Loved Starla and Timeo's story. They started out as best friends and she had always longed for more, then he went undercover for his brother and disappeared. Now he is back and she has another chance - but will he let her take it? Something is still not right and Starla has to figure out what it is. Timeo couldn't possibly be a traitor, could he?
My favorite line from the book: We'll be old and in a nursing home, and he'll sweep the bingo room before we get our cards.

YOU CAN’T KEEP IT SECRET FOREVER
The Montavio Brotherhood series is a spinoff from the Deviant Doms featuring Rossi family. They are cousins, with one beloved family connection, Nonna, their beloved grandmother. The story is the third in the series and will focus on Timeo Montavio, the youngest of the sons.
Timeo Montavio is determined to make those who were part of the Fellowship pay for what they did to Eden and Starla Soul. Starla was only a child but was tortured in the name of religion. Timeo will go undercover, even if it means being captured and brutalized. What happens when he returns to the family in Boston?
Starla Soul is an adult now, and since meeting Timeo, she has been infatuated with him. She considers him her best friend. She has worried about him since he has been away and when they send guards to bring her to Bella Notte, the sex club owned by Sergio, it is because Timeo is back.
The story is a mystery with suspense, intrigue, and danger. The story will lead the reader down a road where they aren’t sure which side Timeo is on now. How far will a man go to protect the one person whom he cares for the most? Starla is still naïve about the ways of the world, even though she is no longer a child, she is still very innocent.
I love the chemistry and connection between Starla and Timeo. I enjoyed reading excerpts of their youth, and how he would teach her things, like how to drive a car or the safest way to shoot a gun.
The story has the good, the bad, and the evil of people, and Timeo is determined to cut off the head of evil and protect Starla by giving her closure. In the end, these two do find the elusive happily ever after that they both want.

Wow! What a great wrap up to this storyline. All the drama, bloodshed, dangers and betrayals we expect from a Mafia read are here. So good!
Timeo Montavio should never be underestimated, both in his loyalty to his family, or his devotion to Starla's safety. Their connection and chemistry was entertaining and easy to enjoy.
Starla has always been a tough character for me, as her sass and bratty attitude (to the people protecting her) had me rolling my eyes several times! I enjoyed how the pieces slid into place, and the threat to Eden and Starla was eliminated.
Overall, my recommendation would be to finish the "Oath of" series first - the Rossi books - then the Montavio books, for the character continuity. I'm sad to be at the end of the series, but look forward to reading the next one from this creative author. I was fortunate to receive a free ARC of this book and I voluntarily leave my review.

Infatuation is the 4th and final book in the Montavio Brotherhood Series by Jane Henry.
Finally, Timeo and Starla's book is here, and it may just be my favorite in the series! If you have read the previous books in the series, which you should, these two have fought their attraction for a while. After Timeo assisted with rescuing Starla from “The Fellowship” cult, he immediately felt a connection to her. He wants to protect her, and she feels safe with him. Unbeknownst to her, he sets out to rid the world of all those who had caused her harm. While he makes his way through the list of offenders, he and Starla have become best friends. While he is still her protector, they are both denying their feelings, mostly due to her young age and their family connection.
When Timeo is forced to leave on an “assignment “ , Starla is lost without him. However, she uses this time to start a successful online career and to grow and mature. All the while fearing Timeo will never return or worse that he is dead. Finally, when he finally does return, they realize they can no longer fight the love and attraction that has been building for years. With the help of a snowstorm, they get to confront those feelings. Unfortunately, their enemies have set plans in place and are not quite finished with either of them, leading them and the family to question loyalty and love.
As with all of Jane Henry's books, this one was fantastic. It is a slow burn, but it is so well written and paced that it works. The chemistry has been building between those two in the previous books, so obviously, that is there. There is also plenty of action and suspense and lots of spicy scenes. I enjoyed appearances by the other brothers from the previous books and cousins from the Deviant Dom's Series.
Although technically, these are all stand-alone books, I think they are best read in order to truly understand the depth of the storyline. In fact, I would suggest starting with the Deviant Dom's Series and going from there so you get all of the world building greatness. Jane Henry has been an automatic read for me for years, I have read every single one of her books and love them. After wrapping up this series, I can't wait to see what she does next.

