As far as Battletech anthologies go, this one is middling. I quite enjoyed the Fox Patrol story, and the Chaos Campaign snippets were great, but I can't be arsed to care about the Republic of the Sphere timeframe (roughly 30150-ish).
Regardless, if you enjoy giant stompy robots, sci-fi, and descriptions of fights, you should enjoy this.

Another good collection of Battletech fiction - but I could still do without the scenarios.
