This was such a great set of stories that were fast paced and action packed. Each book is about a different couple but you can expect humour, suspense and steam in all of them. I really enjoyed the characters and how they came fully to life for me as I followed their adventures along. Believable and relatable, and not perfect, they made me root hard for them and feel totally invested in how things would go. Love when I get that into a book and, although I read these books individually, I'm thrilled to flow from one book to the next, now, for hours of reading fun :D

The author brings A game crafting a beautifully imperfect masterpieces, an intense, action-packed romantic suspense, a dark world and relatable, high-octane characters with storylines that will keep the reader glued to the pages.
Chasing Grace:
Grace and Chase are heard headed and stubborn. She stood her ground with him and he was protective of her from the beginning. I really loved how their relationship developed. They are both surprised by their attraction and willingness to explore more. Both have a mindset of not pursuing the relationship at the beginning because Chase needs to remain laser-focused and can't afford the distraction while Grace spent her life dodging romantic entanglements. They both took each other by surprise. Their chemistry and tension were everything. I liked them from the moment they interacted the first time. Grace's sassiness is what drew Chase in besides her personality. . Their love might be born out of tragedy and danger but it’s a unique love story. These two made me smile, laugh, swoon, cry and experience a lot of feelings along the way.
Finding Eve:
I devoured Adam and Eve's story. It was filled with delicious banter, sexual tension, over-protectiveness, dangerous twists and turns that make this love story one wild ride. The tension and chemistry between Adam and Eve is phenomenal. Both have been betrayed in different ways and fighting with the ghosts of their past. They are caught off guard by their attraction yet Adam will do anything to protect Eve and to convince her he’s the family she’s been searching for. They challenge each other. Adam is the definition of broody, jaded, unapproachable and an enigma. Throughout the book his other layers are discovered like his protectiveness and how caring, loving he is, thinking of people he loves especially Eve questioning what loving him might do to her. Eve is determined, sassy, jaded, doesn't know how strong she actually is and doesn't trust easily. While their path to HEA was filled with many obstacles, I loved they didn't give up easily on each other.
Saving Summer:
Jamie's life comes crashing down thinking his career is over after a terrorist attack which left him with a debilitating knee injury and a thirst for revenge. Thanks to his teammates he has a chance at redemption, relieving the guilt he feels and a chance to start fresh. But he is not ready yet. Summer has been barely surviving, running away from her past. She finally found her place where she belongs with this mysterious team and she will fight to keep them in spite of grumpy, jaded military surgeon Jamie who wants her gone. Jamie and Summer are passionate, swoony and intense; their connection and chemistry sizzling. She makes him want to become a better man. She brings out his softer side, protectiveness and possessiveness. Soon, Jamie realizes that the only safe place is with him, but now he needs to convince Summer he is worthy of her heart and gain her trust. Their love story is layered, fast paced, real, emotional with an edge and depth. I loved how they blossomed and thrived, got their chance at love and a new beginning.

Edith Lalonde is a new to me author and I must say I am impressed. The characters, the pacing, the balance of danger, suspense, drama and romance in her stories were perfect. This three volume boxed set introduces you to the members of Joint Task Team, the catalyst for the team's formation and their mission mandate. There's murder, kidnapping, political intrigue, a national security threat with possible international implications and a serial killer just to name a few plot points. In addition there are some surprising twists and turns, Ms Lalonde sets up future storylines with a couple of startling revelations in Saving Summer. There's definitely something here to appeal to most every reader. I found this cast of characters to be diverse, richly layered and compelling. There's a great sizzle factor to each couple's romance. I have become a devoted fan.

Oh my gosh! This book! Read it!!
I loved it! Gripping from the get-go, action packed and super cool!!
AND. THE. TWISTS. (I predicted one but the other floored me, I sat there with my mouth agape)
Great characters, absolutely gripping story and a total page turner you won’t put down. An absolutely amazing start to the series!
Book 2: Finding Eve

I enjoyed it even more than the first in the series and that was a 5 star review!
This author knows how to suck you in and make you a part of the story! And what a great story! Suspense, romance, action, adventure and spice (cos you gotta)… it was a great read!
Book 3: Saving Summer
Another Thrilling Installment!
This third installment of the JTT’s adventures was thrilling and a great addition to the series!
I loved that this story had great character development and that the characters met at the right time, it felt organic and made it that much easier to connect!
The foreshadowing for the next book also leaves some real excitement, and the JTT’s journey to justice is definitely going to get more intense!
I loved the FMC who was just full of surprises, and how the cantankerous MMC was won over, revealing his alpharoll personality! They were a great match.
This story contains mystery, secrets, MCs in danger, found family, humor, heartache, delicious spice and happily for now scenario.
A definite must read!