FABULOUS!! I knew Timeo and Starla’s book was going to be PHENOMENAL and it was that and more. Every moment of this book is heart-gripping and fascinating.
If your ready to get lost into a mafia romance that is filled with suspense, passion and intrigue, you will be thoroughly delighted with Timeo and Starla’s story. This friends to lovers romance is highly entertaining, engaging and STUNNING.
I really enjoy Starla’s personality. The way she took control of her life and made something of herself as and influencer is so empowering and inspiring. Being independent financially gave her the strength to show that the fellowship did not break her.
As for Timeo, his admiration for Starla was there from the beginning. His possessive and powerful nature fuelled his need to protect Starla from those who hurt her.

Love this author books she I able to write different characters that are all linked, but their stories so so different , Timeo Timeo, what a charter, not only did he, support and teach, Starla things that she had missed out on, he was also her best friend and her protector and avenging angel, everything he does, it about keeping her safe and loved, so no one will ever hurt her again, but Starla, also is in love with Timeo, and has been from she was rescued, but because of her age, he, knew she was to young, and needed to give her time to grow in herself, even though he felt the same, as she did, but while on a secret mission, to do with Starla (but she doesn't know this he is captured and tortured for 6 months) then they release him, with options, that has him having to make choices, of either her or his family, But Starla is stronger than she thinks and the dynamic between them both, is brillant, cant recommend this book enough (they keep getting better and better)

I am a lover of the Montavio Brotherhood series and hoped Starla would get her own story. The fact that not only she got her story, but Timeo as well makes it even better! These two have been friends for years, especially after he helps rescue her. But with the family dynamics, neither can take the friendship to the next level. She too young, he much older, but maybe someday? Well, when Timeo disappears, Starla is devastated, but when he mysteriously comes back? All bets are off. She is determined to show him she’s not a little girl anymore. I enjoyed their witty interactions and loved how their friendship started to turn into something more. She is such a breath of fresh air and he’s all alpha and protective. When outside forces threaten her, he will stop at nothing to make sure she is protected. Their chemistry is so sizzling I swear I saw smoke coming off my kindle! I highly recommend this story and the entire series! Each story will hold you captive from beginning to end!

It’s the first book that i read in these series but I had a lot of fun reading this book, it think it was very easy getting to know the characters and following the story even though i didn’t the previous ones.
I enjoyed all the characters but i think the one that I loved the most had to obviously be Starla, i think she had a lot of growth since the beginning of the book and until the epilogue so I loved loved reading her journey.
Overall i had a lot of fun reading this book

Starla had not had an easy life when she was introduced to Timeo Montavio. She had healing to do but as she grew older she knew one thing, Timeo was one day going to be hers. Timeo though disappears and no one knows where he went. When Timeo reappears he is not the same though he has to choose between Starla or his family. Can he figure how to make it right in both worlds?
Not quite what I expected on this one because I was anxious to get to this story since the first book. I think this was another wonderful story in this series. I think everyone thinks Starla is frail because of her past but she is much stronger then anyone knows. Such a fantastic series.

