Can't wait for the next book!
I was originally giving this 3 ⭐! The fact that the couple didn't get together until the last couple of pages annoyed me to no end, but I loved Kabrea (she had some sense! Her best friend sure didn't) I also want to see about her and Lukah! Although I agreed with Noah all the way he went too far! I really liked Judah. And didn't understand the reviews saying he treated women bad?!? This damn girl treated him like a soy bean burger for years!!! Playing all on his top, then leaves and blocks him like he did something wrong! He was right in trying to guard his heart with her flip floppy ass! I feel neither of them were in love with the other as they thought. It seemed like they were in lust and really really wanted to hunch on each other 😂😂 Dutchess annoyed me so bad and I won't lie, I still kinda think Ju deserves better 🤷🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️ She has proven when he makes her mad or things don't go her way she is gonna either run away, or rum and fall on another D! I just really didn't like her. Their ending was cute I guess lol can't wait to get into Lukah and Kabre!!

Realllll love or reallll nasty
I just want to say like the s£x was nasty and I loved it !!!!!!
Nasty is always a vibe for me 🥵. The only reason I rated this book a three is because I think that Dutchess irked my last nerve by how she was playing on my guy’s head like she was doing the most. Judah kind of irritated me with his anger, he just jumped to conclusion so fast without letting people explain. I’m glad he did stand on business when he said don’t contact me anymore. Other than that it was a good read. I would definitely love to see her bestie and his brother get together a little short read on them would be real cute.☺️

These 2 are something else.
This ride was wild and i enjoyed it. Can’t wait to get through the rest of the series.
First things first I didn’t find Judah to be rude. Any female he dealt with and allowed whatever from him is their business. Also they’re all consenting adults. Second off Dutch doesn’t get any passes because the way she played little games with him was dumb and childish. Judah is definitely better than me because i would have been done with her after that blocking stuff. This is how some people lose a good person trying to see how far they can play with one’s heart. I’m happy Judah pulled a her on Dutch because she needed to see what it felt like. Don’t let people just play with you. Have some self respect and boundaries put in place for your protection. Noah was wrong and right. I would do whatever to protect my sister from an a**hole.
Now these two for sure had the spice down packed. I mean flaming hot Cheetos LOL. I loved their friendship as far as them being there for one another. Them knowing each other’s spots when needing to get away and supporting one another’s businesses. I feel like they were more lusting for one another. Especially Judah. Wish we could have seen more dates but on the same hand the SPICE. Judah knew what he was doing so that ending was perfect.

I couldnt take anymore
***spoiler alert***I love this author and her books. However, this one made me so mad. Judah was so utterly disrespectful to women that it was insane. And the women then allowed the disrespect. I took as much as i could. However, he called a random woman over. Then he left her and was about to mess with another woman.....same night. After he MADE her apologize for almost sleeping with someone else....that was it. No. Just no. There are other ways to be urban without this much utter disrespect to women. It was asanine and chikdish. All of it.

💥Judah, Dutchess, and Noah had me rolling my eyes, all 3 of em was working my nerves throughout the WHOLE book 🤣🤦🏾♀️🤣. The pettiness was real, the lack of talkin', and those tempers flaring up had me shaking my head. These two definitely had some stuff to overcome more Dutchess than Judah but she got it right. Overall I am glad they got their HEA after all that drama!

Dutchess and Judah have been BFF's for forever. But Judah has always felt more, and Dutchess was scared to give in, so she strung him along. but everyone gets tired. Judah tried to move on but three years later, Dutch is back to mess with his head. But now he wants to mess with hers too.
Okay, these two and their love games had me spinning and I'm not gonna lie--it was tiring after a while. But I love their bond. I love the way they new each other. I wish they had both been more open to understanding to the other but the way they connected was always good. They were hot and very passionate. It was a testament to the love Dutch kept denying but I get why she was scared. Both of them needed more trust in themselves and each other. Judah flying off the handle at every turn and Noah interfering had me clutching my pearls. I thought they'd never get it right. But they did. It was a ride. but I liked it.

I came here for the smut, which was very much present. However, the author tended to be a little wordy with her descriptions of people and places. Also, the lack of effective communication and conflict resolution skills between the main characters was such a turn off for me. I’m not a fan of those stereotypical character traits when it comes to black characters. I’m glad there was some growth in that department by the end of the book. The plot was just okay for me, as there was no real wow factor. Overall, this short story was just okay.

Judah didn’t play about Dutchess. Dutchess got on my nerves for a minute because I am team Judah all the way. I love how he embraced her no matter what. He loved her body and made sure that she knew her plus body was his weakness. India always comes through with a good read.

2 stars for smut alone…I get it that’s the point of it I mean it’s erotica but the plot that got us to that point was so contrived and childish. In a way Judah and Dutchess deserved each other because they were so stupid and childish. I don’t even wanna say miscommunication was the issue they just didn’t communicate effectively or at all, just yelling and threatening and possessiveness. And the way we just gloss over Noah literally blackmailing Asher when as far as we know he didn’t know the circumstances of their breakup so he could be putting her in a dangerous situation…literally everything except for the smut gave me the ick…well the food play also gave me the ick lol

These two petty messy people had me fighting for my life. Like I ain't never read two characters at each others throats so much. They both irked my nerves with they behavior but I enjoyed the angry make up they had. They love language was physical and I was ok with that. I also like the set up for the two bros and Dutchess bestie, can't wait to read them.

