The men fight for right in every book. Yes, they kill people. Yes, the MC shoots at the bad guys’ feet to cause them pain. Yes, some throw tampons at each other regularly.
That being said, they do these things while stopping human trafficking and experimentation, bringing their world into legitimate businesses, fighting gangs to keep drugs away from their town and kids, keep women sheltered safely while trying to stop domestic abuse. These are men that don’t leave a pack, Team member or Brother behind. They don’t treat women as possessions and they don’t cheat. Respect takes on an honorable meaning. Women and kids are cherished. Everyone is looked out for and everyone is equal.
L. Ann has made amazing worlds, tackled the taboo subjects and made it easy to imagine living in a world where your protection comes from the vampires, shifters, freaky kids, albinos and orientals, military turned FBI and some Badass Bikers.
With readers writing about rereading the series over and over, she feels like she’s told her characters’ stories in a way that would make them proud.
Every book will make you laugh, every book will make you angry for the wrong that happens in the world. Every book will make you cry for the pain that a character feels. Every book gives you hope that we may just get it right yet

Amazing
I just finished Brolin & now I'm sad because it's done. To me L. Ann Marie's books are like treasures. I can't wait for the next one but when it's here I'm reluctant to read it because then it's done. So like a treasure I keep the book close, admiring it, looking at it then eventually let myself open it. Once I do the treasure of her words pour over me bringing me the gift of a whole different world that I can immerse myself in. Lately I try not to be greedy and finish the whole thing at one time and instead try to prolong the feeling. I managed to make it last 3 days this time (probably only because I was very busy, lol). Every time I finish a new one it makes me want to do another reread, which is probably why I've done so many rereads. My advice is this, start from the beginning, allow yourself to open up and enjoy her world. Her world can be dark but also offers great joy, hope, compassion and happiness. Her books make me happy. Ok, so as far as an actual review ON Brolin, I thought it was fantastic. No there isn't as much freaky but you don't need that every time. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about MB & Copper Rose. That each book is different yet in some ways the same is what keeps me coming back for more each and every time. What is this, like 63 times now? Love it, L. Ann Marie and her books!!! You can't go wrong.

Action Packed with Dogs Bits and Brotherhood!!
MB or Michael Brolin is the VP of Elite, the club within Rising2 that handles international missions and is full of multinational prior service who have all found Bada$$! They run crazy missions with high tech , and Harky's dogs so watch out! Love all the action with this book. When MB finds his "all in" Copper Rose" on one of those missions it leads them both into a future of crazy brothers, an impatient Cort, dogs, alpha bits, Alder 's Harem , more dogs, more ability brothers and a father who should really have known better! Oh and side note love, love Anton ( spit out my drink I laughed so hard), and Mucimi!!!!

I've been reading this author for quite some time now. Started with "Knight" and haven't stopped yet! Loving the new book and characters. I enjoyed the occasional French word or two. Reminds me of my French-Canadian/American bilingual parents and grandparents. Hey, maybe one of the MC elders can tell the story of the blizzard of '78 or the more recent year of the snowpocalypse? Anyway, read this book. To the author: are you SURE you can't write in your sleep?

Couldn't put it down
Absolutely amazing! The Badass principle is so well explained and is adhered to throughout all the series. Copper and MB are a perfect match and I love the happily ever after. Eagerly waiting for the next book. Love L. Ann Marie's books.

Always an adventure