In the final novel of the Montavio Brotherhood of Boston series, Infatuation: A Slow Burn Dark Mafia Romance Novel, the author Jane Henry will roughly grab your attention and keep you spellbound, as you are taken on one helluva rollercoaster of an intriguing plot. However, be careful… for nothing is really as it seems. Readers, buckle into your seats because you will be bounced around during the bumpy ride over multiple plotlines which weave together and simmer under the surface while holding your rapt attention until the finale.
When the novels open, six months has passed. The Montavio brothers still own Bella Notte, a members-only “secret” sex club in Boston, while the Montavio Brotherhood still works closely and with loyalty to their cousins who form the Rossi Crime family. Starla Soul, Eden’s younger sister, is now twenty-two years old and is determined to make it on her own without accepting and monetary help from Sergio Montavio, her brother-in-law, and his wife Eden. Starla has an apartment in Boston which is funded by her “secret” job as influencer on various social media platforms. Starla, under an assumed name, shares videos of what she learned in her youth living similarly to the simplistic ways of the Amish. The videos are filmed from her hands down so her face is not seen to protect her true identity. She is making substantial money from her videos and actually enjoys what she does.
Sergio and Eden do not know that Starla is a popular Influencer on social media. If they did know, they would certainly shut her down because Eden and Starla have been off the radar for years since they left the commune in which they lived with “The Family” where they had been abused for years. Sergio and Eden truly love and protect Starla, but they realize she is now an adult who needs her own autonomy. If Starla feels that she is being controlled by over-bearing Sergio and Eden, she rebels and lashes out to her guards and becomes a royal brat. Unfortunately, Sergio and Eden keep important risky information from Starla so she does not have to get upset. However, this creates an “all is well” attitude in Starla’s head since she is totally unaware what risks are lurking behind the scenes.
In addition, Timeo Montavio is MIA for the last six months. He went on an unknown “mission” and has not been seen or heard from since. Timeo is/was Starla’s best friend. He understood her more than anyone else did. He would guard Starla, but understood when she unknowingly started pushing back on her constraints. Then Timeo would allow Starla some breathing room without notifying Sergio and Eden. As one might expect, Starla misses Timeo and worries that he is dead; but her heart tells her otherwise.
As Starla, with her identity hidden, is filming an interview segment where she is interviewed by Lily Lue; however, she is interrupted by texts from Sergio and Eden. Something has happened and they are sending guards to pick her up and take her to Bella Notte promptly. In addition, a bad snow storm is threatening the Northeast and Boston could be impacted. This disruption angers Starla, but she soon finds out it was a legitimate issue when she comes face-to-face with filthy, dirty and injured Timeo in a safe room buried deep within Bella Notte.
The Montavio family is worried that Timeo could be compromised and whether or not he will survive his injuries. Starla is worried if Timeo is still the same man he was and can he be trusted? Timeo looks at an older and very womanly Starla, and wonders if she feels the same about him? As readers, you will be on the edge of your seat as Jane Henry weaves a complicated plot that affects the Montavio and Rossi families as well as so many people within Boston and beyond. You will be enthralled…right to the very ending.

Infatuation: A Dark Mafia Romance by Jane Henry is book 4 in the Montavio Brotherhood Series. This is the story of Timeo Montavio and Starla Soul. Starla is Eden's sister from the First book Devotion along with Timeo's brother Sergio. Timeo helped to rescue Starla and Eden. This lead for Starla to have a close friendship with Timeo. Timeo had went undercover for a few years but now has returned badly hurt. The only thing that really kept Timeo was thinking of Starla.This starts their story. I am in love with this series and Ms. Henry's writing. So I highly recommend this book and series.

Definitely read this book if you are into dark mafia romances and all the hot overbearing men and their ways that come with it. This has all of that as well as a fierce FMC who never backs down or gives up, and all kinds of secrets, and betrayal.
Starla is an innocent girl rescued by the mafia and their people. These people eventually become her family and they would all do anything for each other. She inevitably falls for Timeo - her best friend, brother in-law, and member of the Montavia Brotherhood. Timeo goes missing for months and returns a different man. Together they work through their past and present feelings towards each other, all while keeping secrets of their own and trying to keep each other safe.
This book has a great plot, but the overall story wasn't hitting its mark for me. The writing was a bit choppy and wasn't really flowing. Some things seemed to happen so suddenly, with no further explanations, and I was often left a bit confused. But overall, it was still a great dark mafia romance. All the mafia elements you would expect are there, as well as the spice you would expect. This book may be perfect for those who are new to this book genre and want to start on something dark, but not too dark.

I cannot tell you how much I loved this book! I loved loved loved the slow burn. But unlike many other slow burns I have read, the chemistry between Timeo and Starla is so amazing and you can almost feel the connection they have while reading.

I really enjoyed the series. This final book with Timeo and Starla was my least favorite.
The story seemed to drag on until about three quarters into the book and then everything wrapped up quickly.
The relationship ship between the two main characters seemed off.
It was missing the intimacy and connection that was clearly present in the first three books of the series.
I really struggled to finish this book, and quite frankly skimmed a good portion of the ending.
Starla was rather childish and bratty and I couldn’t quite connect to her.

