Another invaluable resource for anyone interested in this awful, awful war. The last 1/3 or so are international agreements governing child soldiers in war. Pretty sure nobody in the Liberian Civil War was ever held to account for using child soldiers in the war. Taylor was convicted helping the RUF recruit child soldiers in neighboring Sierra Leone.