Honestly this book is so good it had me laughing throughout and hit me at the edge of my seat it was a page Turner I read this book in one sitting it had me going I put myself in this position in the book the way he had her had me wishing I was her okay this book is a 10 out of 10 would recommend this is something that will have you hot and bothered and ready okay it was it was good all the way to the end the whole book that was not a part I didn't like the whole book was for me okay I would reread this book 10 times over that's how good it was okay and I'm known for not rereading books that often and I'm very picky and I lose interest really quickly so this kept my attention from start to finish I ain't going to lie I had to stop a couple times because I was flustered had me out here like oh my God I was blushing super hard

So I’ve been going back and forth on what to rate this book bc I enjoyed reading this book… well for the most part. From the beginning I was immediately sucked into to Judah and Dutchess storyline. I liked the intense drama and built up feelings between the both of them because it lead to some dang on good, hot and spicy and just nasty sex lol…Whew Chile the author left nothing up to the imagination and gave every detail possible!! However, I found myself getting annoyed with both characters while reading this book and how they kept going back and forth. The back and forth had gotten old for me quick but the sex made up for it for sure. I really didn’t care for how Judah was nasty towards the women in the book and they just had taken this type of behavior. Nonetheless it was a cute ending so no major complaints. I will most definitely read more books from this author.

These two really was getting on my nerves, but it was so funny at the same time because they both was bat fish crazy. What sent me was Judah hand cuffing her to the bed just for her not to go in her date. Noah was dead wrong for what he did, but I’m glad he came to his senses and apologized to his brother. I’m glad that Judah and Dutchess crazy asses got it together because I was getting too tired of their antics.

I completely understood how Dutch felt about Judge's friendship, once that line gets cross there's no turning back and with the only parent that showed her love gone she didn't want to loose anyone else but Judah knew what he wanted and all she had to do was allow him completely in to show her without all the outside interference s; his brother was wrong on so many levels and deserved what he got. So happy Judah didn't give up but stood firm with how things would be once she made her decision. Great exotic story, the sexual chemistry was so strong while reading the authors word made you feel every stroke as well.

I understood Dutchess dilemma with letting Judah in cause she just wanted him to remain in her life but she was too too scared. She needed therapy BAD! Especially with a mom like hers. The way Judah treated her was too too harsh at time. He has to acknowledge he put himself out there too much when he should’ve man up from the start! Now if we get a book on Noah I almost don’t want it cause his pettiness was too too much! I get the protective nature but my guy caused a problem when there was none! Overall great read!!!

I wasn’t ready for the petty!
I definitely enjoyed these two fools!! Judah and Dutchess definitely gave each other a run for the money with the back and forth and downright petty behavior! As usual India gives such a great love story combined with downright sexy and nasty love between the two. This book has also laid the groundwork for Judah’s two brothers and their love stories! October 1, 2023This book was frustratingly annoying. The miscommunication was running rampant in this book and it’s crazy how they didn’t mind having sex but couldn’t talk to each other. I would’ve loved to see the couple actually establish a relationship with each other. The constant back and forth became redundant and took away from my enjoyment. I will say that i enjoyed his dirty talk and the way he stood up for himself. Outside of that it was just an okay story

Now hear me when I tell you, this book gave plot and erotica the way Zane used to give us story spice and everything nice. This was on point. 2 hearts breaking for one another navigating their own toxicity while desiring what they thought was forbidden. I’m glad Dutchess and Judah got it right, but Lawd did we have to go on a rollercoaster.

The way Judah and Dutch did all that back and forth didn’t make no sense, like yall need to get it together. Yall both love each other and yall screwing each other brains out. But I can’t really fault my boy Judah, because he was ready that damn Dutchess was the one playing around. But overall they had a very good bond and I loved how Judah didn’t play about his best friend.

I love smut.. however this was too much smut for me. I liked the beginning and the middle of the story but it became redundant towards the end. All they did was argue and f*ck.. After she told him she was pregnant he grabed her vagina.. Maybe if the sex scenes was spread out and not on every single page I would’ve enjoyed it more.. Less sex and more plot?

First read by this author, was not disappointed at all. I wanted to give it all the stars but that POV is not a friend of mine; however, the story was on point. Dutch was all over the place Ju could have done better with someone that wouldn’t play in his face for the amount of time that she did.

Talk about a rollercoaster.
It just kept going. It had a first second third act break up. At one point, I actually yelled out, "Just let him love you." Then the very next moment I was like, why won't he calm down and listen. It's an enjoyable and oh, so messy.

Amazing
Dutchess n Judah put me through it. But I love that for them. The ups and downs. I love that she has a bestie that's got her back. Those backshots were something to read about lawd. Amazing read.