Uninspired
It was another well written book in the series that finishes the "cult " saga. It goes pretty much as expected. No real surprises. No super heavy stuff but not much humor or depth. I was disappointed . I wanted more depth and not just a tying up of loose ends type of book.

I was so happy to get to finally read Timeo and Starla's story. They have been through so much and it was good to see them hand out justice and get their HEA.

Infatuation by Jane Henry, is the fourth book in the Montavio Brotherhood Series, and it's time for the story of Starla and Timeo, we met them in the previous books when Timeo along with his brothers helped rescue a young Starla from the cult “The Fellowship”, from there a connection arose between them, leading them to become best friends, and although there is an attraction they both deny it, and when Timeo has to go on a mission and does not return that destabilizes Starla's world. It's after a few months when this story begins, Starla is now a kind of influencer and during this time she has allowed herself to grow and mature, although she has never stopped thinking about Timeo and refuses to think that he is not going to come back. For Timeo the mission ends up becoming his passage through hell and when he finally returns he is no longer the same as before. When these two meet again, they end up trapped, thanks to a snowstorm, which will lead them to face their feelings and they will no longer be able to deny their attraction and love, but there is a danger that is approaching and will call into question the loyalty of Timeo towards his own family.
A story full of angst, action, suspense, sensuality, passion and love, the author gives us a wonderful story to close a series that has had me captivated with these characters and their stories since its first book. If you haven't done so yet, I recommend that you go read this series. If you enjoy romance with a touch of suspense and a touch of darkness, this series is for you. Highly recommended!

Intrigue, danger, betrayal, revenge, deception, this is the heart-stopping Mafia-themed romance by author, Jane Henry. Her amazing characters burst with realism and I was impressed with her ability throughout this series to make each of them interesting and colorful. I wanted to savor this book but despite my best efforts, I plowed through it. I had to finish it. I had to know what was happening and why. My curiosity was at an all-time high and I was tempted to have a sneak peek at the ending, but stopped myself, but only just. The story is told in the present time and in flashbacks which heightens the intensity of the storyline. The emotional growth of Timeon and Starla was the beauty of the book for me.
Do we ever lose how demons? This is a constant struggle that Starla and Timeon battle every day. Good versus evil. Right versus wrong. I felt their emotions, desires, and confusion as they struggled with their relationship.
It takes courage to love someone so strongly that you're willing to put your life on the
line. This is how Timeon felt about Starla since he helped rescue her from the fellowship. He was determined to hunt them down and make every one of them pay. He was a shell of his former self after going undercover for 6/12 months. Now home, battered and bruised he stops fighting his attraction for Starla.
Iloved Starla’s ingenuity. Her fierceness. Her creativity and her resilience. Stripped of her childhood she was determined to live her life despite her best friend, Timeon being missing. Her infatuation for him had matured into love. Being stranded in a snowstorm at Club Notte sparked the flames of their romance into fireworks.
The ending will surprise you and was well thought out by Ms. Henry. One can't deny her creativity. This story was remarkable! When someone said things come full circle this was the epitome of that. Good versus evil, with good prevailing as it should. I recommend that you read all of the books in this series to give you the background of all of the characters and how they add depth to the storyline.

A story with a happy ending but which hides a whole world of pain and loneliness... This is how I would briefly summarize the last chapter of this fabulous saga. In #Infatuation we find the roots, the present and the evolution of the relationship of two boys, best friends since childhood, but who fate decided to separate in one of the most brutal ways there is.

