Dragon's Gap Series: Lightning Dragons Book II
Welcome back to Dragon’s Gap and the continuing saga of the Lightning Dragon’s.
As the citizens of Dragon’s Gap hold their collective breath, waiting to see if Clint lives or dies.
Sage begins the arduous task of shifting through her emotions to reach a compromise with the Battlemages. Meanwhile, Maureen and Noelene try to find the cure for the curse holding Clint on the edge of death. Although Noelene has other things on her mind as in the persistent lion with courting on his mind.
Hayden and Sparrow hit a bump in the road to true love. Sparrow learns Hayden has secrets which threaten their love and her relationship with his dragon.
Breaker and Atlas part with family secrets withheld from Carsen, who does not receive them well. Angered and betrayed, he lashes out and leaves the fortress only to find himself a guest of the Leo.
Finally, Joy has discovered an ally in Maureen, and pleads with her to bring a lost soul home, only to discover that dreams don’t always align with reality.
At a loose end, Atlas allows himself to be manipulated by Reighn and Grace in becoming the school principal. This does not sit well with the Nobles who try to usurp Reighn’s appointment. Sadly, they find themselves incarcerated by Conor who, along with Reighn, wants Atlas as the principal.
Meanwhile, the presence of the mystifying Battlemages causes unease among Sage and her family and when an interrogation goes terribly wrong, it is up to Frankie and Claire to prepare Sage and her family for an uncomfortable reality.
With Claire’s unsettling warning of the Gap's possible downfall should the Battlemages choose to leave, Sage must set aside her animosity towards Maureen to ensure the survival of Dragon’s Gap.

Simply unquenchable need for more!
I re read every Dragon's Gap book before diving into "Lightning Series 2" . LM Lacee has created and delivered such a wondrous world and fantastic societies. Now I'm thirsty for the next installment.

this was a great closure clean up book to the series
this was a great closure clean up book to the series. Dragons gap and dragons gap lightning dragon both series. Coming to a head. And gearing up for a final battle against the enemy. This book is basically many tiny little novellas crammed together to clean up unfinished stories playing out in previous volumes. Tie up loose ends updates of previous stories & continuations. Advancements in the growth of not only dragons gap but dragon springs and basilica and. Other off world stories. And some shocking secrets from past .. as new revelations !
All culminated in the big battle with the enemy rearing it’s ugly head. Lots of new friendships new connections new couples .. new borns etc. flashes and glimpses into a far future if they win the final battle that is?

super book
This book expands on the first lightning dragon, and it was excellent. The battle mages explain more fully and we see them as excellent characters who help dragon gap Clinton Carson has their issues and joys. Joy and Axle bring their story to a different kind of ending. Thank you so much. I can’t wait for both three to come out. All your series are terrific and this just adds to it. Thank you so much.

Awesome!
This is a great series. I love the characters, they feel three dimensional to me. They have some unique situations at times, but other times they are so domestic. If you're a fan of dragons and other shifters, you will like this series. I want Breaker to mate his shadow. Curious about Axl, Clint, and Carsen. Can't wait until book 3 comes out.

Lightning Dragons by LM Lacee
This is a continuation of the story of Dragon Gap. The book has many interesting plots going on at the same time. It would be wise to read the whole series so that you know what is happening. It’s a really good book and worth reading.

EXciting new book of lighting Dragons better than one
It is both riveting and fearful. You read this story holding your breath for danger to dragons gap and then cheer for the purpose of the new and old leaders. Book e of lighting dragons clears up the different lighting dragons and the battlemages while tying why and what their purposes are in Dragons gap. This book is fun, exciting , fearful and is deeply pleasing in explaining the new characters. Dani daniels
