This is the first volume of a series of original short stories, based on the characters and settings of old-time radio shows. As with most anthologies, I enjoyed some stories more than others, usually due to the particular show the story was based on. I also felt the quality of the writing varied, but this is not a major complaint, since it's such a kick to find stories bases on these old programs. I'm grateful to the editor, Ben Ohmart and the authors for putting together such a welcome volume.
If you want to re-visit some of your favorite characters and places from old-time radio shows, this is a great place to start.
