That Knowledge is a whole man out here in these streets! 🤤🥰😝Now, Miss S. Yvonne, this was a lot to unpack and I need book two!! I think the story was intriguing and such a mystery. Slowly, Knowledge showed parts of his past and how it shaped him to be the man that he grew to be. He unfortunately had to grow up early and witnessed things a child should not have seen but it was his reality. He had a strong man backing him and I loved that for him! When he decided to tell his counselor about his past, it appeared that he was wanting help— but, that is not the case at all! He was so calculated that by the time i followed the breadcrumbs things had already hit the fan! 😱the storytelling abilities by this author continues to blow me away!! I am so curious to see how Knowledge avenges his mothers death and how things will turn out for him and Suga..! Soo good and unexpectedly refreshing to read!

Knowledge Toussaint’s story takes us on a journey through multiple stages of his life from an interesting angle… The way he chooses to tell his story is unique though one thing is certain he relishes being in control of every situation & having the upper hand. Too bad life doesn’t give us the upper hand from birth…Read with an open mind & you’re sure to see the imperfect perfection & depth in everyone that plays a role in his life & decisions, whether major or minor…. Next up part 2 😅

When It Comes Full Circle!!
Knowledge has seen too much in his early and adolescent years. Especially seeing his mama gun down right in front of him. All this time he knew his name and he didn't tell Booney because that was going to be his revenge for him and his mama. That's why he's so cold and ruthless now. Suga seems sneaky to me. How is she going act when Knowledge tell her, he killed her God father and her father. I don't why Knowledge continue to put with her knowing she did coke. Booney is stubborn by not going to the doctor. Sasha was so bothered Trice and Knowledge it was ridiculous. I don't think Sasha did a d.n.a test on Knowledge. She just said that to get under Booney's skin. Booney taught Knowledge how to play chess and that's why he's so good at what he does. Knowledge sought out Mrs. Rini for therapy because he knew who she was married too. Mrs Rini is going to choose her heart because she's intrigued by Knowledge and she claims she loves him, but where would that leave Suga and their baby. What did Trice take from Courtney?

Mr. Toussiant….. whew!
Calculating… passionate…seductive… intentional …this book was perfectly written in a way I can’t explain. Each page pulled me in more and MORE. The build up of scenes and the way the story unfolded left me speechless. I haven’t read a book quite like this one. What I loved most was how the author got out of her comfort zone and truly ZONED out. Knowledge Toussaint is unlike ANY character she’s written about and this story’s development, pacing, word play and raw emotions told a bigger story…Patience!! I wholeheartedly appreciate this form of art and I can’t wait to read part 2!

Knowledge has been through so much at a young age. I am so glad that he caught Courtney that it's not funny. I wonder if Suga would forgive him when she finds out all the secrets he has been holding. I wonder if him and Paris will cross the line. It's so many questions that I need answers to. I bet he is going to be a match to help his father. His ex wife was so jealous that she would say anything to get him out the way. Jokes on her, because he is still in his life and she has nothing. I love the way his mother lived her son even though she was fighting her own demons. I can't wait for part 2.

S. Yvonne. Good read. Knowledge took his hard knocks and turned them into a way of life. I love Knowledge he took care of people that loved him, it wasn't many but he was loyal to the few. Thank God for Booney. He allowed Knowledge a second chance. Knowledge took off running and hasn't stopped yet. What will come of Paris? Will Booney get his situation together on his own or will it be another surprise? Will Suga be ok? Will all the love, care and understanding Rooney gave Knowledge keep him on the path? This was a good read. I'm not feeling Knowledge and the way he used Paris. That was fucked up. Especially since she caught feelings. I don't understand how though 🤔 he basically told her his life story and she fell in love from that? Knowing he had Suga? Make it make sense!! I gave the book 4 stars because it was great entertainment, but idk if I'm reading the next book. I thought this was a romance... between who, though? 🤔

