I need to write it down before I start to share my opinion of this book:
I think K. Elle Morrison is a brilliant author, the previous 3 novellas in this series is really flipping good. I love how she can express the dominant man vibe, how she made us fall in love this men.

BUT...yes, it is a big but.

This is my least favourite duo/couple.I loved Nesta's sassy, independent character. I'm an European (Eastern-European) woman, and I know how rare is to find different ethnic characters in books, novellas. For this reason I loved, that Nestra is a hispanic woman, who roots with her own culture. Using herbs and ointments to heal, to show how important the family's approval for being in a relationship. Obviously a lot else as well, I just wanted to show some examples. (And YES, I'm listening Sleep Token while I writing this revies. IYKYK)

Ipos.I don't know, I can't tell any good about him, neither bad. For me he is just a flat, grey (not morally grey) man, and I would passed next to him without glimpsed at him.

I couldn't feel any chemistry between them, not even tension, heat. I felt more heat between Lucifer and Nestra, and it was just a few minutes meeting (in the novella).

I know that the story wasn't about Lucifer, but I felt him out of his character. All of the Princes are afraid (scared maybe) about him, there is a big reason why he is the King of the Hell, but...I couldn't feel him intimidating this time. I know why he was looking for the ring, but...you know what? Read it please and tell me what you think about the whole scene.

If you intend to read this series, don't skip this novella please, you will need it to understand everything. And of course, your opinion can (and probably will be) different.

This, the 4th in a series of 7 interconnected standalone books. Each book building from the one before it. We learn a little more about the Princes of Hell, the world they inhabit, and their Fall. What that will ultimately mean no one knows yet. This book isn’t full of fighting between good and evil. Instead it’s got a lot of talking about love and loss and pride and hubris.

Ipos, Prince of Pride, has hidden away alone in the desert for years to escape his gifts. But now Lucifer has a job for him and he cannot say no. His search leads him to Nestra, a witch and healer. It’s interesting that Ipos is envious of Gaap’s relationship with Pru, a woman he sees as his brothers equal; “he had found someone who complimented him, but more than that, someone worth truly living for.”

That sums Ipos and Nestra up pretty well. Nestra just falls in line to what her family wants, it’s easier than arguing with them. She knows the date her brother set up will go nowhere, she hasn’t yet met a man that is capable of meeting her needs in any real way. Nestra feels like no one really sees her. Not until she meets Ipos.

Intellectually, emotionally and certainly sexually, Nestra and Ipos are made for each other, literally. The sex scenes are off the charts hot, (who doesn’t love being chased?). More importantly, each time they bond deeper. Ipos becomes quickly attached to Nestra, as she does to him. Neither of them really question it, like it is fate that brought them together. Morrison has written them in such a way, the way they come together, that you don’t even question how quick they are to make that level of commitment. No this story is about love and healing, and Ipos and Nestra’s journey. I love how Morrison makes each of her characters unique, each book I swear, this one is my favorite. (Ipos is really my favorite, really). She does a phenomenal job building the tension between the two characters and the reader. It’s an remarkable read you won’t regret.

The Prince of Pride Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

As I’m throughly enjoying these princes of hell I feel as this series continues we are definitely going to e seeing Lucifer in an extremely different light. Nestra is such a beautiful soul that only wishes to heal and help people with her salves, tinctures and ointments. Little does she know that an Angel and demon have chosen her for their own gains unexpectedly. Ipos has reigned over his region and the Prince of Sloth’s region for way too long. His visions sent him into hiding for entirely too long however being amongst people and his brothers is sometimes more than he wishes to deal with. It’s a wonder it took Lucifer so long to realize Gaap had walked away and left his region in Ipos’s hands and now expects Ipos to repay him by finding his missing ring. Ipos and Nestra do cross paths but what will Nestra think when she realizes she’s fallen into the Prince of Prides deliciously sexy hands? Will Nestra survive her fate that was thrust upon her without choice? How will Ipos handle what is asked if him to retrieve Lucifer’s ring? This story is so wonderfully written and filled with characters I wish I could meet in person. Ipos and Nestra’s story has passion, heat, humor, fear, pain, sadness and love. I’m absolutely loving this series and can’t wait for more!

Princes of Sin: Book 4
Seven Deadly Sins Series Novella

Lucifer has sent Ipos, Prince of Pride on a 13 day mission to find a long lost missing ring he desperately needs back in his possession.
When he finds the ring with its new owner, Nestra ..
the Prince of Pride falls once again .. this time, from his own Heaven

I have to say IPOS surprised me, I didn’t expect to rate him anywhere near Sitri and Ezequiel. How can you not swoon when he says I love you but he says:

“Every nerve buzzed with pleasure and belonging. I was made for this woman. Her body was created to withstand my strength, and her soul would house my immortal one for eternity”l
Or
“The whole world can watch me take what’s mine over and over until the sun burns out”

To hot and spicy moments:
When Nestra asks IPOS to go slow, so he teases her with help from her toy, causing torturous and sinfully delicious distress.

This hot & spicy short read Novella is packed with a little bit of everything.
Downside: I always want much more🔥🖤

Oh my damn! I thought Sitri or Gaap would stay my top love because I had little interest in Ipos but apparently I was wrong…he’s so different from any prince of Pride character I’ve read before and I love him! I do wish his story was longer or that we could see how their life together is though. (Shoutout to Vepar coming back in for a minute! I wondered where he was lol) but seriously, I can’t get enough of this series and these brothers!

Prince of Pride, Ipos, was sent on a mission by Lucifer to hunt down something that was stolen from him. Not knowing he would be led to find a beautiful Guatemalan witch Nestra who would stop him in his tracks and derail his plans.
This book has the perfect amount of spice and gives off some stalker and primal play vibes… 😈 Because who doesn’t love to be chased throw the woods and ravaged by a sexy man?! This is book 4 out of 7 novellas based off her full length book Blood on my Name! And I can not wait Prince Of Gluttony, Prince Of Envy and Prince Of Wrath!

“Not a single woman here compares to you.”

4⭐️ Once again, K. Elle does not disappoint with these novellas. I’m still loving how the story picks up right where the last one left. I enjoyed Ipos and Nestra and I definitely enjoyed the primal part of it. Definitely recommend reading the first ones to understand the full story. I cannot wait for the next one.

Also. Gaap still has my heart 🖤🖤
