I am a diabetic with a real sweet tooth. If your like me, you'll find the sweets a bit bland. It is common in a lot of diabetic recipes. Otherwise the recipes are quite good overall. You will have to fuse with the sweets to give them a bit more taste. I tend to double the spice like cinnamon. Good luck.