At a young age Knowledge had to over come so much but he was indeed his mother's protector. When he took the life of those men protecting her may have cause trauma to some people but not him. Now when she reached out to Booney for help I knew that she was ready to change if not for herself at least for him because not what he did. Booney took him in because of the love he had for Treece and he felt that Know I was his son. When Courtney took his mother's life in front of him at that moment a demon was made and his nickname truly became a reality. Once he kept his word and graduated from high school Booney wife crossed the line once again instead of keeping her mouth shut even though Treece may have had his heart she had the ring but that wasn't good enough she wanted to get rid of Knowledge but only screwed herself out of a world of luxury.
When Knowledge was putting his plan for revenge into play I don't think he had planned to develop feelings for Paris but they slowly started to fall for each other while he poured out his life story. Now his heart was with Suga but he had secrets that would destroy her if ahe ever found out and now he has to keep in mind that she is pregnant something he never wanted so his fear once again is losing someone he loved. Since he's finally face to face with Courtney what will be his next step because he showed him that Paris was in love with him even though she was his wife and him bringing her to an orgasim in front of his eyes was betrayal so he had to die if not I'm sure he would kill his wife once he was freed, can't wait to see what's going to happen now that Knowledge has given her a choice.

This was a really good read. I'm so mad that it ended so fast because I needed more. Poor knowledge had it hard from the very beginning my heart broke for him. Mr. Knowledge Toussaint is one for the record books. Baby, the way this man sat in his therapist office and told his darkest secrets the whole time knowing exactly who she is, GANGSTA!!! I have a feeling that Booney is his father, I hope Knowledge is a match for him. I felt so bad for the young Knowledge, he went through so much at such a young age. Just when he got his mother back Courtney came in and took her away again. NOW, the big question is will Suga forgive him once she finds out all of his secrets. YOU DID IT AGAIN MAMAS!!!

Great Read
I loved this story. You know how we as readers select a character that we wish we could be like or want in our life, well this time, I did not find one for my self. The writer words spilled onto the pages with power and emphasis. Most of the times, I felt like I was there actually witnessing the events that Knowledge shared with Dr. Rini. Great Read! An observation, in chapter 8, page 77, it says, “You’re fifteen years old.” But afterwards, the writer states several times Knowledge was thirteen when he witnessed his mom being killed.

Knowledge is Power! I so enjoyed reading this book. Knowledge, went through a lot in his young life and it made him who he was. Booney, loved him because he love his mom to pieces. Trice, hurt Booney, but he still loved her regardless of the life she was dealt with as a child as well. I hated that Paris got caught up in Courtney (Patrick) bs, but hey that's the life her husband chose to have and it caught to him. I, don't think Knowledge will harm her ,because he had some strong feelings for Paris. S. Yvonne. Prt2 me pleaseeeee!!!!!!!😂😂

Inescapable nightmare
Knowledge definitely knows how far it is go over the ledge. He has experienced so much and it makes your heart hurt for him. But it only made him a nightmare that you can't escape from and Paris and Courtney have found out this truth the hard way. I love his connection with Suga but I love his and Booney's bond. Booney took him in and never looked back and willing to let life life to preserve their father son bond. I wasn't expecting that ending but can't wait to get to book two. This is my first time reading this author's work and I'm glad that I did.

okay book but intriguing
I thought the story was okay but definitely intriguing. Great storyline and I’m definitely invested but I’m not endeared to the characters. I find it very hard to believe that the therapist was actually falling in love. The book also alluded to the fact that Suga may not be the girl for him. There was good build up but it was predictable.
I don’t understand how he loved Suga by default. Honestly her or Booney. I’m not sure the author used the correct word to describe his love for them. There were also a few inconsistencies.

This Book is so good...
It draws on your emotions. The intense story writing is phenomenal. Just like his "therapist" is intrigued, so is the reader. I love the past and present moments. Not every author can pull those off and have them flow with intense interest in both. This book does just that. You have violence, betrayal, suspense, love, heartbreak. Goodness gracious...
I can not wait until book 2!!

Oooh that Knowledge is ruthless!
Booney is a stand up guy for the way he loves and cares for Knowledge and Trice. His wife had plans to not acknowledge his son from day one, but she should have played her cards better. Suga has Knowledge's heart but he may not be ready for a baby. Mrs. Rini should have been taught how to keep her guard up for her husband's enemies because sis was an easy mark.

It's sad that he went through so much trauma at an early age, but it made him strong though he was what a man is supposed to be and Booney did amazing job raising him. I never expected it to end this way especially because he killed his mom in front of him at 13 years old. I would’ve just killed him and not given her an option to chose. It took me a minute to get into this book and I’m not sure if I will read part two after the way this ended
