Another year comes to an end, so it must be time for another Private Eye annual.
Reviewing the stories of the year, from Truss leaving to Sunek taking over. Alongside all the other stories. The Coronation, Just Stop Oil, and all the rest. Scattered throughout with all the cartoons PE has become known for.
This is a tradition I can't see stopping anytime soon

If you like Have I Got News For You then you will love this annual. A similar type of humour just told in a written format.
The Conservative party Whattsapp chats are particularly funny. It can be hard to tell if it is parody or not 😂

Didn't occur to me that it would be all satire and no journalism (would be nice to have a retrospective of the Eye's coverage of shenanigans at STDC for example) so it lacks the extra weight of the actual magazine.

It is what it is. And what it is, is fairly mediocre.
