When my nineteen-year-old stumbles upon videos I’ve watched on my phone that reveal my particular tastes, something shifts between us. She daringly requests that I teach her what I like, and I find myself unable to deny her. My two conditions are that she follows my carefully constructed rules and that the lessons must take place on Opal Island–where even the most debauched fantasies come alive. Her willingness to explore and her unwavering trust awaken something within me, something primal and fierce. I realize just how possessive of her I am and how unhinged I’ve become at the thought of anyone else having even the smallest part of her.I would burn the world to ash just to protect her. When the time comes, will I be able to end our agreement as planned? Or will my desire to possess her completely overshadow every rule I thought I had? Please note that this book explores unconventional themes.
I really enjoyed the first few books by this author and I really thought she would be someone on my fave list. These taboo books are NOT ROMANTIC. I cant read her books anymore because some things are just not right and incest is that. No way can or should anyone think it’s romantic to have a relationship with your father!!! I deleted all the previous books from my kindle as because of these stories I cant look at her old books anymore. I feel sick knowing what this book is about. 🤢🤢
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
TABOO This book would be great if you enjoy reading 156 pages of a 196 page book and only get teasing out of it. I do not enjoy this delayed gratification nonsense. I especially don’t like the whole, “we’ll look, but we won’t kiss or touch” bullshit. At first I wasn’t going to write a recap/review or even finish the book because I was so mad by the lack of sex. Then I realized that this book is connected to a lot of other Rory books. Since we’ve been denied any clue whatsoever about the reading order/links to other books, I decided to try and document all of them I find in order to build a “family tree” of sorts. I have mild obsessive compulsive disorder and I’m determined to do this, even if I don’t like a book. Anyway…..
Bliss (19-yo, stupid name, works at a honey shop) went to live with her bio dad, Sutton Maybank (surfboard maker) on Jaded Reef when she was thirteen. Sutton didn’t realize that the woman he had bathroom sex with one time got pregnant until she dropped their daughter off at his house. When Bliss turns an acceptable age, he takes interest in her as something other than just his daughter. They both skate around the issue of the attraction. He finds her masturbating while reading a book called, “Edge of Insanity” (actual Rory book). She finds father/daughter and dubcon videos on his phone. When she gets invited to this sex island where people indulge in all of their taboo fantasies, his control starts to slip. Their relationship would have probably progressed a lot faster if it wasn’t for Sutton’s niece, Brielle, who started living with him when his brother died. She’s nearly the same age as Bliss and she’s a jealous, manipulative b*tch that wants to destroy everything. Personally, I don’t blame her. Sure – Sutton provided shelter, food, clothes – but that’s all Brielle got. Anyway, she’s supposed to be the villain in this story.
So, they head out to tabooOPAL ISLAND with Sutton’s kinky friends to partake in a night of debauchery. There’s dubcon and somno. Like I said, eventually sex is had, and personally, I don’t think Sutton spent nearly enough time using his mouth in the promise land. So from there they get back home, Brielle causes trouble, they move away to Crooked Cove and live HEA.
Now, as I mentioned above, I’ve found it very difficult to find the reading order for these books, and the crossover links. Most of the book descriptions out there are either a few sentences or completely nonexistent, not even bothering to say the character names. I’m now determined to read all the books and create my own little “Family Tree”.
You should note that most of these characters are referred by their last name only, or sometimes their first name. It’s impossible to figure out because Bliss calls everyone “Mr”. Here’s what I have so far for this book:
Sutton and Bliss are the main characters. Father/daughter.
Brielle (Sutton’s niece)
Maverick Davis (owner of Opal Island, BFF to Sutton) Lincoln (last name unknown, BFF to Sutton)
Jason Wells (Sutton’s friend, father to McKenzie, has open relationship with his daughter) McKenzie (Bliss’s BFF, daughter of Jason, has open relationship with her dad)
Jack (either first or last name unknown, friend to Sutton, likes to share) Rachel (niece to Jack, likes sex)
Colson (either first or last name unknown, friend to Sutton, likes to share)
Jude & Asher (don’t know who they are other than Sutton doesn’t like them and they are tattooists).
Abernathy (bad guy mentioned in book Kill Your Darlings)
Declan St. James (Sutton’s client, might love someone named “Whitlock”)
Holy shit…I had to give this 5 stars just for the dirty feels.
I love how Rory writes, completely uninhibited and uncensored, and personally for me when it comes to taboo you should just go for it and she did.
