Calling Charity Shane to the front of the class. Ma’am, I’ma need you to meet me at alter prayer bright and early in the morning cause chiiiiiiiile, the way Chantel and Dax were nasty! Dax said 60 day detox where?!!! That man gave those last 15 days the middle finger and dropped them overalls so damn fast he almost gave me whiplash. LOL! 🤣🤣🤣 No conversation was needed and these two wasted no time gettin’ it in on top of the desk, on the hood of his classic car, and any other flat surface they could find. It was definitely lust at first sight with Dax and the sexy stranger. Oh, and, Ion know who needs to hear this (Chantel) but, your car still needs an oil change, a tune up, tire rotation, new brake pads, and new windshield wipers. So, yeah, you definitely need to pull up on Dax on the way home from Granny’s birthday celebration. Your “Mercedes” is in a bad way sis and she needs some more fine tuning. And, by fine tuning, I mean more of Dax’s soul snatching d*ck. 😏😉😏 I absolutely loved Chantel and Dax and wouldn’t mind revisiting with them again in a future book.

I knew Charity wasn’t going to disappoint!!! She has never failed us!!🙌🏽🙌🏽 I LOVED Chantel and Dax and this was definitely a 10 piece spicy family meal! 🥵👅💦😜😈 I mean the only thing that would’ve made this hotter would’ve been them fkn on the hood of the car IN the rain!! 😈
Dax is the owner of a successful mechanic shop and Chantel’s is traveling from Virginia to Florida for her grandparents anniversary party! With Dax’s shop being one of the few after hours shops in Crescent Falls, he saved the day after her check engine light randomly pops on and derails her travel plans!

I know Charity was just passin' through, but honey she needs to go back often. You need a tune-up every 3000 miles, right? What does that equate to in time every other month? Naw, she gone need that at least once a month I'd say! She ain't gone be able to stay away from that D! 😂 There's gotta be more to this story, as these two are just too damn good together for us to not see where this can take them! Ok, loved this cute and sexy little short. If I ever had a one night stand experience, I would want it to go down similar to this. Dax was dripping with BDE while also being a respectable gentleman. With that being said, even though this book kept my attention, I couldn’t get the thought on whether or not Dax washed his hands before petting the kitty out of my mind. It plagued me throughout the story. Inquiring minds want to know. 😳

A fantasy come true
Well sheesh Chantel found herself in a horrible storm needing to get some work done on her car, but ended up also getting some work done on her body 😛 all night.
Dax had been on a detox for 45 days and all of that went out the window once Chantel banged on the garage door to his auto body shop. Once he got her out of the storm, he realized there was a storm brewing between them. There was this pull they couldn't deny and instead of fighting it they just went with it. They took each other to new heights all over Dax's office. You would have thought he was familiar with her body, the way she reacted to his touch. They pulled an all nighter going to his home picking right up where they had left off. Here's to an unexpected fantasy come true for Chantel. Sis was walking funny the next day 😏
I love that the men in these stories be ready to risk it all, and the women bring them right on down to reality and remind them this ain't love. Another sexy story.

So far this is my favorite out of the series. I loved Chantel and Dax. Their chemistry was off the chain. The spice level 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ was A1 and just nastyyy 💦💦. I loved it. Nah Chantel gon have to spend the block again cause chileeeee ain’t no way she gon be ok not seeing Dax again after he done knocked the cobweb’s off that coon lol. A rainy night while on a roadtrip Chantel’s car breaks down leading her to Dax’s autoshop. The sexual tension between the two leads Dax to servicing more than just Chantel’s car. I need more. Dax and Chantel were hot yall. I mean the man gave her the business on top of the car mkay. Dax was ready to risk it all for Chantel but sis let him know this aint no love thang but sis playing. One thing I love about these short stories series is they serve as intros for authors. They allow you to feel out an author's writing style and decide if you want to commit to a full length book.
Based on these little 50 pages I am SOLD. Ms. Charity did her thing with this one. These two had instant chemistry and went for it and it was EVERYTHING.
I looked up the author and saw that she's responsible for the book One Eighty which has been all over my bookish groups and Tik Tok. Believe I tripped over myself adding that book to my TBR.
I really loved Chantel and Dax separately. In the author's note she stated we may see him again. I noticed they have a 2nd book in this series. But since this series focuses on NOT catching feelings, I imagine we could still maybe get him in his own book. Fingers crossed.