These books are about alpha males and even though there are triggers listed, one trigger is missing. Variations of You are mine is a trigger for an abused woman.
Book one - this alpha male knows what limits he can go to with the woman he has chosen. She is strong-willed and knows what she wants, but she has to grow from the emotional trauma of her past and she has met her match. He doesn't force her but allows her to accept a future with him at her own pace. Each character has their own voice. The action is great, fast-paced and the outcome is devastating to many.
Book two - while there is some action which continues from the first book, it is more about the alpha male and the rescued woman and the sex between them. These two are a perfect foil for each other. Again, each character has their own voice. The problems continue for this group as they are hunted by people who want them dead.
Book three - Deadly consequences shatter this group that rescues those in trouble. Another alpha male has to come to terms with a senseless loss and learns that he needs his team so they can eradicate the world of the bad guys while they search for one of their comrades who was kidnapped. The female who won the heart of this alpha male holds a piece of information unknown to her that helps to bring down some very bad people.
I like the concept of this story as it is intriguing and continues with more books in the series.

As I had read these books individually, it was a no-brainer in leaving a review on the first volume.
Chasing Grace (Book 1) was about the gritty, strong-willed Grace who was rescued by Chase while the JTT were trying to find the link between a presidential hopeful and a group trying to infiltrate the government.
Finding Eve (Book 2) tells of a sex-trafficking ring and when she is abducted Adam and the team hunt them down to rescue Eve.
Saving Summer (Book 3) is of Summer who was harassed by her employer's husband and an incident causes her to be fired. Jaime returns to the JTT against his will and falls under her spell as they are still on the mission of tracking the plans of Jonas Johnson.
There are a few more members in the team, so perhaps we can look forward to more tracking and plotting while falling under Cupids arrows. This series is a gripping page-turner and you will struggle to put it down.

I really liked the suspense in this set and many of the characters. I liked the way they were all interconnected. There was plenty of humor to go along with the suspense and a lot of romance. It was definitely spicy. Probably one of the spiciest I've read in a long time.
I really like Edith Lalonde and am excited to read more of her novels! Grace wasn't my favorite character. I can't really explain what exactly I didn't like about her, I just wasn't a huge fan. But I absolutely adored her brother Adam. Summer from the third book was my favorite character for sure. But there are so many characters to fall in love with, it made it easy to pick and choose which ones to like.
I definitely recommend this set! I loved being able to read the first three books all together. It really felt like one big story, which was awesome and goes to show Edith Lalonde's talent.

This box set is full of action, drama, strong alpha males falling for strong determined women. The group bond and build an unconventional family that will do anything for each other and protect the ones they love. I absolutely loved all three books and the characters were so well written.
Book one is about Chase Mackenzie and Grace Emerson. Grace is a spitfire and has no filter.
Book two is about Adam Grayson and Eve Langley. The things Eve went through was heart wrenching but her strength and determination was amazing.
Book three is about Jamie Snow and Summer Summers. Summer might be tiny but she is protective of her charge.

Three great books in Edith Lalonde's Joint Task Team series. What a good idea to put all three together so that they can be read in sequence.
The Joint Task Team is a black ops team of highly trained elite military personnel who are more like brothers than buddies.
These three book follow the stories of team member Chase Makenzie and freelance photographer Grace Emmerson, Adam Grayson and physical therapist Eve Langley and lastly Jamie Snow and Summer Summers.
Each pair have their own action packed story with hurdles leading to their HEA but there is also an action packed, suspense filled theme running through all the books, Edith Lalonde has written great, likeable characters. A great series. I received a free copy of these books and my review is voluntary.

Brawn, beauty and explosions!
In this 3 book series the ground work is Kaye’s to introduce you to the Joint task team. It’s filled with alpha black op members. Each character is well written so that you become invested.
These books have something for everybody. Undeniable attraction, stalking, kidnapping, murder, a serial killer, a national security threat with a whole lot of political intrigue.
The best part are the strong, intelligent and beautiful women who do not wince at danger.

What an amazing ride! My first 5 stars of the year and I don't know if i will get over these books!
I have to admit I was not so sure about reading them, I started them like 4 times and left them before I re-started and continue and it was the best decision ever!
These are 3 books. In each you have the love interest of one of the Heroes but all books are inter-connected and i think you need to read them in order to fully comprehend what's happening.
It has it all!. Hot men, military alpha's, betrayal, family drama, kidnapping, fierce brave women, and the political and military aspect is so well written that you can't not be drawn to it.
While these books were the first for me with this author I will definitely look into her

The men of the Joint Task Team are hard, they’re tough, they’re determined, and they’ll do whatever it takes to defend their country – and the women they love.

Joint Task Team Volume 1 is perfect for binge-reading the first 3 books in the series. It introduces the team members and reveals the underlying suspense plot the team has to solve. Each book has a romance with a HFN for the couple and Finding Eve and Saving Summer have an additonal, completely separate suspense part involving the heroine. So expect lots of danger, adrenaline and heart-pounding twists and turns coupled with sexy times and lots of friendship moments. The mystery is not solved at the ending of this volume and I can't wait for the next book!

