Rate this book
One lousy mistake, by the people she cared for the most, turns the life of Emeri Green upside down.

When money and product are stolen from her brother Emerson and baby daddy Kofi, their ruthless plug, Monreaux St. Vaughn makes them pay off the debt in a way no one saw coming.

While Kofi and Emerson get back in the streets to pay off their debt, Monreaux has a different plan for the leading lady in their lives. In order to secure two of the wealthiest drug ports in the world, the owners have one very strict rule, it must be taken over by a woman. In just a few weeks, Monreaux must turn Emeri into the quintessential Queen Pin.

In the ill-fated circumstances, Emeri and Monreaux embark on a journey filled with uncertainty, lust, love, and deceit. Can Emeri truly become the reigning queen of the drug trade? Or will she succumb to the weight of pressure from this relentless gangsta in this thrilling novel, Gangsta May I?

so confused

I’m sooooo intensely confused. I haven’t even gotten halfway through the book yet. It went from her being in training, and them stopping at one of his underground businesses to eat and at the end he says they crossed the line of pleasure and there is no going back… ummm when did they cross the line of pleasure? I had to go back to see if somehow I skipped like a full chapter and missed something. Then the next chapter he watching her in the bathroom taking a bath while they smoke and drink, when did they build up a relationship at? Where is her supposed baby at? She’s been mentioned but neither of the parents sees the child. How u out here as a mother/father and neither of y’all is ever with the kid? Where is she? Why did kofi and Emerson bring the women to the meeting with them? Like when I say NOTHING is making sense in this story, I mean NOTHING. I don’t know what the author is trying write.
