alisa struggles as the wife of a man she does not love. What ensues is the building but acrimonious romance and relationship between Alisa and Liam, and the potential fall-out as Alisa’s stubbornness and need to be included threaten the lives of everyone involved.
The world building focuses on Liam’s battle to take back control, and Alisa’s need to prove she is much more than a mobster’s wife. A marriage of convenience is forcing Alisa’s hand but her often immature attitude is dangerous to the man with whom she is falling in love.
The relationship between Alisa and Liam is one of convenience. Liam is Alisa’s rescuer, and our heroine is Liam’s prisoner, albeit living in a gilded cage of her own design. Pushing all of Liam’s proverbial buttons, Alisa’s actions often threaten Liam’s tentative control of his patience and his plans. The $ex scenes are erotic and provocative.
We are introduced to leader of the Aslan Bratva Rustik Aslan, as well as Alisa’s father; Liam’s assistant Orin; his first lieutenant Sean McTafferty, as well as Finn, Nolan and Carson Crowley, and their respective spouses.
RECKLESS BRIDE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, murder and obsession, forgiveness, acceptance and love. The fast paced, character driven premise is intriguing and dramatic; the romance is fated; the characters are desperate and dynamic.
Well with all of the others I would say hang on because once you start you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned so hang on and double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love (ALL THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE MAFIA WORLD). By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! CAN’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED!!!!! Alisa is a force to answered her father is forcing her to marry the man who murdered her sister she can’t or won’t marry him so as she is trying to escape she runs into a man who offers to help her but of course not without asking for something in return so the questions she had to quickly consider is if it would be worth it and of course it would be not to marry her sister’s killer also to get away from her father. Liam sexy as all get out controlling psychopath or so it seems until he meets his girl although he was flying by the seat of his pants but he also knows he is better with her on his side then without also there are advantages outweigh any disadvantages and not to mentions she is beautiful his to keep. They work together to figure out who murdered her sister and the connection her father has with what happened to her sister all while he works to expand the family business and working together changes everything between them to something more than a contract both feeling something love for one another but is he able to keep her safe, will he accept the family they have created, growing the family, will we see him finally be honest openly about his feelings for her, and will they find the happiness they both seek somewhere on the crazy ride they have embarked upon?
Fighting For Their Forever - Alisa was only trying to escape the hellish life that she was being forced into, when she bumped into Liam and he offered to help her. Even though she managed to leave, she didn’t have a plan in place, so when Liam offered her protection with certain conditions, she accepted them. Liam was flying by the seat of his plans when she decided to help Alisa escape, but he realised the advantages of having her beside him, outweighed the disadvantages.
Unfortunately, the ramifications of their decisions on that fateful day had wide reaching consequences, but it also had some positives, as Alisa was able uncover the truth about her sister and father, whilst Liam was able to remove the obstacle in his way to expanding the family business. Spending time together soon changed the status of their contract marriage, as their attraction for each other grew and their lives changed with the addition to the next generation. Once all their problems were resolved, they were able to work together towards their fulfilling professional and personal lives.
This was another great addition to the Crowley family series, that had me hooked from the beginning and didn’t let go until I reached the end. I am in awe of B. B. Hamel’s talent, as her imagination allows her to bring such unbelievably captivating stories to life on the pages. I am always happy to recommend B. B. Hamel and her portfolio of books to all those readers who love a good mafia romance.

I downloaded this before I realized it was the last book in a series about a mafia family. Once I discovered this I was concerned that since I hadn’t read any of the other books I would be lost. Happily I found this wasn’t the case and while I’m sure there are some nuances I probably missed I couldn’t tell and feel I got the complete story. I will admit I’m considering reading the earlier books just to see how Liam acted in them. He is an extremely unique, complex and fascinating character and I really loved him. Tough, strong Alisa is actually the most perfect woman for him and I can’t imagine him with anyone else.
The entire book is interesting and while there’s several subplots including Liam trying to take over the marijuana distribution business and Alisa seeking revenge for her sister’s death as well as the truth about it, but they are minor to the main focus of the story, the unexpected and unlikely romance between the Irish mobster and the Bratva princess.
