I received this book as an ARC from the publisher. Thank you.

This book is a good introduction to herbal remedies. It walks you through the steps of easy to make remedies. It also includes a section of the properties of the specific herbs used. I was reading from an ARC, so no photos were included. Hopefully the finished product includes them.

If you are interested in making herbal remedies from things found in your “backyard” give this book a go.