This book is 70% pure torture of edging until it explodes and its yummy.
Bliss and Sutton are crazy levels of obsessed with one another. I loved the plot with Opal Island and all the kinks around it. But these 2 were just damn teasers and I loved it.
Sutton is hot AF! Gimme all the possessive MCs who will burn everything down to have you. Swoon.
Dirty dirty book and I want more. Plus the honey sex…nee kink unlocked lol
“She created a monster, and now she’s going to live with the consequences. I’m obsessed, infatuated, too far gone to turn back.”
Rory Ireland could write literally anything and I’d immediately be drooling all over it. Limerence is her newest steamy and salacious 🩸 taboo romance that takes place in the Banned Baddies universe, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
Major age gap? Check. Exclusive sexy island club membership? Check. V!rgin with a desire to learn? Check. Primal and somno in spades? Check. It’s like Rory crawled into my brain and has gifted me everything I could’ve ever wanted in a novel. All of this with some mentions of people I’ve been dying to hear more about? I was in heaven.
In true Baddies fashion, we’re introduced to Sutton Maybank, the most eligible bachelor in Jaded Reef – who only has eyes for his baby girl, Bliss. OOT protective and possessive with a MEAN jealousy streak, he’s a man barely holding on. What he hungers for is forbidden fruit, but he can’t deny his siren’s call any longer.
Bliss is a woman who has three passions in life: surfing, honey and Sutton. Humble, but bratty when it matters most, she’s hesitant, but unafraid to voice what she truly wants. She’s beautiful beyond reproach, and yet no man in her seaside town will even think of touching her. Hmm, why could that be?
Let’s be real here…Sutton is a deliciously filthy man with an even more deliciously filthy mouth. He fights his urges and attempts to only indulge in his cravings on Opal Island, a place where nothing is off limits and anyone can surrender to their darkest, deepest desires. However, Bliss teases the beast within and things get out of control when the chase finally begins.
The tension is incredible. The steam is smoldering. There’s always someone looking to destroy the things that bring them happiness, but their affection for each other always seem to to prevail. Limerence is just another incredible story from Ireland, and I can’t wait to see where she takes us next.
It takes teasing and angst to a whole new level. I love it but there’s a fine line between getting your engine revved and torture.
Bliss is a little obsessed with her dad, but that’s nothing compared to how Sutton feels about his daughter. This man is bewitched, possessed, tormented by his obsession with his daughter. To the point of stalking her when she went on a road trip with her girls.
This one is filled with kinks outside of the obvious incest. Somnophilia, primal play, extreme possession, and a hint of voyeurism and exhibitionism. And while you get a taste of each of those, I was left wanting more. Especially the primal play. He could’ve chased her all over that desert island before brutally fucking her.
Now for the villains, which might have been my favorite part. I don’t think Jason Wells was 100% bad but damn he just couldn’t take no for an answer and then was surprised to receive his comeuppance. As for Brielle, what a horrid little bitch. She got exactly what she deserved but damn, if only I could be a fly on that wall.
The chase was extreme but the capture almost made it worth while.
this book covered some of my favorite kinks and trope. it's one of the hottest books i've ever read!! i wish it was longer but honestly the story was fleshed out enough. i love that despite the inner turmoil from the mmc, they ended up together anyway. the ending was not over the top, cheesy romantic but it was still cute anyway. there isnt too much drama or filler plots if you're looking for a quick steamy read.
the mmc is obsessed and super possessive, virgin fmc, age gap, taboo (father & daughter), HEA!!
Instead of publishing this taboo shit, why don’t you give us Mia and Remi’s book?
Back to the book, this one was disgusting and I’m not talking about the main characters’ relationship, we all know what it is so no surprise. It’s the club🤢🤢🤢. I was traumatized after knowing what they could do on that island🤮🔫🔫🔫
I want to erase this book from my brain
Apparently, I was getting canceled on this author’s private group on facebook so ofc i’m a die hard fan of her 😙
"I’m on her mind and that makes me feel like I could fucking burn the world down for her. I want to be her hero and the only man she ever relies on. It doesn’t feel gross to me. It’s not something I have to talk myself into. It resonates in my soul like she was always meant to be everything to me. She’s equally the excitement and peace that I need in my life."
I'm already seeing reviews that focus on listed trigger warnings, so let me start with this: don't read this book thinking it's going to be anything other than what is clearly stated in the trigger and content warnings.
This book follows the romance between Daddy Sutton and Bliss, two MCs completely obsessed with one another but ultimately forbidden.