Timeo certainly has great courage and is willing to do a lot in Starla's name, but among mysteries, secrets and secret missions, many doubts and questions arise spontaneously, including wondering if those who profess love and affection are still on the same side or have moved on from side of those who have done evil.
Although this was born as a dark romance novel, I found that there is much more hidden here and that it delves deeper into human relationships. Jane has written passages that are literally heartbreaking, and you can't help but feel such strong emotions for the characters, you can't help but empathize with them. But be careful, nothing is really as it seems, so be ready for breathless moments and adrenaline-filled moments too. I can assure you that I found myself totally overwhelmed by the story of Starla and Timaeus, and seeing how their relationship evolved is something that deeply affects the reader. Nothing else to say other than that I will recommend it from here to infinity, even to those who don't read the genre, or rather, perhaps to them in particular!
PS: however, I recommend checking the Trigger Warnings, some topics are particularly delicate.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of INFATUATION" This the conclusion of Montavio Brotherhood of Boston Series I was so looking forward to this story so full of mystery, suspense, intrigue, angst, steam, action, danger, a rollercoaster ride full of twists that hook you from start to finish.
Starla Soul is now 22yrs old Eden's younger sister who married to Sergio Montavio he & his brothers own the sex Club Bella Notte after everything she's been through she's determine to do things on her own without the help of Sergio & Eden, she has a job as an influencer under a different name, makes videos of her life before in Amish community, her & Eden have been off the radar since leaving that community.
Timeo Monavio has been gone for 6mos. he was Starla's BF she was in love with him he new her better than anyone, while being interviewed her identity hidden by Lily Lue, something happens guard's are sent by Sergio to take her to Bella Notte immediately this upset Starla not knowing what's going on but then she sees a filthy, injured Timeo in safe room locked away in Bella Notte, their worried if he'll survive his injuries, Starla wonders if he's the same man that left.
I definitely recommend to get this riviting story Timeo & Starla take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, friendship turns into do much more between them no longer willing to fight their attraction to one another, but enemies are still after them, will they survive what's to come, will they get their HEA, you absolutely don't to miss reading their story, you so won't be disappointed.

I loved Timeo and Starla’s journey to their HEA.
Getting glimpses of the hidden feelings these two had for one another in the past books had me really wanting to read their book. And it did not disappoint.
Ms. Henry delivers a slow burn best friends to lovers story that is suspense filled and sexy.
Even when Timeo and Starla are just flirting and haven’t yet been physically together it’s sizzling hot.
I could feel their lust coming to life off the pages.
I absolutely adorned that no matter the situation or circumstance neither ever lost faith in the other.
It was always blind trust no matter what was presented or going on. Now that’s sexy and beautiful.
Timeo’s need to protect and keep Starla safe no matter at what cost was absolutely breathtaking.
Years and years he’s been hunting down her monsters quitely and effectively.
All so she can live her life to the fullest and never have to feel scared again.
Starla is an absolute delight. I loved her sass and feisty nature.
I admired her wanting to only depend on herself for money and better her future with her hard work.
Starla is refreshing straightforward and a darling when it comes to Timeo.
She’s upfront and truthfully. She doesn’t play games nor is she conniving.
She’s just adorable and has this sweet innocent air about her.
But is no pushover nor anyone’s doormat.
The suspense and drama going on kept me on the edge of my seat and a gnawing feeling in my stomach.

As someone who hadn't read the previous books, I found it easy to jump right into this story and become completely engrossed. Timeo Montavio and Starla's connection is captivating, and their journey is filled with suspense, passion, and intrigue.

Infatuation is a page turning, incredible read with all the mafia romance vibes that I love. Intrigue, danger, betrayal, revenge, deception fill this amazing story. It centers around the Montavio Brotherhood. Infatuation is the last book in this series.Timeo and Starla started out as best friends, but as they spent time together over the years, they secretly long for more. Infatuation is a well-written story with remarkable,realistic characters. I am so glad that Timeo and Starla finally got their story and happily ever after. Jane Henry always writes intriguing stories with incredible characters that allows the readers to become invested in the characters and their lives. The author wrote the story in the present time with flashbacks to help the reader understand and connect to the characters. Infatuation has romance, secrets, action, love, suspense & all the feels. A must read slow burn story.

