This was such an interesting find and let me tell you in getting to know where I fall, and finding out that I'm a Projector has got me looking more into how I spend my time and what I focus on. This book is what I'd describe a companion-just to guide you along the way, to highlight where your energy lies, what you can reflect on, how best you can use what you have to live a fulfilled life-and learn also about others along the way.

I recently did my human design chart and was intrigued when this book became available on NetGalley. Thanks for the advanced copy for the purpose of this review. I enjoyed the book and the way that it was structured with easy to understand and clear graphics. Human Design can seem overwhelming but the authors are laying it out in an easy to grasp form.

You can learn a lot about yourself through this book so be sure to check it out. Five stars from me!

Reading this book has been a very enriching experience!

I have heard about Human Design but all the information online seemed very fragmented, I never really knew how to approach this system that seemed so complex. So I've read this book starting from zero, I am not able to compare it to other Human Design books as its the first one I've read.

The authors explained simple and concise what Human Design is and how it became the system we have now. After reading the introduction I made my own chart / graphic on their website and the book than started to make sense as I read about strategy & authority and a bit about gates while also focusing on the very specific ones that related to my design. I don't think reading this book without making your own chart first compares to the full, personal experience.

It was a great introductory reading and it revealed a lot for me. My only complaint is it stopped with very little explanation on the Incarnation Cross which I was super curious about. I'm sure the authors will delve into this and other aspects in other books as this felt an overview for the most important aspects of HD.

I liked it featured a lot of pieces of advice, and crystals and oils to use to help each strategy and authority and the last chapter on how to integrate the information after reading the book was very useful. All in all a great starter into this very interesting world of HD.

I received a copy of this in order to offer my personal view on it.

Don’t get me wrong… the information is interesting but this book only covers the very basic fundamentals of Human Design and not even all of them. It does not explain your entire chart (nor even like half your chart). By the end, I was completely frustrated with how many times it directs you to go to their website to PAY for a further reading of the different sections of your chart. Save your money and look the information up online ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE with much more depth of your chart FOR FREE. You’re welcome.

Thank you NetGalley for my arc. I found this book super informative on the different aspects of human design. I really liked how each human design profile was gone over in depth and that it had a list of things to focus on to live your best life. I’ve read a lot of human design books and this was one of the best I’ve read.

I think I downloaded this book by mistake. I do not believe in woo-woo. This particular book did nothing to convince me that this new "Human Design" is anything but a remix of astrology, chakras, and personality tests. I guess that sort of thing is getting popular again.

Also, to make your reading, they want you to input your personal info into a website--coincidentally, the data needed would be enormously helpful to identity thieves.

Anyway.

I'll leave you with my favorite Carl Sagan quote from 1995, because there's not much worth quoting in this book:

Wow, what a truly unique interesting read. I read this over an afternoon. Whether you believe the idea of the Human Design or not it's actually very insightful. You can get a human design chart (Free) on the authors website and do not actually need to read this book in its entirety and can read just the parts that correspond to your chart. I did charts for both myself and partner and was surprised but just how accurate some of our traits actually are. I would say this took me a few hours to read and look at and it was well worth while. Yes I'd like to implement some of the things I read in this book into my daily routine and will definitely be trying that.

If you are interested in yourself and character and wants another perspective that isn't the mundane we have been programmed to believe, I'd give this a go. Or maybe you are a skeptic and don't believe any of this, then I'd also say have a go too. Very interesting and enlightening. 4 stars.

