I found this book revealing, all of the methods and techniques i read in this book are easily applicable to any one regard less of their religion and faith. discovered this book when my cousin put it on my table when he stayed temporarily in my place. He suggested I read when I was in college. Another must-read classical self-help book.

The advice was fine I suppose, but there were so many grammatical errors in this book that I stopped keeping count. This may only be an issue with the Kindle version, but it truly seemed as if no one proofread this. 2.25/5.

Pretty good book! If effectively sums up various strategies to overcome negative thinking, offering practical tips that are easy to understand and apply. While the book covers a lot, some sections could have been more in-depth tho in my opinion (emotional intelligence section).

i thought this was decent. I found that most of this is common knowledge, for sure implementation of mindfulness. I also found a few words with no spaces in between them. If you're like me it isn't a big deal with that being said.
