Greetings, dear readers!
I am thrilled to announce the release of my debut fantasy novel, which I wrote at the age of 16. It took me several months to complete, and I poured a great deal of time and energy into this project. After two years of hard work, I self-published the book in August and was amazed by the positive response it received.
Initially, this book was intended to be a collection of short stories written in collaboration with other writers. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, everyone else abandoned the project, leaving me to carry on alone. Despite the challenges, I persevered and worked tirelessly to bring this book to fruition. Originally titled "Prisoner of Wonderland," the page count grew to almost 600 pages, prompting me to divide it into a trilogy. This decision proved to be the best one I ever made!
Although I am not in a hurry to release the second installment, I eagerly await your feedback to help me improve and avoid making the same mistakes in the future. The sequel is ready, but it still needs some editing and revisions before I release it, probably sometime next year.
Before I sign off, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my friend, who shares the same name as me Haithem Bouguerra, for creating the stunning covers and illustrations for the book. Thanks to my friend L.D. Boston and the GoodReads team, I am now a proud member of the authors' program, and I welcome all of my readers and friends to share their thoughts and reviews here. I also want to thank Islam, my savior, and biggest advisor in the publishing world, and SAMA SERVICE, the best Algerian printing house ever, for giving me the opportunity to bring this book to life and work with them.
Please feel free to send me a message on Instagram (@haithem.md) to discuss the book further. I am open to all opinions and cannot wait to write more books and share them with you all.
Thank you!
