She lives by many mottos, but her favorite one is “Live Laugh Love,” which is also tattooed on her left arm to remind her every day to Live today, Laugh often and Love always.

It has been a while since I heard the word, Thot, which means – that hoe over there. The title alone drew me in but the stories kept me coming back until I finished. In this new release from Cassandra Charles, there is a collection of six short stories featuring men and women behaving “badly.” There was jaw dropping moments, spice, audacity, secrets, amongst other things that kept me clutching my imaginary pearls. The author was very descriptive and I could picture the scenes and “positions” vividly. As I continued reading, I kept thinking of the Madea play when the bartender was like, “You know them ‘hoes’ tell” LOL! The characters did not hold back! I enjoyed the short stories and would recommend. This was my first read from this author; she pushed me out of my element and opened my eyes to new possibilities.
