The Story of a Menace

✨Zy’air & Marleigh 😍
Now Jounree you truly did you thing with this book. When I thought I knew what’s was going to happen you surprised me and made my mouth drop. I loved Marleigh and Zy’air together. When he told her they won’t breaking up I even more love Zy for sure. Once they got over them at hurdle having each other back was an understatement. I didn’t see that Babyface situation but her uncle definitely needed to be dealt with.
Now his brother Tyreek 😬 man he is sick all around and it’s sad. Empress won’t no better I was glad when Marleigh put them paws on her. How you jump bad and ask for help 😫🤦🏾♀️🤣. It’s sad when you try to do right by people and you try to take everyone with you but life proves you can’t. Caprice my gawd…like I wanted to hate her but she looked out for Marleigh at the club with their boss. I wanted Pretoria to catch a bigger beat down for sure because your twin man 🤬. Don’t even get me started on Emani ol punk a$&, he did the right thing.
I love when an author can have me cussing out loud at a book and The Story of a Menace did just that. Jealousy, guilt, love, trauma and so much more is flowing through this book. Like I want to say more but then I will be telling the story and that’s so wrong of me but I would 🤣 but you won’t be disappointed reading this book.

Everything came full circle!!!
This was a great read. Zy’air and Marleigh both had some horrible starts at life. Tyreek was wrong asf for how he did azul, when he saved his life. Marleigh was being the typical preteen and didn’t know the strength in her words, but it was messed up how Brandon did her acting like a bitter female. Empress was a whole mess child, now Ty did rape her but after that it was her choice to still mess with him and the be with Zy was just gross. Brick was manipulative and jealous and he should’ve just let it go because he was just hurting innocent people. Tyreek whole situation with Brittney and Caprice made my heart for the girls because he was sick and to find out that’s the reason Zy got locked up was crazy. Babyface being Marleigh father through me for a loop. But in the end I love how strong Zy and Marleigh love was and how they trusted each other. They deserved that happiness. Good job Journee!!!

A young boy, his loyalty was unmatched. Marleigh had a life that also was unfair, although what I loved about them both were they wanted more out of life and they took accountability for their choices.
Having snakes in their lives that were meant to take them out ended up getting the correct karma. Zyair life would've turned out differently had he known the truth or would it? This journey is one all should read and enjoy the emotional ride.🤗🤗🤗🤗

I waiver on my rating of this slightly. Either way I enjoyed the story, this is my first read by the author. Everyone got what they deserved, except Caprice. Learning what happened to her changed my perspective on her and she deserved healing. I hope she found peace. Tyreek was a wretched person, along with Brick.
This story covered some triggering issues, but the author addressed them in sensitive manner. I wish it was longer, but I’m looking forward to reading more from her catalog.
The whole Babyface thing was a little wild for many reasons to me. Again- solid story.

I enjoyed this story. I would’ve loved to read more about them enjoying their marriage. Chile Ty was a piece of work🤮 and knew he was dead wrong for his actions. The secrets came spilling out babyyyy….. Chile her momma 😒 her grandma 😒 Babyface 😒 that’s for all them and Uncle Brick 🥴 whew good read. Menace and Lele 😍🥰. Chile this book had more background villains(enemies) had me like dang who else ain’t loyal?! Man just read the book trust me it’s worth it. You’ll love it

One day at the mall him and his boys stopped some girls from fighting one of those girls was Marleigh. Marleigh lost her mother and Gmom in an accident and was placed in foster care. Her life as a stripper served her well but she wanted more. Marleigh and Zy’air hit it off and sparks flew but secrets between them and unknown connections threaten to destroy them. A great read!

Menace
Good read. There was so much going on from beginning to end. I love how we started in the past and saw all the connections on the present. Leigh was a tough cookie after enduring a heavy loss. Zy was a true menace, for good reason, but his heart beat for Leigh. I dont know why he was so sad about Ty though 😂

Journee Jordan you did your thing in their book. It was a 🔥🔥🔥 📚📚📚. I loved menace and Marleigh together. Tyreek oh my god i didn’t see that coming about him. His brother saved his life and to treat him the way he did was wrong. Zenon was a mess. But how things came out in the end was surprising. Good book will definitely recommend. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and more.

Loved this story! Zy and Lele were perfect for each other. Her sisters daddy is a Bitter Mf for doing that to them! I’m glad that all the problems were handled, I just wish Caprice didn’t take her own life. Tyreek was 🤢, and the fact that empress stayed with him spoke a lot about her!! Pretoria 😂😂 now Hoe you was trifling for that!
