These two took me on a ride ok. Their chemistry was everything. He did not play with or about her. Yeah he made a mistake but he was trying and it wasn’t on purpose. I’m glad they were able to overcome it

A very deep love story!
I had to add in another star because the author really did put their everything into this story!! The drama was intense and the very realistic problems were well written!! Grief, Forgiveness, Addiction you name it was in this story. You will be invested because the love story of the two main characters will keep you hanging on the edge your seat!!

Okay, this book gave me all I could handle!! Tyi and Elijon had a one night stand that resulted in an unexpected pregnancy. Once the two reconnect, in a tense situation, things start to unravel and their romance was tested beyond my wildest imagination. This book was entertaining, full of drama, emotional/complex moments, and ends with an HEA. I am running to the next book.

Head Spinning
I love that Insta love, but this story here had my head spinning with all the family dynamics and every one getting together with each having kids.
It hurts to see that Ty lost Eliza. But, Ms. Patrice was right, it sometimes takes bad things to happen for god things to come about.
I was very happy for Eljion and his process of forgiving Ms. Patrice. Extremely happy that Eljion and Ty getting together and getting their happy ending.

This was not for me. iLove a secret baby , in this case “babies”. There was just too much going on. Too many errors, too many side characters with complicated storylines. Could NOT stand the MMC. Elijion bought her flowers , said that the color had a meaning. she asks him whats the meaning of purple roses he says “look that shxt up” huh ? yall like yall men like that ? he was so irritating and dumb, straight up insufferable. She tlkn about not having anymore kids but is pregnant in the next chapter ? iReally wished the FMC would’ve stood on business and left that man alone. He was not it !

Where to begin?
I’m torn… because on the one hand, this was a mess and on the other hand- I was enthralled and couldn’t stop reading.
Not sure if any of the side characters have their own story- because the way their drama made the story even more ridiculous. I need to read more.
IMO this wasn’t a romance. The MMC was a mess. Immature, demeaning, and dumb. There wasn’t much between he and the FMC other than sex. He treated her like property and even she acknowledged how she deserved more. She never demanded it and therefore he never changed. He was gaslighting her and controlling her from the moment he learned about the girls.
Also, where was the trigger warning. The author touches on some pretty heavy stuff in great detail. The Eliza storyline was difficult to read. I thought it would happen, yet, I didn’t expect the details.
And I have to say that addition to the story, really made me not want these two together. Adding additional kids in the midst of a crap romance storyline, didn’t make any of these characters endearing.
Actually none of the couples in this story needed to be together, with the exception of Tyi’ler’s parents.
Lastly the grammatical errors really hurt the story. Plot aside, trying to understand what was being said or being distracted by the use of the wrong words- hurt the reading experience.
Please tell me the other couples are featured in other standalones. They were so messy I would read more 🤦🏾♀️🥴😂

One night two strangers meet Elijon talked about his mom doing drugs..
Then you got Ty lier who tells him all her business about her ex and miscarriages she had only after one night not only when she leaves him in the morning just to find out gifts he gave her twin girls..
And on whim she meets him mom didn't know it and now on roller coaster ride they go But in the end Elijon did not give up on love he has for her..
His ex was getting on my nerves no back bone especially when you can see like everybody else she was nothing more but a booty call nothing more and didn't even have respect for herself his cousin called and so did he and when she thought that him and Ty would be done tried again to throw it and still didn't catch it lol 🤣...

Soul Ties of an Unexpected Love started out good and that was the only good thing about this story. Most of the main characters started out acting mature then things just went downhill. There was too much unnecessary drama for ridiculous reasons. This story wasn't filled with grown women, it was filled with females having tantrums and acting childish, and the men weren't too far behind them. The story needs major editing as the characters names were spelled wrong and I think at one point the author even gave one of the twin girls a different name. There was just so many things wrong in this story for me that by the time I was finished with it I was aggravated with all of the characters and their actions. I want to give this author other books a try, but after reading this one I'm not sure if it's worth my money or time.

