It's OK.
The plot and setting are mainly stage-dressing for the romance plot and shouldn't be taken too seriously. The plot is mostly predictable, although there is a bit of a twist in the last act. The spicy scenes are also alright (there's only like 2 of them), but I'm not into lactation so they didn't suite me much.