Better than the first
I am glad I stuck around and read Starla's story. I liked her character much better than Eden's, and even Timeo was better than Sergio. He actually acted like a mafia boss. Two things annoyed me with this storyline, though: we never read what the undercover assignment was actually supposed to be, we know what he did while undercover but not what he was sent to actually do. Second, why do we keep adding pets in these books if they're not properly going to be looked after? I know it's such a trivial thing to be annoyed over, but it is just that, annoying. Starla loves her two golden pups but when she leaves her apartment the first and only time to be taken into the club she leaves them and never asks to get them or have them brought to her at all. Also, another thing that irked me " I want his babies", they literally just got together !!!!! So I guess that's 3 things. Overall, decent book. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 like my last review because I felt the storyline and characters flowed better for the most part. Is this the next Mafia series I'll reread and collect on my actual bookshelf ? No. Was it a fun read to pass the time ? Yes. Enjoy

This is a wonderful read, the characters and the scenario will hold you riveted to the scenario
This is another wonderful book in this collection, I guarantee that you will be captivated by this simply wonderful book and the characters that are written about within its wonderful pages that I guarantee will hold you riveted.
Timeo Montavio was a name that she had not expected to hear of again since he had all but disappeared and yet she has always secretly loved him even though he is as close to her as though he was her brother-in-law.
Now he has returned to his home and he is no longer is he the man that I remember and who can know what has happened in the last six months that has caused his eyes to lose their light, he has become a cold-blooded killer and her heart mourns his loss.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

Although this is book 4 and seems to finish the story arc, it’s the only book I’ve read in the series so my review will be how it reads as a standalone. I’ve read a bit from this author, although I’ve missed her last few releases, but have always found her inconsistent. However, this novel seems one of the better. I liked the characters and had no problems following the storyline. I liked that Starla’s lightness offsets Timeo’s darkness, although I wouldn’t really call this a Dark story. I’m not usually a fan of flashbacks in stories but it was used well in this instance.
It wasn’t perfect, however. The writing was a bit choppy in places and it was sometimes difficult to determine who was talking. The underlying drama, which I presume has flowed through from the previous books, has it’s conclusion but it feels like it might be a bit too sudden and simplistic if you’ve followed from the series start.
Overall though, I enjoyed it and am considering going back and reading the previous books.

Montavio Brotherhood of Boston series is Starla and Timeo's story. Starla was still living with abusive with the cult " The Family". She was rescued by the Montavio brothers and Eden. She's been kept protected from the cult, and other dark dangers of the world especially Bella Notte Montavio mafia business. The one bright spot in her life has always been her friendship with Timeo. Timeo has been missing for six months after an undercover mission, but Starla never gives up hope. She's worried he's not the same man she fell in love with. Can he still be trusted? Has he been comprised? I love how Jane Henry takes through the friendship with flash backs, and their sweet love story. A captivation story filled with twists and turns around every corner to keep you on the edge of your seats as secrets, and betrayals are revealed. I have voluntarily read and reviewed the great series with the Montavio brothers.

'Infatuation' is the fourth book in Jane Henry's "Montavio Brotherhood" series and I've been waiting on this one. The flirt, the youngest one … Timeo Montavio. His entire life has been spent trying to prove himself, whether to his father, his brothers and sometimes even to himself. So, be prepared yáll because this one story between Timeo and Starla Soul has been in play from the very beginning when she and her sister, Eden, were rescued. There was a rollercoaster of emotions pulled from me as the overall plot and players came out. Then we saw these two grow from childhood friends to adults who had lived through more than they ought to have but it made them into the Hero and heroine we see now. Things are not always as they seem and sometimes, the smallest promise can hold the most significance. There is just something about this pair that personified romance to me and had me melting into a puddle by the time it ended.

Starla and Timeo’s story is amazing. They’re so in love with each other and trying to do their best to not disappoint or draw the family’s disapproval. She was too young and scared when they first met. He was on a quest to destroy everyone who ever hurt her. They both have secrets they’re keeping from everyone that is complicating matters. Starla escaped an abusive cult with the help of her sister Eden and her new husband Sergio. Both Starla and Eden were raised in that cult. She’s fought hard to recover from the abuse she grew up experiencing. Timeo has suffered his own abuse that he too is recovering from. Timeo wants Starla to give up her online presence she resists as she earns her own money that way. She never wants to be ruled by another person again. But the truth is it’s only ever been them together. That’s the way it has to be they’re joined at their souls.