Action packed and full of surprises this book will not disappoint. I’m so glad I read these stories of the JTT and I can’t wait for the rest. I highly recommend reading them if you enjoy action packed romance with a great plot and action. The stories have you hooked from the beginning and keep you guessing. Just when you think they have it all figured out another layer to the web of lies and deception in the bigger picture grows. The author has great world building and attention to detail. This is the first time I have read Edith Lalonde's books, and I am thrilled with her stories. She is a terrific writer who grabs the reader from the first page. Each book is a stand-alone story of a Joint Task Force team member and the strong women they help as they eventually find their HEA.
The plots are all different with the characters having their own struggles that complicate their relationships. I am looking forward to reading future engrossing stories from Ms. Lalonde.

This is a gripping series full of action fear trepidations and love
I had read the second book before but still enjoyed it
It makes you wonder when listening to the news is all that you hear right or true or are there agencies rigging situations
I felt in the third book that the sex took over a bit I feel that the stories don’t really need that much detail repeated over and over
That said can’t wait for the next one
How many more until we have a resolution?

I'm a sucker for a good series and Joint Task Team box set was right up my alley. With hot, protective men and stubborn, beautiful women becoming a family unit bit by bit. They are fighting dangerous political enemies out to take away our freedoms. Given our current political circumstance's, this series is very relevant.
By the third book in this series, I was totally invested and could not put it down. Looking forward to book four coming out, as I will be getting it. Edith Lalonde is an author to watch!

These three books are three of the most suspenseful I've read in a while. Each on built on the one before. And the relationships got hotter, too. I almost wish 8d waited until the series was finished because now I have to wait months for #4. Cannot wait for the rescue of a team member and the death of the worldwide threat. Stories well written and well edited and that made reading such a pleasure. So much incredible detail in each story. Thank you, Ms. Lalonde!

A great new Author and a truly creative and entertaining set of three stories that encompasses three different couples and their enticing and individual story that simply allows readers to melt away with each of them.
Great characters that were all very charismatic and endearing that I found easily relatable. I thought each story was well created and written as well as easily read. A winning formula that balanced out with enough action, drama, emotional connectivity and a sense of possessiveness and loyalty.

I have read each book in this box set and absolutely adored each book. They are each high action, loads of suspense and drama.
each book is different with a new couple and a lot of team work.
I enjoyed the chemistry from each couple and especially the way the guys were so protective of their ladies.
Edith certainly gives us a well put together plot with layers of story and in a gripping suspenseful read. Well done! Very well done!!

You can’t get better than a Boxset of alpha heroes falling for strong women. Expect action packed stories as we follow the Joint Task Team on their missions. Each story is well written with intriguing plots that will keep you engaged as a reader. Each couple will have you rooting for their love journey. Wow! I had such a great time reading this fascinating set of Books, written by Edith Lalonde.
I was completely enthralled and hated for it to end. With each chapter I was eager for more and didn’t want to put it down.

An absolutely amazing series!!
I've been enthralled with each of the three books in this series that have been released so far, and I am completely addicted to the series! With all the nail-biting suspense of a Rachel Grant plot and all the sexy, dirty bits of a Brill Harper romance, these books are everything I look for in a deeply moving, exciting love story.
The first book, Chasing Grace, introduces us to the Joint Task Team as it brings Chase, our devoted hero, together with Grace, one of the most infuriatingly loveable heroines I've ever read. Of course we're on Team Grace, but man, does she make Chase work for every single milestone in their relationship! But once we get her entire backstory, it all makes perfect sense and we can't imagine any other way for these two characters to find their HEA.
The second book, Finding Eve, gives us the romance between deliciously dommy Adam and his damsel in distress, Eve. More of the book focuses on her situation, as it should, but we're also given quite a lot of progress on the overall storyline of what the JTT is up against. I guarantee you'll be head over heels for the entire JTT crew by the end of this book.
The third book, Saving Summer, neatly balances the progression of the threat against the JTT along with Summer's quickly deteriorating circumstances. Jamie is a tortured hero, but he's more than capable of rising to the occasion when he realizes that Summer is his future and someone needs to slay the monsters in her life.
There's still more to come in this fascinating series, and I honestly can't wait to read what's next. With just these three books, this author has shot to the top of my favorite authors list and I cannot recommend these stories highly enough. Grabbing all three in one set is an absolute steal! I reviewed this series under the separate book titles. Can't wait for Jay's story!!! It's that good. It's amazing how authors can take a group of characters and spin different storylines to make each book individual but hold the team together. And Edith Lalonde is one of the best!

I loved this series; divided into 3 storylines yet all related to JTT. Chase and Grace had lots of suspense, great characters, and the storyline was spot on.
The second book was about Adam and Eve. The storyline on this one had me guessing, although there were too many sex scenes for me and not enough content on the story.
The last book is about Jamie and Summer. I read this book previously and enjoyed the closeness of the team and their families.