This is an excellent and mostly well-written book that I will admit I truly enjoyed and look forward to reading more books by this author in the future.
4.5 Stars!! This is the final book in the Crowley mafia series, and it does not disappoint. It can be read as a standalone, so if you haven't read the other books, you can still enjoy this one. Alisa is in an impossible situation. Her father is making her marry her sister's husband, Rustik. She believes that Rustik killed her sister and cannot bear to marry him. She decides to run for it, though she doesn't get far when she is caught. Liam Crowley ends up saving her from going through with the marriage though he has a proposal of his own. Liam is the youngest of the Crowley but also the most ruthless. He wants to force he family into a new venture and Alisa is the key to getting there. Stealing her will start a war but his family can be ruthless when defending what his theirs. Liam wants Alisa to be his. Some good twists and turns in this story that keeps you reading to the end. Enjoy.
I voluntarily wrote this review from reading an advanced copy of this book from Booksprout.
This is the fourth book in this series. It features Liam Crowley. He is the youngest of the brothers and the most reckless and maybe insane. He meets Alisa Rostova on her wedding day. She is supposed to marry her sister’s husband. A Bratva leader and possible the person who murdered her sister. As she is trying to run away Liam steps in and helps her. Of course there are strings attached. If she wants to survive and discover the truth of her sister’s death and get her revenge, she will have to marry Liam. Of course there is a contract where she can get out once her demands are met. But when she turns out to be pregnant Liam throws the contract in the bin. She is his now and he will never let her go. And the war with the Bratva heats up rather quickly. It is vicious and deadly. This story is full of steamy romance, mafia war violence and witty banter. I like how accepting the rest of the Crowley wives are toward Alisa. They even give her pointers on how a male Crowley brain works. Family is everything to a Crowley. I did receive an advance copy for my honest review.
This is a great addition to the The Crowley Mafia Family Series and I feel in love with Alisa and Liam. When Alisa, a bratva princess is being forced to marry her dead sister’s husband she finds him to be down right evil so she does the only thing possible on her wedding day, escapes with the help of a stranger, Liam who is the youngest Crowley with a dangerously handsome body. When they finally find freedom he gives her options on how to survive and the one she agrees to is a contract marriage. These two find themselves attracted to one another but Liam is emotionally closed off so Alisa does what she can to push his buttons, especially with her decorating in the home. Alisa finds a way to help Liam in his quest to take over Portland and along the way danger, revenge and pain come their way. Liam is not happy with the attacks and does what any man in love would do - make those responsible pay at all cost! Fighting for a real marriage and a baby shows that Liam is capable of giving love for right reasons with the backing of his family’s wealth and connections in Boston.
Like everyone said, 'Liam... was Liam.' Intense, making decisions coldly, to the point that he seemed unemotional and a little unhinged, to say the least. Interesting and exciting how he suddenly took control of Alisa's life and found himself in a battle of wills because Alisa was quite a challenge and he loved challenges. I like it when the protagonists are complicated, they find themselves struggling with their emotions and feelings and in situations that make me think about how difficult the decisions are and Alisa had a lot on her plate. Felt sorry for her and how her expectations were crumbling. I had only read Nolan's story, very different from Liam, and I liked how the Crowley brothers cared about Liam, that kept me interested in the dynamics of this family and the strong women at their side. Strong emotions, betrayal, strong filial ties, exciting scenes, suspense, violence, romance, and lots of passion. I voluntarily reviewed this copy I received from Booksprout.
I was having second thoughts about reading this book. I already have a long list of TBRs, so I asked myself if I should add another one. This book is not a short story and will take time to read. I found myself looking at the cover time and time again. I liked the cover, especially the eyes; it is compelling.
Then, I read the first book in the Crowley Mafia Family, where we met the MMC in passing. I loved that story and discovered that I have read another from this series, which I also loved. So I asked myself why not.
