Captivating and thrilling
It was difficult to put this book down once I got into it. I’ve read other books by this author and wasn’t sure to expect with a much longer novel (as compared to the shorter Agent 917 series books). I was very happy that it was very suspenseful and entertaining. Holmes’s writing is to the point and immerses the reader into the story with imagery — without being too wordy. I enjoyed the story and its twists and turns. I highly recommend it!

unputdownable!
Alec Wolfe is a detective. He has a wife and little girl. He is a good cop and a good man who has done some bad things. One bad thing comes back to haunt him and threatens the life of his daughter. Alec is put on the case to find an evil demon serial killer named Asteroth. Great story. Highly recommend.

great read on a great cop
Loved this book. Alec Wolfe is a detective chasing a serial killer and it hits close to home. Alec will do anything to save his family even break the law. Can’t wait for book two.
