Trusting you is your typical romance novel and for me this book was just wonderful...it had everything i look for...

This follows Connor and Katy and their blossoming relationship following a one night stand. Yes they both have trust issues and i did just want to bang their heads together and make them actually talk at times!
I loved this book, but i am a sucker for a romance and yes this is definitely steamy. I am really looking forward to reading more about Hadley Falls.

This was a very steamy book, right from page 1 - no lie! The way the book started set the tone for me and ooooeeee, it was hot and spicy.
I loved Katy and Connor, I thought they were the perfect couple and super cute together. Its your typical romance book with the vengeful ex etc. It was an easy read and quick. I managed to read it in 2 days and couldn’t put it down.
I’m a sucker for a cute, cliche romance every now and then and this was just up my street - excellent read.

Well this book is what could save you, infusing tenderness and joy and right down giggle fits all into a story that you can’t put down - your heart may still stop and break but you will be carried safely from the sadness into pure swoonful excitement!

First scene pulled me in different emotions — I love the touch of spice, shocked into a laugh at the audacity of some men, fuck yeah you go woman, and my heart awwww!
Super easeful to read and relatable/loveable FMC
I love how her mind works -FUNNY! Snickers to herself over her own joke!
An almost constant smile on my face reading this book, the family connections, the friendships! The love Katy and her friends have for each other makes me feel all warm inside, and somewhat jealous I don’t live close to or see my besties weekly
The way Ashley describes/writes actions is wonderful in the writing a picture of each character, perfect blend of showing and telling! Paints the scenery, flavours, visuals so effortlessly I forget that I’m reading and not actually living in that story

I enjoyed this one quite a lot! It had a good mix of emotions, steam and also some great body positivity moments too!
I did find a few bits of the story disjointed, like I was supposed to know the background but didn’t and so some bits weren’t super clear for me.
I really liked our two main characters as well so it was a joy to read about them.
I did think the action could have been a bit more evenly dispersed instead of just focused a lot at the end.
I would like to read the next book in this companion series.

The story of Connor and Katy is a whirlwind wind of being swept off your feet at first sight, other woman drama, and spice that will make you fan yourself to cool down!
Overall, I really did enjoy this story! I couldn’t help cheer for the two of them to get their poop in a group and be open and honest with them and the ending did not disappoint!

Firstly don't read this book if you are easily offended as the steam level is a big old 10 out of 10. It's there on the first page and doesn't diminish throughout so definitely not one for the faint hearted.
However there is more to this book than just the sexual scenes. There are characters that feel real and an intriguing plot that is pretty action packed.
Some of the storyline makes for uncomfortable reading due to the sensitive subjects involved (trigger warnings above) but it does add another layer to the book.
As I was reading I was thinking the side plot of Lily and Isaac would make a good continuation so was pleased to see Lily's story is to be next in the series.
Definitely one for the romance lovers out there.

Trusting You was so fun to read. It captured the lusty freshness of a new found love in the hottest of ways. It had a great blend of steam, story, and characters. Definitely recommend.

I don't really know where to begin 🤤🥵
This book spice is OFF THE CHARTS.
Did each scene sort of blend into one? Yes, but did it still make me hot under the collar and refuse to put it down? absolutely!
This book is not for the faint hearted, that's for sure.... And unless you want to be majorly distracted, do not read this work 😂
This is your typical cliche, vengeful ex, rich man type romance and lord it worked!
I could not put this book down and finished it in 2 sittings.
The twist was 😱. Completely unexpected and I absolutely loved reading the relationship development between Connor and Katy.
There are some scenes in this book (ref Katy's friend lily) that some readers may find distressing so please check out the trigger warning before reading.

This is the first book I've read by this author and she didn't disappoint. I couldn't put it down, even got caught reading it at work. The storyline is easy to follow. Great love story.

Rollercoaster of what!!
A beautiful tale of trust, secrets, self doubt and family expectations.
So well written.
Characters were jumping from the page.
I was a little concerned with the female lead being so riddled with self doubt and trust problems, especially when she was able to hurl crap to protect her loved ones.
It was a very interlinked town, with multiple characters seeming to play pivotal roles.
Happy endings are always welcomed.

If you like powerful, yet vulnerable women, this is the story for you! Plus, there is a steamy hunk to boot! There are themes that will touch your heart as you come to understand the warrior within Katy. How a relationship begins does not dictate how it will end, as you will find in this journey to a very adult and precious partnership, even with its moments. Trust me, this is worth the read….

In this book we follow Katy, who owns a bakery, and Connor who is a bar owner. After her boyfriend breaks up with her on her birthday, Katy visits the bar Connor owns with her best friend. Katy and Connor have a one night stand and the relationship goes on from there.
I won’t lie, I had a few problems with this book. The writing didn’t fully connect with me personally, and it was way too instalove-y for my taste, but I did really enjoy the twists and turns in the storyline, I loved the fact that Ashley Kay was not scared to delve deeply into much harder topics, and the ending packed a HUGE punch!
Don’t let the innocent cover fool you, this was a very steamy book! 😂 From the very first page you are thrown head-first into it, but the steam doesn’t take away from the love story that is blossoming, which has happened in other books that I have read in the past.
Although I liked reading about Connor and Katy’s relationship, I found myself to be much more invested in the friendship and brotherhood interwoven throughout. Katy’s friends gave me Sex and The City vibes, and the banter and trust between Connor’s brothers was extremely heartwarming.

good story but
I feel like I had the potential to really love the story but there were so many plot holes. And I just didn’t really vibe with the way the spice was written. I do plan on reading the rest of the series still.

What an absolutely stunning book cover this is, it's what drew me in straight away. I am a sucker for a good floral cover 😍
Now let's chat about the book 😄 I loved the plot of it and I was always wondering where we were going to go from there. The twists that came up 👌 Loved it!! Unexpected, but amazing.
I really liked both main characters, my only issue is that they went full on straight away and this isn't for me. I'm sure others enjoy that but sorry not me. I liked the development we see in both Katy and Connor.
I also really enjoyed the side characters and I can't wait to read their stories in further books!

If you like insta-love with a lot of spice & a bit of a twist then this is the book for you! Decent storyline to go with the steam which is always a plus for me! Sexy interesting characters and I really enjoyed the bar and bakery settings.
