This is one of those 'fun and game' murder mystery read, the concept of the story is really refreshing and impressive, but once you turn the last page and know the answer to the 'murder mystery', you probably won't need to read this book again, plus all of the characters are just pawns to move the plot forward, so one star has to be taken down.
I like the "game show" type theme and mysterious plot! The first half was enjoyable, but the rest...well, let's just say I almost gave up on it. 😅 (I guess I don't like the sarcasm in the conversation too) But I picked it up again recently and I'm glad I finished it.
There are some interesting elements in this book, but the twist revealed wasn't really my cup of tea. I'd recommend reading it with medium-level expectations; it might just surprise you and entertain you in a different way!
It was such a waste of time. They tried to be sarcastically funny, but it wasn't funny at all. The storyline wasn't engaging. The reveal at the end was extremely disappointing :(