A lot going on
It was ok, kinda dragged out, I don't understand how you date someone 3 years and they neeeevvvveeer get pregnant, but as soon as you find someone else you want to build a life with, you have a moment of weakness with that ex and suddenly they are pregnant ruining lives, and your happily ever after. This had waaayy to many cousins, kids, sisters, brothers, inlaws, it was was lot.
And everyone cheating with family members spouses, and just cheating period, trying to get revenge was too much. The grammatical errors in the conversations left me confused, at one point the twins had whole different names. The ending in the epilogue made no sense what so ever. But it still was ok.

Ni'ssan knows how to write a messy, drama filled book. This book was full of drama from beginning to end. I loved Elijon and Tyi'ler together. Their chemistry was on fire the entire book. The side characters that were mentioned were just as drama filled and messy as the main characters. Both main characters frustrated me at some point during the story. Elijon should've let that hurt go from his mom way before he did. The way he talked to her and about her was truly sad. I understand he was hurting, but still. I'm glad Tyi'ler got him together on that aspect. Tyi'ler frustrated me with letting her pride get in her way. Yes, I understood she needed to grieve, and I was glad she held Elijon accountable for not being there, but sis was holding a grudge when she really wanted her man back. If you are looking for a drama filled book, this family has it covered.

Eli had me at hello. That man had me stuttering right along with Tyi'ler. I hate how she had to suffer that loss alone. She took Eli through but he held strong. Serena was dumber than a box of rocks. All those cousin/friends sleeping around had me confused. But I ignored their drama geek was in love with the way Eli handled fatherhood. I'm glad he forgave his mother. What's next Nissan?

This book was my favorite Trope... secret baby. So I loved every minute of it. It was fast paced and so good. Eljion had that BDE from beginning to end. I hate how Serena played on his sympathy while pregnant. She knew exactly what she was doing. I just hate that Tyi’ler was left to go through all of that alone. I felt all of her hurt, anger and pain. This is a must read.

This book was pretty decent. Just enough drama to keep u engaged, but I’m not gone lie it got boring at times and I started skipping all the descriptions of ppl. It got irritating I didn’t need to know how everyone in the family looked. The book started off with little to no errors, but at some point almost 50% in it’s like the author no longer cared. It was error galore in the rest of the story. It was drawn out too, but it wasn’t a bad story. I would read another from the same author.

The emotions hit hard, but there were just too many characters with not enough backstory to really connect with all of them. It could’ve used a bit more excitement to keep things moving, and the ending felt rushed like there was still more to be said. Overall, it had potential, but it left me wanting a little more.

Unexpected
The title of this book definitely describes the story within. The storyline has a little drama, secrets, a stupid buddy, and a one night stand. The consequences that came from it brought joy for many, especially the daddy. Trying to build a relationship while you have two women pregnant was not the answer. But that ending was so sweet.

Mannnnnnn this book was filled with so much and I loved it all. It started out sucking you in. Idk how Ty did all that on the 1st night but I was here for it. Only thing I hated was Serena, the baby, the death, and the separation BUT Ni’ssan you did this. I shedded a few tears out of just being emotional but truly enjoyed therir story.

Too many errors, it was filled with errors. Why did they give them babies those old ass names?! In fact I basically hated everybody's names. Didn't like the main characters, Eljion was so ignorant and immature to me, in fact all of the men were. The ladies were all dummies, the end smh.

Wow, lives intermingling without even knowing.
Ti’lyer heartbroken over her ex goes to the bar and meet Elijon who is heartbroken over his mother, after a one night stand their worlds are filled with drama, laughter and something else. Such a good read, I just wanted Ti’lyer to not be so easily persuaded.

Absolutely the fuck not. I’ll never be mature enough for this book. Another story about black women being put through the worst and having to “forgive”. Tsk tsk. I gave it 3 stars because it started out so good. The cousins confused me, I couldn’t keep up with who slept with who.

Great read
This love story for Eljion and Tyi was good. They went through a lot. When Eljion found out about the twins and Edith mean mugged him, I hollered. It was a lot of funny scenes and real life issues of how drugs can separate a family. I love the book.

Overall the plot of this book was really good it’s just the side storylines was confusing at times especially when mixed with spelling errors (which there was an excess of)
