Claire Andrews spends her entire life desperately trying to save her little brother from the demons of their past.

Tyler Henry is a cowboy who refuses to make time for anything except his ranch and paralyzed younger brother, Luke.
When Claire crash lands in front of him, he shoves away the feelings. Promising himself he will stay away. The mistakes from his past convincing him he is unworthy of anything more.
But when fate keeps throwing them together, he questions everything he thought he knew about the man he’s become.
Super cute and light read. You can tell she’s a newer author based on a few plot missteps and lack of explanation/emotion. There were parts where I knew could have been super emotional but just not portrayed correctly.
Very cute romance. Definitely has its twists and turns, but doesn’t every relationship. Grief put you in a mindset that nothing and no one can help you out of. Sometimes you have to just accept that the universe will put someone in your way to guide you. Nothing and no one is perfect, and that makes life interesting.
So. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about the book. It had good concepts and idea but ultimately lacked that execution to further those points. In another review someone mentioned that tik tok really overhyped the book and I must agree with that statement. I went into with high expectations than I should’ve have which is ultimately on me.
That being said it was a fast read! Probably four to five hours overall? The pacing of the book wasn’t the greatest (and I’m not even talking about the love at first sight trope) but everything just felt incredibly rushed and missing detail. Some points it made sense for the author to skip over the finer points of detail while others I think would’ve benefited greatly from having more detail. Even if it was a small bit more.
I’m also of the strong belief that if you are going include more… spicier content to your stories that you should go a bit more in-depth with it. Some people may not be comfortable writing something incredibly spicy, and I get that but the author could’ve have alluded to the fact that the characters were intimate.
That being said there were definitely positives of the book! I enjoyed the way the author brought to two main characters together, connecting their stories and trauma towards the tail end of the book. The last couple of chapters, at least for me, read very well.
Would I recommend this book to a friend? Probably not, though I wouldn’t discourage them from reading it because I am sure that there are people who enjoy the pacing and story.
This is the authors debut novel, and I think it shows. I felt that the book had a lot of potential to be really good, but, as a whole, was just underdeveloped. There was just too much going on and all happening too quickly.
Claire’s relationship with Mia just seems strange. She hardly knows the girl then one day she is ‘part of the family’ so to speak and living with Tyler’s mom- who Claire never met previously and Tyler himself hadn’t talked to in years.
Then you have her best friend Trish, who moved with her, but was pretty much non existent in the story. They elude to her having left an abusive relationship with her ex, but then never talk about it again. I’m assuming since the cover says Magnolia Falls Ranch Series that there will be more books- possibly going into some of the other characters stories…like Trish and Layton 🤷🏻♀️.
Claire adopted a cat and then he wasn’t really talked about again until the end of the story; she had more of a relationship with the cow than her own cat.
Tyler blames himself for his brother’s accident and acts like him being in a wheelchair means he isn’t capable of doing anything for himself. He finally accepts that Luke should have a life of his own because Claire came into his life

This was such a GREAT book. I think I read that it is C A Grieco’s debut book, and I loved every minute of it. I was engaged from page 1 and I could not put it down. Such an encouraging story of people who have been challenged with tragedies in life, but they overcome, forgive, grow, and work to find the true happiness that life has to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Quick read with a quick love story which I actually really enjoyed. Many books drag it out and it takes forever for the characters to get together. I liked that this one happened fast yet still had a few encounters/friendship first and wasn't done too quickly, like with a lot of novellas. Will definitely read the next one.
Honestly, I tried to like this book as I think it’s the author’s first novel, but this was really bad. The story has potential and has great pieces but it’s all rushed and too much is happening. Too much self loathing in the main male character and it just isn’t believable.
I saw this book on tiktok and I love supporting small businesses/women doing what they love. I think the story had a lot of potential but things felt a little too rushed for my liking. I do not regret buying and giving it a try, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this book to others.
So, I was invested enough in this book to want to see where it went. I'm glad I did. I enjoy the characters. Overall plot is good.
However, I'm somewhat disappointed - I think it was maybe a little overhyped on BookTok. I felt there were plot holes and jumps that needed to be filled.
At the time of my reading this, there are two more books in this series. I'm interested and plan on reading them. I'm drawn in to the characters and want to see where the author takes them.
They are short, easy reads. I would recommend them to someone who wants an easier read, a romance with a cowboy. There is spice, but this definitely didn't take up the entire story.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and thankful to the author for giving me the opportunity to read the arc. There are some very important topics in this book which could be triggering, but the author told them brilliantly and explained the impact these topics can have on individuals. I really enjoyed Claire and Tyler’s story and how the difficulties they have faced throughout their lives brought them together.