I like the writing, I liked the story, and, same as the other Crowley brothers, I also liked the MMC. He is crazy, but he is also fun. What's more, he knows how to take care of his wife to the extent that he is willing to be the villain in his own story, ie. he made those who threatened the MMC unalive.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Liam and Alisa Together This is a great conclusion to B.B. Hamel’s Crowley Mafia Family Series. We finally see the elusive youngest son of the Crowley dynasty, Liam, meet his match when he rescues Alisa from a life and death situation. Liam’s supposed to be dangerous, unpredictable, ruthless, clever but quick to violence, but all Alisa sees is a beautiful man. Scary, intense, but beautiful and still only a man. He’s offering to help her and she has the feeling he’s the only person in the entire house that might really do it. What will she have to give him in return though? This is an intense steamy dark mafia romance that starts out as a fake marriage. The twists are captivating and filled with action, suspense, danger and violence, but most of all it all comes down to chemistry and love for Liam and Alisa Going to miss the Crowley Family with their intense loyalty to family ties. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This was my first read in the Crowley Brothers series, but I will be going back and reading the other 3 books ASAP! Alisa has been promised in marriage to her dead older sister's husband, but she believes that he was the one that caused her death. As a spur of the moment decision, she decides to flea her wedding to escape her cruel intended husband. When she finds an unlikely accomplice in Liam Crowley who helps her escape, she never realizes that she has just traded one "future" husband to another one. Initially there is resistance by Alisa to trust Liam but when he explains that he is the only one that can keep her safe as well as help her get revenge for her sister's death, she agrees to their "marriage". There are so many twists and turns in this story and a really hard-fought HEA they get as we see the progression and transformation of these two enemies into a strong, united force that allows them to attain their goal for revenge but also gives them happiness.
Reckless Bride is book four in the series The Crowley Mafia Family by author B. B. Hamel. These Crowley men and their contracts. Oh I’m getting ahead of myself- so a world wind met and it off to the races. Ok not really- more like running for your life races. Then it’s the contract- a pretty good deal if you ask me everything you want plus something- someone like Liam in your bed- Lord have mercy. Well precautions were not taken, and the world just got more dangerous and complicated. So basically let me introduce you to the real Liam. Still sexy as hell but just as arrogant maybe more so than his brothers. Anywho, you still get everything you want plus more. Ok so maybe you didn’t ask for more but you’re getting it. Well darn, I guess I should speak more about the book, like it was packed with action scenes- some suspenseful stuff- or it’s emotional. And it is all that and more. Enjoy!!
Reckless Bride wasn’t bad! I really liked Liam and Alisa. They have a fun back and forth banter, she pushes his buttons, and doesn’t let him just give orders. One thing I especially liked was even when she thought Liam wouldn’t be happy about her pregnancy, she didn’t try to hide it or run from him. Liam was something! He has this uncaring attitude and comes off as emotionless and lacks empathy. He was the one who kept saying their marriage was a business transaction, and he’d never commit himself to any woman- let alone have kids because they represent attachments. So it was a nice thing to see him actually falling for Alisa. He wanted to give her everything and he would’ve done anything to make her happy. This was a good end to the Crowley series and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
This book is so freaking GOOD!! Liam and Alisa are incredibly interesting characters. Their flirting was amusing and tantalizing😆I was completely consumed with them…I couldn’t put this book down. As the youngest Crowley, Liam is the cockiest one of all. Besides being swoon worthy, dirty talking and downright sexy he definitely eat crow after telling his siblings his relationship with Alisa is all business. As for Alisa, I really enjoyed her strong and determined personality and how fiercely she loves. Getting lost in this powerfully gripping, dangerous and passionate mafia world was riveting, alluring and captivating. These characters are wonderfully engaging, inviting and STEAMY. So I highly recommend this book for those who love Fascinating characters and Stunning mafia romances. Remarkably written!!
MMC/FMC- Liam and Alisa POV- 1st person dual Genre- Mafia Romance Sub Genre- Mob Sub Genre- Bratva Bonus- Link to free book Heat- they do the things and name the parts (using the P word). Series? Y Safety: no cheating or sharing, no s. violence, no OM/OW drama, no cliffhanger, HEA. Triggers- Violence, language, explicit erotic content, weaponized decoration. Tropes- Runaway Bride, Arranged Marriage, Protective Hero, Surprise Pregnancy, Love/Hate Relationship. What I liked- when he showed his human side, especially when he admitted he was getting attached to her. The zexytime scenes were toe-curling. They had a lot of chemistry, and sparks flew whenever they argued. And I loved the humor. This book just worked. What I didn’t like- there was an excess of purple. Verdict- Recommended.

