YPO and the Forum have played a pivotal and meaningful role in my personal journey and development. My 20+ years of YPO and Forum experiences have shown me that vulnerability and profound sharing aren’t just taking a risk; they are, in fact, a privilege. True living begins at the edge of our comfort zones, and vulnerability serves as a potent tool to push us to that precipice.
My primary goal in writing this book is to equip you, the Forum participant, with the right mindsets that maximize the benefits of your Forum experience, so that you get a real return on your time investment. My hope is that this book be used as a Forum companion assisting you and your Forum colleagues to create Forum Magic and perhaps also as a guide to a more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilled life.
