"The truth was, I wasn’t on anyone’s side except Claire’s. With every fiber of my evil being, I kept holding onto the delusion of being good enough for her. It would have been best if I had simply left after I had delivered her home safely. Now, that Volpert was dead…I was still hoping he was…I was the biggest danger to Claire’s life."

With his memories back, but his demonic urges still craving Claire’s soul, Adam is fighting day to day through temptation. For his love for Claire will not fade, no matter how much he wishes to set her free in order to save her.

After the success of the original Wings Trilogy, after Spark and Fire, Ashes is the third and final part of the bestselling young adult paranormal romance series, written from Adam’s perspective.

The epic conclusion to a story of Good vs Evil. Angels vs Demons in this page-turner told from the POV of Adam, an angel-demon hybrid. The story is well-written and held my attention from the first page to the last. If you enjoy fantasy, I urge you to read this engaging book.

Amazing

This story was amazing. Seeing everything from Adams point of view. Made Clair's point of view even better. All the times Adam was away from Clair i got to see what he was doing and i got to understand his struggles. Exceptional story

Round 3

This is a beautiful way to write a second point of view. I was happy to hear both sides I always wondered what Adam was thinking throughout the series.

If You love Angels.... This Series Is For You!

So...I wasn't sure how this would be as I started it. I had just finished a series that had left me breathless, so honestly I wasn't expecting much. Well boy am I completely surprised! This is an amazing series with a fantastic story and the way it's written is like no other. Our 2 main characters are Clair & Adam. The first 3 books are written from Clair's perspective, the last 3 are the same story written from Adam's. What a refreshing twist by this innovative author! The 4th book, Crash, is actually the prequel to the series, placed perfectly between Clair and Adam's stories. I've read many books over many decades and have never before had the pleasure of this type of writing. Thanks Ms Steffort! This series has a satisfying ending, but I'll bet there also could be a Book 8 in there somewhere 🙃

Poor adam

I found the 3rd book the most interesting, this is Adam's view of events from book 3, there is some more interesting things in this one like what happened when he went up to meet the angels.you can't help but cry for him when his love is making eyes at his brother and how he loves her so much to let her go.I can't help but feel he will grow his soul and his wings will turn back to white, because he does have one in him that's how he stayed connected to Claire then she put a little of hers and his in.I think it would of been nice to see that happen and maybe jaden find a love and need there help this series could of continued it was two much like twilight but it could of been better with a few new great characters.it was set up the same way but with being angels.

Book 6 in Wings series (3rd of Adam's POV trilogy) - Audiobook Review

Great narration to close out this trilogy.

Continued struggle between good and evil. Demon filled with love who suffers willingly for the benefit of others. Capable of more love than known possible. Role to play. Choices to make. Son of angels and demons. Worthy of second chance. Prophecy fulfillment. Pieced together by love to become one.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Adam's POV. It brought so much understanding to his character. I'm thankful that I read Claire's POV first, so I can now truly appreciate what Adam endured.

"I am a prisoner in my own uncontrollable body..."
"Good or bad is not who we are, Adam. It's who we decide to be."
"hollow heart to reignite with fragmented soul"
"love stronger than death"

it’s okay

I tried really hard to get through the series and I did it. I switch between the two main characters stories. It was a total of six books together, but I only read three. I wish there was more action and more love shown between characters I guess. Maybe if the books for combined the books would be better. The author had a great story to tell. Wish it was told better. But that’s just my opinion.

Consolidate the points of view.

If you’ve read the book Unwind, the points of view of the characters in that story are combined into one cohesive telling. I believe the Wings saga would benefit by being combined and less disjointed. Telling the story from different points of view is a big plus, but it could be done in three books instead of six.

COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. NO NEED TO REPEAT EVERYTHING IN HIS POV. SAME SHIT HAPPENED. EXCEPT MAYBE A FEW CONVERSATIONS. MAYBE LIKE 5 CHAPTERS WHICH SHOULD HAVE JUST BEEN ADDED TO THE OTHER CORRESPONDING BOOK.

THE AUDIOBOOKS ARE ALSO BEYOND TERRIBLE. FOR EXAMPLE IN THE LAST OF Claire's BOOKS NOEL HAD (AN AWFUL) ACCENT. AND ADAM'S POV HE DIDN'T.

Excellent and intriguing.

Good vs. Evil, Good always wins. Or does it? I really enjoyed The Wings trilogy. No matter if you start with Claire or Adam you will be hooked.

Enjoyed

It was great to read the story from Adam's point of view but I found myself skipping over parts that I had already read.

Seriously one of the best angel books I’ve read. Story line is kinda slow but captures you. I couldn’t put the books down. I read all 6 books in less then 2 weeks. I extremely enjoyed Adams POV the best. I still have so many questions. What was Ben thinking ?? I need more of this story! Love it!
