Helpful, in writing a fantasy book and needed some knowledge into sword fighting. Started with this book and has helped me understand some basics, in particular, how to start training in sword fighting.

high school essay
it's a book that reads like a essay you wrote in high school,
only really useful if you know nothing about sword fighting,
repeats the same information over a few times,