Alisha's father is forcing her to marry her sister's husband whether she wants to or not I know he killed her. Life in the Bratva for a princess is about doing your duty, marrying my sister's murdered, and when she died the duty falls to me for the alliance. The question is will he murder me too, or will fate step in when she runs for it, Liam Crowley can he be my savior? A captivating story to enemies to lovers' story as Liam propose she marry him instead. He sees a way to convince his family of a new adventure with her father, but they be starting another war instead. An action-packed story with a few twist and turns as Lian and Alishia find fate is always twisting in the wind as these too find a love worth fighting for. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I think this is my favourite couple from this series. While I enjoyed Nolan and Keely I didn't think it was the best, but this book was very different.
I enjoyed the banter, the fun way they just adapted to the situation of running away from a wedding. Liam seems to be different from the rest of the brothers, he does things differently, keeps a low profile and is kind of like a loner.
Then he meets Alisa, who is a damsel in distress and accepts his help of revenge. She challenges him because although he wants to be the macho mafia man, she forces him to treat her like his wife.
This was a great read. I wanted there to be a little more about the baby and maybe even see the whole pregnancy through, but it was still great to see how things unfold for the couple while going through what they went through.
The Crowley brothers are all demanding, overbearing and intense - and Liam is no exception. While most of the family businesses and power is set on the East Coast, Liam has been working on expansion on the West Coast, which is where he meets Alisa. Alisa has a great spirit, and her sass matched her strength. She's perfect for him.
The drama and intrigue of this storyline had me flipping pages, eager to figure out how these characters are going to survive the threats to their lives. Alisa ran from a horrible situation, and Liam is more than happy to twist her escape to his benefit, and keep her as his own. I enjoyed the command that the Crowley family has over their adversaries, and how - even though Carson is unhappy with Liam's actions - the family supports him.
The bloodshed, family betrayals, and overall mess of this dangerous world was very entertaining. The chemistry between Alisa and Liam was there from the beginning, and I enjoyed seeing the turnaround for both of them. Very steamy!
I'm sad to be done with the Crowleys. I recommend reading these as a binge read to have the best experience. I received a free copy of this, and I voluntarily leave my review.
The book is a complete package with love, betrayal, death, murder, emotions and passion along with the romantic suspense. I completely loved the way the author kept up with the storyline and also the characterization.
Alisa - I pity her for being forced to marry and envy her as she got the best husband. Yes, I was hooked up to her life and it did pain me to see her suffer.
Liam - Is highly possessive and controlling but yet smitten to his wife. That was so lovely to read.
I indeed loved the unsaid love between the main leads and when they confessed on their feelings my heart just melted.
This truly a quick sweet and spicy read to me.
I received a free copy of this book and here is my honest review. I am so glad that I got to meet Liam and Alisa.
This starts out at powerful Russian mobsters wedding! The bride to be is forced to be there and tries to escape. Little did she know that the man who helps her is just as powerful in another state connected to head of the Irish mob. We have heard the Crowley brothers talk about their uncontrollable brother in previous stories. He has been on the west coast forever working on A big deal to offer to his family once he stains it, I believe he is trying to redeem himself to his family. Now we have a runaway bride leaving with another mobster. Wait till you read all the things they come up against from the time they leave until the this story ends!!!! P9l
Reckless Bride is Liam's story, the youngest Crowley brother. Alisa is being forced to marry Rustik, her late sister's husband, but vows revenge for her sister's death and runs right into Liam Crowley in her bid to escape. Liam helps Alisa run away from Rustik in exchange for her help in gaining control of Rustik's business. Liam also grees to help Alisa catch her sister's murderer but in exchange she will need to marry him. This well written, page-turning story has drama, danger, suspense and plenty of sexy steam. I loved Alisa and Liam's journey together as it begins as a business proposal but soon evolves into something much more. Enjoyable read!
