This book covers the best command line Git tools, techniques, tips, tricks, and tactical tidbits I’ve encountered from 11 years of using Git. The selection reflects my preferences for well-maintained tools that provide high value with little need for customization.
A good book that I flew through. Obviously the material is nerdy and occasionally dense, but the author did a nice job of limiting himself to only the most relevant details, and of keeping the tone informal and easy. I would recommend this to any experience developer.
