Tallulah Daniels has been contacted by the mysterious Society. A $100,000 prize is hers if she can survive 12 hours in the abandoned fairgrounds. It should be easy for a horror movie buff to spend her Halloween being scared by actors.
It turns out to be more than jump scares and costume makeup. She's trapped in a sensual nightmare and pushed to her limits. When quitting isn't an option, will the seductive Lucien turn out to be friend or foe as Tallulah attempts to elude her masked hunters?

I feel like I missed something.. im so confused at that ending. Is this a paranormal romance? Is she hallucinating? Who tf is Sadie? I'm not understanding. The smut was hot, but there was no real depth to this story at all. I did enjoy the spooky vibes and the masked men though!
When Tallulah receives a mysterious letter from The Society about a $100,000 prize to stay in an abandoned warehouse for 12 hours, she knows she will accept. That money would be life changing.
No one knows who The Society is exactly but they have a very dark reputation, however Tallulah is looking forward forward to what is in store for her.
Challenge after challenge, Tallulah doesn’t know how much more she can take, or why she likes it so much.
This is a spooky, super spicy, haunted novella and o devoured the whole damn thing!!! I’m super upset there isn’t more!

If you’re looking for a fantastic, quick, spooky read, then this is for you! From page one I couldn’t put it down and I was obsessed until the very end!! It was clever and spicy but also bone chilling and I wanted a whole novel of it!

This is a short and spicy novella that is just PERFECT for the Halloween season.
Talullah is sent an invitation by the Secret Society to attempt to survive in The abandoned Fairgrounds for 12 hours where she is tantalized and tortured by masked actors . If she does, she will earn $100,000… sounds like a no-brainer, right?
I am so confused by the ending...and sadly, do not care enough to pick up whatever comes next in this series.
While this erotic horror was spicy, it didn't evoke any emotion. It just felt like words on a page, like all words and no feeling. I want to know how scared or how into the "activities" she was. Then, the ending...I have NO idea what happened despite re-reading the last few chapters multiple times. I felt like I was missing something.
Win some money, all Tallulah has to do is survive 12 hours in an abandoned fair - where ZERO rules apply (check TWs) the plot is spice with a twisted ending, brb, about to go into a rabbit hole of spicy depravity to get some answers…
Short and smutty. Just what I wanted lol. It’s about being chased and enjoying being scared. Def recommend this if you’re in the mood for masked men smut.
Great book. It was dark and twisted and I loved everything about this book. From the beginning when tallulah received the invitation from the society. I love Lucien and how he helped her through this. All the members that helped her with her fantasy just wow. Especially the leader with all the piercings. Hot!!! I can’t wait to read more by Cristina.
If you're looking for a quick Halloween read I suggest this one. It has everything you need in the spice department as well as some of the horror goodness you need. I loved everything about this story!
Tellula get invite to play for 100,000 to survive 12 hours which many has not in the past. But she is determined to lasted because she needs the money. But I what she goes through is dark and twisted( please check triggers warning). This is a perfect dark short Halloween read for anyone twisted enough to take it on.

Oh gosh where do I even begin! If you’re looking for a fantastic, quick, spooky read, then this is for you! From page one I couldn’t put it down and I was obsessed until the very end!! It was clever and spicy but also bone chilling and I wanted a whole novel of it! This was my first Cristina story and I’m forever hooked!
Amazing, quick, spicy, and suspenseful read perfect for the spooky season! Tallulah, really needing the money, decides to follow through on an invitation from The Society. She is to last through all tasks set for her at an abandoned fairgrounds. No one has been able to achieve this yet. Each chapter is a different scene/situation inside the fairgrounds. This read is definitely dark and dirty so check the trigger warnings.
I loved the open ended ending! I can’t wait for more from this author!
Make sure you check trigger warnings on this book before you read it because if you don't, you may not enjoy the book. Also make sure you read what it is about because again, you may not enjoy it if you don't know what you are getting into. Perfect spooky action packed novella right in time for Halloween. This was my 1st book by Cristina and I wasn't disappointed in the writing at all. The book keeps you on your toes during the adventure as you keep flipping pages. If you are into these types of books, then this one is a hit!
This is one interesting scary short story. But I would say I really liked it. It was different than a lot I have read. She goes into the fair to win a whole lot of money. She has to make it through but she meets some different things. Enjoyed
Blurb: •Tellula Daniels has been contacted by the mysterious Society. A one hundred thousand dollar prize is hers if she can survive twelve hours in the abandoned fairgrounds. It should be easy for a horror movie buff to spend her Halloween being scared by actors. It turns out to be more than jump scares and costume makeup. She's trapped in a sensual nightmare and pushed to her limits. When quitting isn't an option, will the seductive Lucien turn out to be friend or foe as Tellula attempts to allude her masked hunters?
Mini review: •This was a perfect quick read to get into the spooky Halloween season! The plot twists in this book wow!!! The ending surprised me so much! I loved the spooky creepy aspect of being in an abandoned fair, it just added to the plot and all the spice
•I cannot wait to read more books by this author omg!
Scream at the Fair is a prequel novella leading into The Twisted Society series. This is NOT a standalone.
I have mixed feelings about this. This was really dark, twisted and DEFINITELY spicy. There's also masked men and dark themes. Definitely engaging and enjoyable, but wished there was more plot development and character building and was able to connect with the fmc. I think I will continue with this series though.
I read it all in one sitting. I couldn’t put it down. It was so dark, just perfect for this season. 🧛 🩸
What you will find within: -knife play 🔪 -zombies 🧟♂️ -vampires 🧛 -spitting 💧 -Pierced 🍆 -Blood play🩸
It starts with Tallulah receiving an invitation to this secret society, and if she chooses to accept she has to survive 12hrs within an abandoned fairgrounds. And if she does she will receive a grand prize $$$. She was the last chosen contestant, 6 men had previously tried and failed. So will she prove to be better than these men who failed? 😳
But when she enters these “actors” aren’t what they seem to be. They will hunt her, they will degrade her, use her, make her scream. Will she make it through the 12hrs? Will she win the $100,000? Or will she use her safe word, rutabaga?
This is a short story that grabs your attention from the 1st page. Tallulah recieves an invitation to partake in surviving 12 hours at an abandoned fairground.if she survives she will win 100,000. All her worst fears are brought to life and while trying to survive she hears a voice keep telling her to run and helping her. The twist at the end you will never see coming and from where it ends, you know there's going to be other books. Well done on a brilliant book
I listened to the audiobook version. I was super spicy 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶! It is a novella to a much larger story/series. But it was overall a really good opener to dip your toes into the hot, spicy, creepy, horror and masked men from the Society. I really enjoyed the narrator voice as well. I loved that Tallulah went into this open and thought she had it in the bag. Oh boy, was she in for one hell of a ride! I really loved the premise of this book!
So dirty but so good! Loved the premise of the book that was more that was it seemed! Just the fact that the main character wanted to enter a competition and then ended up finding her person but…I won’t spoil it! Just took a turn that I wasn’t expecting but soooo worth it!
Check TWs first. This is a dark and sinister read. It's also steamy. I did not read this before bed lol. I really enjoyed this read. It was well written
If you want a book that is a quick read with lots of spice and masked men, with a creepy horror theme then this is for you.
It follows Tallulah who is invited by a secret society to spend 12 hours in an abandoned fairground to win huge cash prize. She soon finds out that it’s so so abandoned and some of her greatest fears come to life and well as her darkest wants.
This is a fab read for the spooky season. It clearly written and keeps you and the edge of your seat.
I hope this will become a series as would Love to find out more about Tallulah and the secret society.