Rory has a talent for creating awareness of the character's inner monolgue and the mental and emotional battles of the character. We are given full first-hand introspection into Sutton's continued battle with his feelings of desire and possession which builds to a crescendo.
This book is all kinds of slow burn, spicy and taboo. The Banned Baddies have a way of writing these tales in such a way that I can completely detach from life and my emotions to truly absorb the plot and smut for what it is - a story.
The tension in Limerence coupled with the angst created a genuine and well-developed plot for a novella length story and when the characters finally collide, it's filthy and delicious.
As per course, this book ties to the world of Banned Baddies and brings in elements of other novels. I love that aspect, but you do not -need- to read the other novels to enjoy this one - though I would recommend you do, because why not?
Limerence by Rory Ireland is an age gap taboo romance.
This book is an extreme taboo romance I would highly recommend reading the warnings before jumping in. This book is not for everyone.
I really enjoyed the chemistry between Sutton and Bliss. I loved that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I don't want to give any spoilers away so I will just say if you love extreme taboo romances you should pick this one up today!
OBSESSED, yes a million times over oh my gosh. If you love spicy taboo romance then all you need to know is READ THIS! I am in love with this world and gah it’s just so dang hot.
DNFed at 48% I was hoping something would've happened by then, but it just kept building and building and then... Nothing. I'm not a slow burn kind of girlie, so keep that in mind I guess🫠
This is a book about an incestuous relationship between a father and his daughter, if this isn't your thing, then stay clear of this book. While I enjoyed it, there was too much teasing and not enough action! Limerence is a really slow burn, and I was expecting more from it. However, I'm not giving up on this author, I plan to read something else by her later.
The back and forth of we shouldn't but they do got boring real quick. This would have been better if cut down some chapters. Dad wants daughter and vice versa with a jealous niece/ cousin thrown in the mix to cause trouble. The writing is messy and comes off as amateur compared to Ireland's later work so I can't knock her too much.
I miss Ireland and Monroe's writing... ridiculous trash 😩
When Bliss was thirteen, her mom dropped her off at her dad's house and left her there. But she'd never met her dad before and he didn't even know that she existed. So it was strange and new at first.
But fast forward six years later -- Bliss is nineteen and the two of them couldn't be closer. Sutton is very possessive of his daughter and he tells himself it's because he's protective. But really he's obsessed. The thing is, she's a little obsessed with him too.
This was okay. Good in places. I liked the strong bond between Bliss and Sutton. I liked the suppressed sexual tension between them. They had great chemistry.
What I didn't understand was the point of the island for them. Sutton wants absolutely no one looking at his daughter and she has no desire to be with anyone else. Whenever they went to the island (where everyone is supposed to share, but they didn't), it just felt awkward because they didn't really want to be there. So I didn't get why they went in the first place, and I definitely didn't get why they went back. This made no sense to me.
I also didn't like Brielle (obviously) and I didn't understand her motives for throwing her uncle under the bus. I get that she was jealous of Bliss, but Sutton was like her meal ticket, so I didn't get why she would try to ruin him.
I will say though that despite not liking her at all, the fact that Sutton knowingly sold her off to a human trafficker to get rid of her was really weird and uncomfy! I couldn't believe he did that! That was just...almost worse than all the brutal killing that Rory and Tate like to put in their books. I just didn't like that at all.
But I did like their chemistry, and the sex was hot. I could've done with more sex throughout then book instead of only at the end. But I've read enough books by Rory/Tate to know that's their formula so I expected that.
Loved that they ended up moving to Crooked Cove! Haha That was cool.
Overall it was a decent taboo book. Not my favorite by this author, but I still liked it.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
A double daddy kink release by the Banned Baddies. Limerence is a standalone written by Rory Ireland and takes place in the same book world as all the rest of Rory and Tate’s taboo babies. Please note that this is extreme taboo. Let me be clear: by daddy kink I mean of the 🩸 kind. Rory and Tate have a brilliant and uncanny way of writing the most forbidden plots into some of the hottest pages I have ever read. Hands down.
Bliss has lived with her Father, Sutton, and her cousin, Brielle, in a small beach town ever since her mother dropped her off at her dad’s at the age of 13. Now an adult, Bliss is seeing her father in a new light. She can’t help her little obsession or her impure thoughts. Little does she realize that Sutton is also harboring some of his own impure thoughts and fantasies.
