What a creative way to write a guide to applied behavior analysis! This story follows the journey of a sweet, yet suborn girl named Victoria that gives her mom a hard time. The mother decides to call upon a behavior therapist in hopes that she could help sort out some of the unwelcome behaviors. This story will take you all the way from day one to the end of her therapy. You will not only read about their challenges but also their triumphs and how they are able to eventually connect with each other in truly heartwarming ways. This is a perfect book for educators or for any parent that just can't seem to get through to their child. Thank you to the author for writing this wonderful resource and beautiful story.

I am so excited to have stumbled upon this book. It gives an easy to understand and super helpful insight into how Applied Behavioural Analysis works, and its amazing potential to positively impact lives. I never felt as though I was sitting down to learn about this area of psychology as it was so enjoyable, but subliminally, was constantly gaining a greater undertaking of ABA. Would highly recommend!!

A guide for parents of any child who acts out (and that means every child at one time or another!)......but it is made more interesting by the lovely story form the author has used to make her points. The chapters end with substantive guides. I would recommend this book for any parent or for anyone who may enjoy a magical story.

This book is so many things in one. I found it to be a helpful and insightful read! Full of compassion, and loving direction.
