Awesome!
Grant discusses a simple formula for building wealth by creating related flows of income, multiplying and expanding them, and saving beyond what most would save before investing before investing big! It is all organized in strict order with examples of why it works and what can happen when you stray from the formula he presents. Interestingly enough (to me anyway...) I already have a business from some years ago I am set to restart and have a spreadsheet I have been adding related things to as they come to me over the past year or so as I have been saving and educating myself in personal and business related finance and taxes, business organization and leadership, the subject of my business which is ever-evolving, among other things. So I've unknowingly started off in line with his formula, feeling my way along, unsure of what to do next. This book puts it all in an easy to follow order and is well explained. I love that he writes like he is sitting with you talking to you! It feels personal in that way, not a boring dry read at all. Highest recommendations no matter where you are on the spectrum of wealth creation!

Interesting step by step
I love this book. First it takes you out of the misconceptions to a much clearer mindset. Then it gives you through a step by step procedure. You have to be committed to your financial goal to go and put in reality those steps and this book helps you to do that, to not lose the focus, to no why you should not lose the focus and just keep going. Follow the steps. Understand the steps, execute the steps. Highly recommended. Top!

This was such a great book to understand the current predicament we face in 2025.
I liked how Cardone said there is no middle class anymore, only poor, rich, and wealthy. I don’t want to be poor- it sucks.
This should be known as the spiritual successor to RICH DAD, POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki. Both of these books should be read to understand how to get your finances on track.
Read this to escape being broke and living a limited life.

A unique insight into the lense of an entrepreneurial mind. Enjoyed Cardones perspective on certain ways to creat wealth and what that looks like in modern society. Brutally honest and real.