Now throw in the opportunity for Bliss to accompany her father to the very exclusive Opal Island. Yes, Opal Island is an extension of Daddy Mav’s empire in Deviant. You do not have to read Deviant and Limerence in any particular order though. No one talks about what carnal behavior occurs on Opal Island outside of the island. Am I painting a picture?
I very much appreciated the slow burn along with the inner turmoil and struggle Sutton carried. He was so OOT protective and possessive of Bliss. Bliss enjoyed testing his restrain until he couldn’t hold back anymore. The steam was STEAMING! 🥵
I am so addicted to these interconnected characters and towns. I am obsessed with the banter, sarcasm, toxicity, and the taboo. But listen, I do not feel sorry for what happened to Brielle. Maybe she shouldn’t have been such a little b!tch to literally everyone.
Preface: There is no real point to this review so don't read it. These are more notes for myself.
I started this one thinking I would skim quickly through it and free up a KU slot, because the others I have read by these authors/in this world were meh and I anticipated more of the same. I ended up liking certain aspects of this one more than the other ones, so I was thinking I should restart and not skim so much, but also wasn't in the mood to thoroughly read it right now either, so in true poor choice fashion I skimmed it all and still feel like I should give it a better read later, so did not end up freeing a KU space after all, and will need to wait long enough to forget everything before I try the actual read.
Side note that also doesn't matter since the authors have quit and taken all these books down now: I sure wish there had been a published reading order or at least publication order list for these authors' books that have crossovers/shared world. Every time I saw it asked the answer was they were all standalone so it didn't matter, and you couldn't check publication date yourself since they were released and banned and re-released, or only on author website without a date, etc. so dates were not always accurate to when they were actually written/released. I do not agree that these are written well enough to be standalone, or maybe they are since nothing is developed or built very well across the board for all the side characters/world to matter, but having constant names and appearances from people who don't really matter to the story but whose presence doesn't make sense just causes confusion.
2-2.5 ⭐️?? Final rating after an actual thorough read (maybe)
If you love an age gap and taboo (dad/daughter) romance with tons of spicy scenes and a seriously possessive and jealous hero with a virgin heroine then this is the book for you! It was amazing and I cannot stress to you how much I love how obsessive and possessive Daddy Sutton is!
At Opal Island, nothing is off the menu you could say. Anything goes as long as you want it. Sutton cannot handle any man looking at Bliss let alone touching her. His jealousy knows no bounds and he’s extremely possessive over her. Bliss loves this from him and intentionally riles him up trying to get him to give in finally and give her what they both want.
I loved how unhinged Sutton would become over Bliss! And primal play? Absolutely yes!! I enjoyed the scenes on the island and I hope we get more books that feature it. Gotta love all the character crossovers from other books by Rory and her partner in crime, Tate Monroe! Then there’s always gotta be that character we love to hate, this time it was Brielle. She’s Bliss’s cousin who is just horrible! She is jealous of the love and attention that Bliss gets and so she tries to imitate everything she does and says right down the way she dresses and does her hair. We’ve all had a “Brielle” in our lives at one point and Rory did a fantastic job of making her unlikable.
Be prepared for some one-handed reading if you know what I mean (wink, wink) because the spice is off the charts between the activities on the island, the dirty talk, and all the hot scenes between Sutton and Bliss. I definitely recommend this book if you love taboo romance!
Once again, Rory sucked me down into her vortex and I'm left wondering how I can ever just go back to...idk, "less taboo" reads?
She sincerely has me in a chokehold at this point...or maybe that's Daddy Sutton's hands wrapped around my neck?
Either way, consider me submissive.
Limerence was not only a spicy, taboo AF story but it was also the beach vacation I never got to enjoy this summer.
The setting was immaculately described, giving me all the surf and turf that this pale and pasty girl could ask for. It's also intertwined with the Baddies universe and, you guessed it, Daddy Maverick's Opal club, which was detailed in Deviant by Tate Monroe (see my previous post).
Daddy Sutton is a complex yet patient man, in some respects. He's not out there looking for love or even a fun time. Maybe it's because he's getting older and just doesn't care anymore. Or maybe it's because he's too busy stalking Bliss and scaring off, sometimes even beating up, her would-be suitors.
That's his baby girl, after all, and NO ONE touches his baby girl.
This story was a bit of a slow burn romance, and rightfully so. I think the steady build up of angst and carnal desire was on point and with it being 🩸 taboo, I think it added an additional layer that we would normally never experience.