Knowing Dayluna from previous workshops, their podcast and the materials they provide on their website, as soon as I saw the book available for pre-order I got myself a copy. I just love how they make human design so approachable, and their work has changed my life. The book covers the essentials and more and, my favourite part is that they also offer deconditioning work journal prompts, how to navigate our not-self talk cheat sheets, and the gate affirmations which I've started to use daily to support embodying my own HD. As a 4/6 Splenic Manifestor, it was most challenging to embrace my design, especially having all Spleen gates defined but two. Fear was sometimes overwhelming, and Dayluna's work has helped me navigate all of me, embracing my gifts and truly be myself, living in my sovereignty and being graceful with my own path. I could not recommend this book more <3

I've been deep in the HD hole and a book outlining the basics is no news to me anymore - however, this one doesn't just copypaste the basic knowledge of HD and leaves satisfied it's done its job. No, there are actual tips and tasks to complete to help you learn more about and get aligned with your design, which I think is an amazing resource for both beginners and more advanced experimentors. Instead of being overwhelming with information, the book gives amazing exercises and introduces the main concepts step by step. I honestly would've loved to read more, go in detail on gates and channels and everything, but I know I can't reasonably expect that from a book aiming at being clear and easy to understand, even for beginners.

This book is just a job well done for the authors, it's definitely one I will revisit in the future to practice with.

PHENOMENAL! I could read about this all day. I find it endlessly fascinating. The authors do a great job of making it accessible, easy to understand, and thorough. I only recently discovered the concept of human design. I immediately went online and had my chart created. It’s so interesting what you can learn about yourself based on your birth date, time and location. I certainly found it to truly resonate with my characteristics.

I can’t tell you how much I just appreciate and love this book as the energy from these amazing ladies just comes through the book aswell as how they choose to share, interpret and communicate their knowledge about HD. It really stuns me! I want to know even more and more, I want to go deeper into HD aswell as it allows me to really practise living my best self! If you need answers to how you really operate and what to look/listen for in yourself- this is the book, you’ll get more than what you ask for and you’ll be sooo so enriched and amazed!

Your Human Design explains in easy to understand ways the Human Design System. I hadn’t heard of this system preciously and was intrigued to learn of this personality system , drawn from teachings from quantum physics, astrology, chakras, I Ching and more. The system is designed to assist manifesting your best life using archetypes and other tools.

This book was a great introduction. Anyone interested in archetypes, personality typing, astrology and the like will find this book fascinating.

This book is really good for beginners. I'm by no means a proffesional - I'm at the early stages of exploring human design. Hence I got the book. Love their podcast and I was hoping to get more information from the book but I was a bit let down by the lack of information.
This book really concentrates on your type, strategy and authority. Parts where I wanted to dig deeper were profile and incarnation cross - this was skipped over very quickly and didn't satisfy my thirst for knowledge.
Overall it's a good book with some good info and tips for everyone.

This was a great overview of the Human Design for beginners. Based on your birth date, it helps you figure out which type you are---I discovered I am a Manifesting Generator. This was a great book, so much information without being overwhelming. If you are interested in Human Design, this is a great book to read!

Loving this book! This is HD made easy in the best way! The information is concise, relatable and applicable - yet they’ve managed to reach depth! It’s such a high vibe interpretation of HD and a welcome breath of fresh air in the HD book space. Cannot recommend this enough! Easy to follow, high vibe, super applicable and covers all major areas - perfect book especially for beginners or anyone not too fond of the unresourceful original language.

Great book on human design if you are just getting into it . Have your human design chart handy so you’ll understand how it pertains to you personally. If you’re already familiar with the basics of human design and it’s not your first book on it , it will pretty much be a review . Understanding Human design is a great resource for learning your souls unique potential . It’s also an added bonus to those with an affinity toward astrology and the wisdom of Kabbalah .

When I saw this book,I was intrigued. I'm always fascinated to see what my birth date and time says about me vs what my twin's info says. A lot of the info described me and my twin correctly. I learned a few things about myself that I am more aware of. Very interesting book. Glad I read it.

Human design is interesting as a personality study, and a deeper understanding of motivations, and how we work. It’s also the most complex personality system/study that I have ever explored and kind of overwhelming. This is one I’ll have to come back to.

I think Human Design is FASCINATING. I want to look up every family member and close friend’s design.