I believe that adding more depth and complexity to the character development would ensure that readers connect with and comprehend the characters. The story did give me that ‘feel good’ feeling that you get with romance stories, and I was rooting for Claire and Tyler, but I think the story and the characters could benefit from greater character depth and complexity.
Thank you to the author for a great debut of the series, and I am looking forward to reading more books in the series when they are released and hearing more about the people in Magnolia Falls Ranch.
This book presents a lot of potential with its believable characters, intricate backstories, and charming small-town setting. However, the pacing left much to be desired, feeling quite disjointed throughout. With a longer format, the plot could have been more cohesive, allowing for smoother transitions and better story flow.
One significant shortcoming was the lack of clear time progression. Scenes seemed to blur together, often without appropriate breaks or indications of time passing, which made it challenging to follow the narrative's rhythm. With some refinement, this book could easily have been a 5-star read.
This one hit differently than I expected in a good way. This one might little but it’s mighty and I absolutely enjoyed Casey’s (C.A.) writing style easy to follow and kept me engaged in the story.
You follow along with Claire and Tyler who are two people who have been through a lot in their past. It all started with a wave and that wave changed Tyler’s life especially. You learn about Claire’s past in the very beginning. Tyler’s past isn’t as forthcoming and you are left wondering what hurt and guilt he is carrying around.
You watch these two souls slowly heal each other. They can’t deny their attraction or chemistry they have between them. I’ve say some say insta-love but I didn’t feel that it was instant love by any means. Maybe, insta attraction? But not love in my opinion.
Claire who is counselor meets Mia and the relationship Mia forms with Claire and Tyler is just the sweetest thing to watch play out.
Their journey is one that’s sweet, pulls at your heart strings and leaves you rooting for the both of them. I don’t want to spoil the book because it is a short one with that being said, there were areas I wish we would’ve gotten more details because there are alot of heavy things that happen and it’s very quick pace read so you don’t linger long. I’d also say it’s a small town romance that takes place on a ranch not necessarily a cowboy romance. But other than that this was an enjoyable read and I can’t wait to dig into Book Two of this series.
This one surprised me. I wasn’t expecting the level of emotion and trauma, but it hooked me immediately and I read it in one sitting.
Claire and Tyler have both been through a lot, and while there is some instant attraction (not usually my favorite), it didn’t feel forced or cringey here. I also loved the small-town ranch setting, especially the baby cow Ohana 🥹, it balanced out the heavier themes really well.
Claire is an alcohol and drug counselor carrying guilt from her past, including the loss of her foster brother and an abusive father. Tyler is dealing with grief and self-blame surrounding his brother’s accident, and that storyline unfolds with a bit of suspense that kept me engaged.
The reason this lands at 3.75 stars is because it felt like EVERY character had a traumatic backstory, which became a bit overwhelming. I wish the focus stayed more on Claire and Tyler, and a few plot points felt slightly underdeveloped.
Overall, though, I really enjoyed it. Emotional, engaging, and I’m definitely interested in continuing the series, especially for Trish and Layton.
I got this book from Tik Tok without knowing what it was about. I wanted to support a new author. I'd give this book 3.5 stars, but that's not possible, so rounding up.
This was a very quick read taking a day. I think the storyline is a cute romance, but I did find some spots lacking. I also liked that we got two points of view. I wish the best friend Trish was in the story more instead of her just disappearing from the book. I wish the cat was explained more and a bigger presence.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick read and will look into getting the second book when it releases.
I was sent this as an ARC for the first time and I have to say, I absolutely loved it!
Unbreak Me is a cozy book about the hardships of life, heartbreak and grief, which is so relatable and so well explored.
I felt connected to all characters and cried with all of them, especially because of Tyler's mum, who is an absolute angel and did not deserve what happened to her, however, like in real life, it isn't always fair.
This is my tictok purchase! She is a new, upcoming author.
A quick read. Romance, addiction, struggle and heartbreak. An interesting read. I felt the book skipped around a little bit at time, but it was easy enough to keep up with whose perspective we were reading through. 📚
I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this my biggest issue with this is I wish we had more between the two main characters. I felt like the lead up was very short. if it wasn’t for my personal triggers, I would definitely get booked too, but because of the triggers that I have I can’t
Such a beautiful story. I wish it was longer! Was a super quick one day read for me. But excited for the second book to come out to continue with the series 😍
Super cute and fast read. There were a couple times I could have used a little more context, but I quickly caught up. I will def read her second when it comes out!! I love my autographed copy too!!
I really didn't know what to expect from this book and wasn't sure I was going to like it, but it was a beautiful story, extremely emotional and touching, with ALL the feels. A book about 2 ppl overcoming everything stacked against them. A book about helping eachother heal. My first cowboy romance, highly recommend if you like emotional reads.
