It's always a bit of a crapshoot when picking up a self-help-style book, but this series truly speaks to me. It's all about choosing to put your energy into what really matters instead of the small irritants that can spiral out of proportion. Basically, permission to let go.
Disappointed with this one. From how popular the series is, I decided to choose this book because it is a compilation with the best chapters from the multiple series. But I felt like the advice was very cliche and predictable. Reading the title of each chapter, I already could tell what would be said. Writing was ok. Didn't feel like I got much out of it sadly