I also loved the additional layers of conflict that were created with multiple side characters. It gave the plotline a great climax and resolution. I ended the book feeling smitten and the more I sat processing it, the more and more I loved it. It's just one of those stories that stays with you afterwards and I definitely want to return to this world.
Welcome back to banned baddies dirty world of club Opal, where anything goes and nothing is off limits . Especially the taboo of daddy/daughter . Read Trigger warnings before entering.
Bliss is the estranged daughter to Sutton where her mom randomly drops her off at 12 or 13 years old ? Now at 19 humble & innocent bliss is having impure thoughts about daddy Sutton with how close they are those innocent glances those soft touches .. she wants to push for more .
Sutton is protective and possessive over her beautiful daughter. To the point where he's kept every member of the male population away from her by just word of mouth . Having thoughts a father shouldn't have about his perfect sweet little girl starts to make him feel guilty but also drives him a little wild ..
When bliss jumps at the chance to visit club Opal it's definitely not what she was expecting atleast to a point. & Sutton isn't about to let his babygirl go on her own , and when bliss starts to see that wild look in Suttons eye everytime attention gets brought to her she realizes it's time to push the beast an have him snap to give in to their desires.
These two were straight fire. The sexual tension, obsession, angst and all that hot steam especially that primal play? Mm yess I loved it . Rory always seems to think outside of the box when it comes to taboo affairs and I'm always here for it . I can't wait to see whats next for this world and the crossovers we might see
Limerence is the newest standalone taboo romance from Rory Ireland. So if taboo is not your thing then maybe keep on browsing (and I mean legit taboo not forbidden step family relations here but 🩸relations).
For those of you who read Edge of Insanity you’ll remember Sutton and Bliss from the tattoo shop that had a rather memorable moment involving the twins. 👀 Anyways if like me you were wondering what their story was well here it is in all its naughty goodness! I loved how these two danced around their confusing feelings in the beginning and the tension it created. Between him trying to deny and ignore his growing attraction to Bliss, dealing with his creepy friend’s comments, and trying to play off his possessiveness as nothing more than fatherly worry I just knew he was going to snap like a twig right at the beginning. Somehow he kept it together better than I expected him to. Rory edged the hell out of us with this one similar to the way her and Tate did with Edge of Insanity while keeping its own uniqueness. Trust me - the way Sutton holds out for so long makes the ending even more worth it!
The spice builds up in this books as well but I’ll reiterate that tension that builds with it is so damn good you won’t even notice the time it took to get there. And the ending will have you swooning SO hard! And maybe never look at honey the same way again… 😏😆
“Limerence” might be one of my favorite Rory Ireland daddy/daughter books to date. I’ve probably said that each time I read one of Ireland’s books, but that tells you she outdoes herself each time.
In the same universe of “Deviant,” Sutton partakes in Maverick’s schemx club “island” to do schemxy things out in the open without anyone batting an eye. He brings his annoying niece, Brielle, who lives with him, and his daughter, Bliss. Brielle has always been jealous of Bliss, has been known to copy her, and has been called out for this. She’s a pain in the donkey’s b00ty.
Sutton and Bliss are conflicted with their feelings, with Sutton pushing back, especially when they return home from the island.
Sutton is p0ss#ss!ve and jealous. He has pr¡m@l fantasies. Bliss says she can handle it, but being a Virginia, Sutton doesn’t want to hurt or scare her. In addition, they are trying to keep things on the down low because of nosy Brielle in the house.
Rory Ireland has written the hottest scenes in “Limerence” between these two characters. Between Sutton being so ragey — I know that’s not a word - and battling with himself about what is right and wrong to finally giving in. It was amazing.
I love these authors and their steamy taboo tales. I especially love the interconnecting characters. When do we get a 🥰🌶️Jude & Asher book???😉🔥 I feel like the synopsis does a poor job of describing the book since the video-watching & rules for the island were only a small part of the story. I also felt like I had to suspend belief for most of the book because the plotline didn't make much sense. Admittedly I'm not a fan of the SLOW burn (sex doesn't happen till 80%) and non-stop "fighting your feelings" troupe. The sneaky boob fondling and quick kisses (followed by heavy regret) got old fast and so did the ridiculous side characters (dads skeevy friend, the tantrum-throwing copycat cousin, the FMC "best friend" that the FMC knows absolutely nothing about). The regret from dad makes zero sense since literally EVERY SINGLE friend he has is sleeping with their daughter or niece (is it really taboo then?). Not to mention that they all seem to live in the same town where the 2MC have to leave so they can live in the "open". Despite this being around 3.5⭐️ for me, you can't ❤️them all. I still ❤️❤️❤️love these authors❤️and am determined to read 🔥EVERY SMOKING HOT TABOO GOODNESS🔥 published by them....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This book is H O T! 🔥 This is one of the spiciest books I’ve read in a while! Limerence by Rory Ireland is a fast burn of a book. It’s a page turner!!
