Beyond ADHD: A New Way To Embrace Your ADHD Brain So You Can Prosper & Thrive

Rate this book
I was born with a neurodiverse brain. I have been living with the diagnosis of ADHD for over twenty years and I thought I needed fixing. I spent decades suffering with feelings of incompetence because my mind worked differently.

I struggled to be understood by family, friends, and peers. I was at the mercy of my thinking every day. Then one day I was introduced to a revolutionary new understanding of how the mind works and how all of us are just one thought away from mental well-being.

Suddenly my life opened up in ways I could only describe as magical.

Over time, I learned how to thrive with (and despite) my anxiety and ADHD. I learned that I did not have to be afraid of my experience. I learned that there was a deeper intelligence underneath the noise of my thinking.

With this understanding, I dropped years of suffering and began THRIVING in my life.

I’ve written Beyond ADHD for those of you who are struggling with…
• sensory overload,
• anxiety and stress,
• distractibility,
• emotional reactivity,
• procrastination,
• or other symptoms of an ADHD mind

Throughout this book you
• Recognize your innate intelligence and wisdom underneath a noisy ADHD mind
• Understand what our ADHD symptoms are really telling us
• Gain a fresh new understanding of the nature of thought and how the mind really works
• Discover what is possible when we take our mind and thinking less seriously
• Learn how to tap into your strengths for a more peaceful and happy life
… and more!

Filled with visceral, in-the-moment stories, research on common ADHD benchmarks, and breakthrough insights, Beyond ADHD can help you to recognize the latent superpowers of your own unique, ADHD mind.

You can return to a place of mental well-being and thrive in all areas of life, even with a very busy ADHD mind.

As a certified coach who specializes in working with individuals with ADHD, and is a late diagnosed ADHDer, I wish I had Sam’s book prediagnosis. Sam shares his relatable ADHD stories throughout the course of his life while empowering the readers to identify their potential strengths. He helps readers get out of their own way, and change the narrative in their brain due to the negative messages likely received growing up.
