Stuck with My Ex Forever is a heartwarming story of a young woman named Darcy that set everything aside after college so she could be a model and soar to the top of the industry, Then she decided to start a designing clothing company with her two best friends Alexa and Rylee. Their line of fashion was highly sought after. But to further the dreams of their company, they needed a partner that could add more money to the company for a percentage of the profits.
Step in Eric that owns a marketing investment company that makes his money by investing money into companies for a percentage of the profits. He had never invested in fashion labels but knew it was a money maker when he read the file. And when he seen who owned the company there were pictures that took him back to his college days. Darcy was his girlfriend for 4 years and he knew the others for being her friends back then. He made his mix up immediately and he says he will handle this account himself. He had not seen or heard from Darcy in the last 8 years. But could fate be dealing them a second chance?

They reconnect when she and her partners need financing to take their business to the next level and it is Eric's company that comes in with the backing. Everything is going well until a big fashion company wants to buy them out and Eric once again feels like he is on the losing end. Will he and Darcy get their chance to rekindle their love and will this time around lead them to happiness.

I read this book in one day! I was caught up in the story of Eric and Darcy. Their paths split when she refused his marriage proposal at the end of their college years: she chose the world of fashion design and he chose the business world. But years later they again come face to face in a chance to work in a business venture together. Other factors entered into that process but their love for each other was stronger to overcome the pressures they faced. The power of love forced them to fight for a HEA. I loved their story!

Darcy is a young woman who gave up everything after college to go and make herself a successful fashion model. She now has retired and is starting a fashion design company with her friends. They need funding and Eric comes to hear their sales pitch. Eric is Darcy's former beau, but she left him behind for the modeling career. Is there a possibility that these two could be getting a second chance? This is a sweet romance that shows that sometimes love never dies and you get a second chance to get things right.

A second chance, clean romance and the story held my interest from the start. It's sweet, full of emotions and chemistry with a realistic story line and characters. I loved the frienships and romanc and had a great time reading this one. The book is a very entertaining, heartwarming, page turning romance with a wonderful happily ever after ending.

I have never read anything by Hazel Belle before, OMG this was fantastic!! Darcy and her friends Alexa, and Rylee; own and run DARing fashions. If they want to expand they will need a financier. As they interview several, one company "Growth Capital" seems the best fit. The only trouble with that is the owner Eric; is Darcey's ex-boyfriend from college. Can everything work out? Love the plot, great setting, and strong intense interesting characters. I can't wait to read more from Hazel Belle!!!

A wonderful story of friendship, business partnerships and a second chance at love. Eric and Darcy were inseparable in college, but when he proposed she said no and never contacted him again. Hazel Belle navigates the dangerous waters between business and romance with ease. I really enjoyed this story.

College Sweethearts Darcy and Eric get a second chance at love together 8 years after Eric's public marriage proposal. Getting to seeing DARing progress as a fashion label was cool and the unresolved emotions and interactions between Darcy and Eric. The friend moments for both Eric side and Darcy's side were fun to read

This book held my interest. I enjoyed learning about the ins and outs of designing, getting manufactured, showing, modeling, the ins and outs of the fashion industry. The second chance story was a good one. I was given an ARC and this is my honest opinion.

Clean second chance HEA standalone
This story is interconnected with Second Chance Weekend. It can be read as a standalone, but you will probably get more out of the girls` history and how the business began if you have already read Second Chance Weekend.
Eric and Darcy dated through out college but there was a huge embarrassing misunderstanding the night before graduation. Fast forward and SURPRISE the finance company Darcy and her friends contacted to help them grow their business is owned by none other than her ex, Eric.
Will they be able to work together? Can they get past the hurt and be friends? Maybe more?
This was a clean easy read that hooked me from the start. I hope that Alexa has a story of her own soon.