When Bliss was 13 years old, her mom dropped her off at her dad’s and never came back for her. Her father, Sutton, was left to take care of her.
Over the last year, both Sutton and Bliss have been looking at one another a little… differently. Sutton attends a sex club on another island frequently and his friend suggested that he should invite Bliss. Sutton tried his best to set rules between him and his daughter, but you’ll have to see how that unfolds. 😉
Sutton - I love his rage and how unhinged he is. He will protect his daughter for anyone that even looks at her. He has a somno kink. He sneaks into her room to touch her and Bliss is awake for it. 👀
Bliss - I love how she goes for exactly what she wants. She’s so ballsy and it’s HOT!
Tropes: - Age gap - OTT/Possessive MMC - Virgin FMC - Somnophilia 💤 - Touch her and 🔪 - Praise kink - Sex club - Voyeurism - Honey play 🍯
Bliss has been watching Sutton as he works on his one of a kind surfboards. She watches his sleek muscles move and knows she shouldn’t be feeling attracted to him. The world would never understand. Since she has come home after a vacation with friends there has been tension between them that she doesn’t understand until she snoops on his phone and discovers a kinky feral taboo side to her father.
After overhearing a conversation between her dad and her uncles friend, she’s curious about Opal Island. An island where you can enjoy all your sexual fantasies. As a virgin she’s curious but also knows Sutton is the only one she wants to explore with.
Sutton doesn’t want his daughter near that island or any other man. He’s obsessive, jealous and overprotective of his girl. He’s stalked her and made sure men left her alone. Bliss begs him and pushes his buttons until he gives in to her.
This is a work of fiction, in no way do I condone this type of relationship in reality. Taboo is not for everyone. If you don’t like this then move on. As long as it’s between the pages of a book then bring me the taboo.
"She created a monster and now she is going to live with the consequences. I'm obsessed. Infatuated, too far gone to turn back."
Trigger Warnings: - Dad/ Daughter - Age Gap - Praise - Degradation - Primal - Spanking - Virgin FMC - Celibate MMC - No one touches her - Good Girl - Daddy - Possessive - Somnophilia - Honey Play
Bliss has lived with her dad since the age of 13, along with her cousin Brielle. Bliss was the result of a one meet up in club toilet. Now at the age of 19. Bliss has been having more inappropriate thoughts about her dad. But she isn't the only one as she discovers her dad has been having thoughts about her too.
Sutton was extremely possessive of Bliss, so I don't really get why he took her to the island. AS it's a safe place to share partners etc.. but they don't take part.
I quite enjoyed despite the subject matter. I liked that you got both p.o.v from Bliss and Sutton and the chemistry build up throughout.
Sutton takes JP to whole new level 🥵 Bliss the FMC is sweet, innocent, and had so much sass. I will say Brielle …🥴 that’s girls gonna have a special spot where she’s going 😂 back to Daddy Sutton and Bliss…I love the interactions between Sutton and her before they ever make it to the island. The attraction burning between those two is clearly there and they’re just waiting for the right moment. And damn do they ever 🙌 that scene in the sand was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Rory doesn’t ever hold back and it shows in the taboo stories she writes and I absolutely love her for it!! This is probably one of my favorites so far 🖤 maybe…there’s others 🤣
We've seen Club Opal, now time for Opal Island. Sutton has a hard time with anyone putting their eyes, much less their hands on Bliss. He is the definition of OTT JP MMC. These two can't stay away from each other and have this incredible tension between them. All it takes is a visit to Opal Island to send Sutton over the edge and give in and when he does 😈😈
Again, I love that there are cameos from other characters and places. I cannot wait for more in this vast world that Rory and Tate created.
Limerence is a extreme taboo romance Age gap Father/daughter I was absolutely obsessed with this book I couldn’t put it down Daddy Sutton is just hot 🥵 He’s very much touch her and die which I love in a book Bliss is sweet and knows exactly who she wants I couldn’t stand brielle’s character and how she was with her cousin We get to see other characters from a few other books and a few other characters mentioned It’s spicy 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ It’s definitely not for everyone but if you like taboo romance then I definitely recommend giving this book a read
