For a shorter story this is packed with action and emotion. Lyra and Kaelen are on a mission to discover what’s causing the troubles in a small town. While initially they are reluctant to work together they quickly realize that their skills complement each other’s and will help them achieve their goal more quickly. A dangerous and unexpected foe is a far more dangerous threat than they expected but together they’ll stop at nothing to save the town from darkness.
An interesting read. It’s in modern times but has an old fashioned historical feel as well. There’s romance, action, adventure and lots of magical surprises. My drawback is that it starts out feeling like there’s an introduction missing. Like why are these two working together, how’d they get the assignment etc. Once you get past that you get drawn into a very engaging and enjoyable story!.

Hopping hoops Hank! Hunter delivers with this heart pounding, pulse racing, adrenaline pumping, block busting rollercoaster. Sparks fly as riveting drama, deadly secrets, chilling intrigue, escalating danger, spiraling suspense and intense situations ensue. The characters are complex, genuine and realistic with traits and qualities that balance fluidly, adding amazing depth and diversity, along with enough spice for an extra kick to the mix. Throw in 100% on point realism, raising the stakes with such graphic scenarios that are so colorfully descriptive and vividly detailed it makes the storyline pop. Fabulous job Hunter, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

I loved this book! It's a shorter novel, but it reads easily, and has a lot of action and magic. Lyra and Kaelen, an enchantress, and a wolf shifter, are thrown together to defeat a dark threat. They must learn to work together to save Ravensgate. They don't want to work together, but they have to learn to. Their powers work well together, so they must put their differences aside. They also have some passionate feelings developing. Will they act on them? Will it affect their mission? I hope this continues. I'm curious about what will happen next? Could we do a prequel to see what happens prior? I have so many unanswered questions!

Enemies to Lovers.
I like how this story began with the hostility between wolf shifter Kaelen and witch Lyra, only resolving their issues as their forced partnership encounters a battle against Lyra’s nemesis. The trauma forces an intimacy that emphasizes their sexual attraction that is well written without the sexy scene specifics. The point is about the story and not the graphic. I enjoyed their partnership and can see a series where these two weed out the Council corruption.

Short fast read jumps right into the middle of the action and snark banter and leaves you to find your bearings as the story runs along. There is a lot packed into this quick read including some complex world building and a crazy whirlwind enemies to lover romance on top of the main conflict - that is of course far more dire than it initially appeared.

Primarily a romance, this stayed sweet/fade to black. The paranormal storyline feels like it has a lot of potential for expansion. Fun world and one I look forward to reading more in - especially after that teaser at the end.

What do you get when you pair a witch with a shape-shifter wolf? A shifty-witch? Would that be something like a witch that nobody really trusted? In "Enchanted Wolf", maybe it's the wolf that has to change ... but wait, doesn't a shape-shift change the wolf already? But placing an enchantment on someone who already undergoes shape shifting may or may not have the intended result. If you think it would be worth the risk, maybe you're ready for an adventure.

This was a short read but packed with action and more.
Lyra and Kaelen were wonderful characters with great chemistry.
I guess I like the hate/like chemistry and where it leads.
The story keeps your reading to find out who the villain is and it is a smooth transition in answers.
I enjoyed the authors ability to entice me into wanting more and that I do.

I enjoyed this book immensely. I can not resist the good shifter, but this had it all. I have come to find the m.k. Hunter is a very excellent writer. I can't wait to find more that she has wrote so I can read it. And I would recommend these books to everybody.

I loved this paranormal romance

The enchantress and the wolf shifter had to get over their mistrust to defeat an evil sorceress. Quick read with lots of adrenaline. I definitely recommend this story.
