This is the second book in the series I’ve read and similar to the first book, I was pleasantly surprised again. It is a great mix between a mystery and character development, without being drug out like most books. I’m excited to read the third book!

I love the two Brenda Lyne books I have read so far. Only things threw me for a loop this time.
1.Just like her first book, it is based in Minnesota and she switches between real cities and towns and fake ones. Not a huge fan of that. Makes it a weird as Minnesota reader.
2. The ending seemed so quick and ended so quickly.

Still love her books. Great author and I can't wait to start the next book. :)
